Presentation: Navigating Digital Infrastructure 2.0 [English] | プレゼンテーション [英語]

Justin Chang

As cloud demand and now AI accelerate the need for compute, connectivity, and power, digital infrastructure is entering a new phase of convergence. Investment opportunities increasingly span the full ecosystem — from data centers, fiber, towers, and edge infrastructure to the power enabling digital capacity at scale. As these ecosystems become increasingly complex and interconnected, operational expertise, disciplined underwriting, and platform scale are becoming critical differentiators in accessing opportunities across Digital Infrastructure 2.0.
