As we all continue to search for ways to maximise business efficiency and returns during the covid-19 pandemic, PERE is committed to connecting the global real estate community so business can continue as normal as possible.
To deliver on this commitment of creating valuable connections and fundraising opportunities for the asset class, the PERE Asia Week is now available virtually alongside the live conference in Singapore.
The PERE Asia Summit on 17-18 November is the most important private equity real estate conference in the region and over the past 13 years has connected the world’s opinion leaders to determine the global direction of the asset class.
Underpinned by PERE’s unrivalled networking, the Summit is the most important real estate event in the region and is the flagship event at PERE Asia Week, which for the first time will be held in Singapore.
By joining the event in November, you will connect with private real estate’s most influential community of global institutional investors, fund managers, and developers to share strategies and create deals that make headlines.

Day 3 - Wednesday 18th
Prices Can Still Rise: Exceptionally Low Interest Rates Continue to Support Investment in Property - A Colliers International breakfast briefing (by invitation only)
Persistent low or negative interest rates should support real estate valuations, as property assets compare favourably with government bonds and other assets in such an environment. With interest rates and government bond yields likely to stay broadly stable over the next two years, further modest yield compression may continue with Asian Real Estate, particularly in markets with income growth potential, or high spreads over bonds. Likely low volatility in financial markets should boost risk appetite, driving investor interest towards emerging markets.
