Tomohisa Aramoto is a Deputy General Manager of Alternative Funds Investment Department. He is mainly responsible for credit products including direct lending and bank loan. He also has an expertise in fund financings including subscription finance and NAV facilities. Prior to that, he was involved in the hedge fund and securitization product investment in London and Tokyo. He has a B.S. from University of Kobe.

Yayoi Ariga has over 20 years of alternative investment experience for both balance sheet and 3rd party accounts. Since 2010, she has been leading Alternatives Investment at MetLife Insurance K.K. Japan where responsible for its principal investments in Private Equity funds, Real Estate Equity funds as well as Credit funds. Prior, she was a Vice President at AIG Japan, led distress investments on behalf of its underlying insurance companies, MetLife (former Alico Japan) and Prudential (former AIG Star and AIG Edison). Prior, she was a Portfolio Manager at Resona Bank (former Daiwa Bank)'s Pension Fund Management Division, whose responsibility included Manager selection, execution and monitoring for Private Equity and Real Estate Equity funds on behalf of her pension plan clients. She started her career at Resona Bank (former Daiwa Bank)'s International Treasury Division where engaged in FX trading, back and middle office operation, risk management as well as Int’l business development in its Tokyo headquarter, Osaka and London branch. She is also a Public Accountant of US, certified in Illinois.

Jingjing Bai is a Senior Advisor to bfinance since 2019, based in Hong Kong, and is responsible for multiple private markets fund selection projects in excess of 4 billion USD. In the recent years, Jingjing led several global alternative investment program covering Private Equity, Private Debt and Real Assets mandated by large corporates and family offices. Previously, she was the Head of HSBC Private Capital Advisory in Asia Pacific, and a Managing Director of Eaton Partners, oversaw the firm’s activities in the region, with a focus on Private Markets since 2007. She was one of the pioneer Venture Capital investors in China since the early 2000s, backed by MediBIC, a listed Japanese Biotech company. She started her career with Dell Computer Japan, as the Product Marketing Manager responsible for Dell’s mainstream product program. She holds MA from International University of Japan and BA from Nanjing University. She is fluent in Chinese, Japanese and English, and awarded full scholarship by the Konosuke Matsushita Memorial Foundation（ 松下幸之助記念志財団）since 1999.

Andrew Bellis Is the global head of Private Debt, overseeing both the Direct Lending and Liquid Loan business units. He is based in New York and has been with Partners Group for six years. He has 23 vears of industry experience. Prior to Partners Group, he served as a Partner at 3i Debt Management Investments, part of 3i Group and was responsible for their CLO and loan find business. Andrew also held various roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Credit Suisse and Dresdner Bank, including most recently serving as Global Head of CLOs at Credit Suisse. Andrew holds a master's degree in physics from Imperial College. University of London, UK.

David Bruce is a senior vice president of D. E. Shaw & Co., L.P. and, as a member of the D. E. Shaw group’s Investor Relations department, serves as Head of Private Markets Strategic Development. Prior to joining the D. E. Shaw group in 2014, Mr. Bruce was a managing director at Investcorp
International Inc., an alternative investment management firm, where he served as global head of institutional sales. From 1997 through 2009, he worked at Barclays Global Investors (acquired by Blackrock, Inc. in 2009). At BGI, Bruce was last responsible for leading business development and strategic account activities for the firm’s institutional businesses in the Americas. He began his career as a credit analyst at Barnett Banks, Inc. (subsequently acquired by Bank of America, N.A.). Mr. Bruce is a cum laude graduate of Sewanee–The University of the South, where he received a BA in economics with departmental honors. He earned his MBA in finance from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.

Xiaodong Chang is a senior fund manager at private equity investment department with Tokio Marine Asset Management (TMAM) since 2011. She is responsible for sourcing, due diligence, monitoring, clients reporting of private equity and private debt funds globally.
Prior to joining TMAM, she worked at the Investment Banking Group of Nomura Securities.
She received a M.S. in Computer Science and Information Technology from University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Commerce and Management from Hitotsubashi University. She is a Certified Member Analyst of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan (CMA) and fluent in Chinese, Japanese and English.

Kerry Dolan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Brinley and is the Chair of the Investment Committee. Prior to founding the firm in 2021, Kerry was a Managing Director on the Credit Investments team at the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (“PSP Investments”). She was one of the founding members of the private credit business at PSP Investments and had various responsibilities during her tenure there, including risk, underwriting, origination and portfolio management.

Prior to joining PSP Investments, Kerry held a number of senior positions in Leveraged Finance and Coverage at Goldman Sachs, Barclays Capital and Bank of America, where she managed all phases of financings, from origination to execution, documentation and closing. She has over 25 years of investing and leveraged finance experience.

Kerry is an Associate Board Member of the Melanoma Research Alliance and a Co-Chair of the Leveraged Finance Fights Melanoma event, an annual fundraising event that raises funds for melanoma research from the leveraged finance and private equity community. Kerry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University, where she was a Park Leadership Fellow.

Mr. Endo joined Tokio Marine Asset Management (TMAM) in 2017. His responsibilities include investment analysis, due diligence, investment monitoring, performance analysis, client reporting, and client servicing.
Prior to joining TMAM, he worked as a Senior Director at A-FIVE, a venture capital　sponsored by Japanese government focusing on startups in food and agribusiness sectors, before spending seventeen years in Mizuho Bank, where he took various positions from Corporate Advisory to PE Investment, but spent most of his career in LBO Finance both in Tokyo and NY. He received a BA in law from Waseda University and a MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Mark Glengarry is a Senior Managing Director at Blackstone Credit, based in Sydney. Mr. Glengarry is the Head of APAC for Blackstone Credit, and handles the origination, execution and management of credit investments across the capital structure in the region.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Glengarry worked at Anchorage Capital Group for seven years as a Managing Director in both London and Sydney where he worked across all aspects of origination, execution and portfolio company management. Prior to Anchorage, Mr. Glengarry worked at Morgan Stanley in London as Head of Restructuring and Debt Advisory for EMEA. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Glengarry was a partner in the Banking and Finance Group at White & Case LLP in London.

Mr. Glengarry received a B.Com (Economics and Business Administration) and an LLB (First Class Honours) from the University of Canterbury.

Mr. Gross is a co-founder of SLR Capital Partners, LLC and chairman of the board of directors and co-chief executive officer of the SLR BDCs. From February 2004 through February 2006, Mr. Gross was the president and chief executive officer of Apollo Investment Corporation, a publicly traded BDC that he founded, and where he also served as chairman of the board of directors and investment committee from February 2004 to July 2006. From 1990 to February 2006, Mr. Gross was a senior partner at Apollo Management, L.P., a leading private equity firm which he founded in 1990 with five other colleagues. In addition, from 2003 to February 2006, Mr. Gross was the managing partner of Apollo Distressed Investment Fund, an investment fund he founded to invest principally in non-control oriented distressed debt and other investment securities of leveraged companies. Prior to his time at Apollo Management, L.P., Mr. Gross was employed by Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated. Mr. Gross also serves as a Director of Global Ship Lease Inc.; Chairman of the Board of Mt. Sinai Children’s Center Foundation; Director of New York Road Runners; Member of the Kellogg Global Advisory Board; and Member of the Ross School Advisory Board at the University of Michigan.

Mr. Gross holds a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Michigan and an M.M. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

J.J. Haines is the Head of Global Real Estate Structured Debt at Aozora Bank. He is responsible for the bank’s ex-Japan real estate lending activity, which focuses on developed markets such as the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Prior to joining Aozora, he worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was most recently Japan COO of Global Corporate & Investment Banking. Prior to BofAML, he worked in both real estate finance origination and risk management at Shinsei Bank. Mr. Haines began his career in sales and marketing at Hakuto Co., Ltd. He holds a BA from Amherst College, an MA from Columbia University, and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Lakshmi Iyer is the CEO of Investment advisory business at Kotak Investment Advisors Ltd. (KIAL). She has been with the Kotak Group for over 22 years.

As part of KIAL, she is responsible for investment advisory, product solutions spanning across fixed income, equities, real estate and alternates

In KMAMC in she was CIO Fixed Income & Head – Products. In this role she was responsible for credit research, deal execution, managing fund performance across all debt funds and assisting sales in client interaction. Prior to joining Kotak, Lakshmi worked with Credence Analytics Pvt Ltd, as a research analyst where she was tracking corporate bond markets in India and generating research reports. She was also instrumental in conceiving various financial software tools in collaboration with software and technical teams.

Lakshmi holds an MBA degree in finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.

Kunio Kamoi is Senior Product manager of Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation (MUTB) where he is responsible for selecting and monitoring Private Assets globally, such as Private Equity and Private Debt, as an advisor and a gatekeeper to corporate pension funds and institutional investors in Japan. He also leads and manages distinctive Fund of Funds primarily focusing on Private Equity area, drawing on his experience from his long-time career and leveraging a strong relationship with fund managers and related advisors. Prior to joining MUTB in 2021, he worked at The Bank of Yokohama for over 20 years in Japan and New York where he was engaged in various banking and securities businesses, including principal investments and pension investments in Private Assets. He has been involved in setting up an investment framework and platform, investing in single funds and managing a portfolio construction extensively across Private Equity, Private Debt and Real Assets including Infrastructure. He received Bachelor’s Degree of Economics from Yokohama National University.

Mr. Vikas Keswani is a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners and Head of North American Specialty Lending. Prior to joining HPS in 2010, Mr. Keswani spent a majority of his career at BlackRock, where he was a part of the initial team that established, structured and capitalized BlackRock Capital Investment Corporation (NASDAQ: BKCC), a publicly traded private investment vehicle. Mr. Keswani is a CFA charterholder and holds a BSE from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated magna cum laude.

Tomoko is a Managing Director, Japan Representative in Hamilton Lane, where she heads the firm’s Tokyo office. She is primarily responsible for client management and development of the firm’s client relationships in Japan. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2012, Tomoko was with the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, most recently as Chief Manager in the International Credit Division. Previously, she was Senior Manager in the Structured Finance Division, where she was responsible for managing a portfolio of global private equity fund investments. She also has extensive experience in the Credit Division, having worked out of the bank’s New York and London offices. Tomoko received a B.A. from International Christian University. Brett participates in the origination, evaluation and monitoring of private credit investments in North America, and leads Northleaf's Chicago office.
Prior to joining Northleaf, Brett was at Fifth Street Asset Management as a Senior Vice President and Team Leader, where he was responsible for screening, structuring, underwriting, documenting and managing middle market sponsor-backed transactions. Previously, Brett was a Vice President at GE Antares Capital within the Restructuring and Workout Group. Brett began his career in GE Capital’s Investment Analyst Program.
Brett received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Susan Lee is Partner and Head of Asia Hedge Fund & Private Credit Investment Due Diligence at Albourne Partners. Since joining Albourne in early 2014, Susan has conducted ongoing due diligence on Asia-focused funds across hedge fund and private credit strategies for investors. Prior to joining Albourne, Susan held various roles including Portfolio Management Analyst at Pacific Alternative Asset Management, a fund of hedge funds in Irvine, California, and Fixed Income Sales at Lehman Brothers covering Asian central banks and institutional clients. She currently serves as Chair of the Culture & Diversity Asia-Pacific Regional Working Group of Standards Board for Alternative Investments. Susan holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Canterbury (NZ). She is fluent in English and Korean and is based in Hong Kong.

Jeff Levin is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and is the Co-Head of Morgan Stanley’s North America Private Credit team, where he serves on the Investment Committee and is the Portfolio Manager and the Head of Direct Lending. Mr. Levin rejoined Morgan Stanley in 2019 and has over 20 years of relevant industry experience. Prior to his current role, Mr. Levin was a Partner and Managing Director of The Carlyle Group where he served as President of The Carlyle Group’s BDCs, and was a member of the investment committee for the Direct Lending platform. Prior to joining Carlyle in 2012, he was a founding member of Morgan Stanley Private Credit, where he was responsible for originating, structuring and executing credit and private equity investments across various industries. Prior to that role, Mr. Levin was a member of the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance Group at Morgan Stanley where he was responsible for originating and executing high yield bond and leveraged loan transactions. He graduated from Emory University in 2002.

Andrew Lockhart is a founder and one of the four Managing Partners who form the Investment Committee at Metrics Credit Partners.
Andrew has over 30 years’ banking, funds management and financial markets experience specialising in leverage and acquisition finance as well as corporate and institutional lending. Andrew’s considerable experience includes being responsible for the origination and portfolio risk management of large, diversified, and complex loan portfolios including corporate restructurings. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business and Masters of Business Administration from the Queensland University of Technology.

Alex Lynn is PEI Group's Hong Kong Bureau Chief. He is responsible for breaking news, commentary and analysis of the Asia-Pacific private markets, with a particular focus on private equity. Alex previously spent two years covering EMEA private equity markets from PEI’s London office before relocating in 2019. Prior to joining PEI, he covered specialist lending for a number of publications in London. He has a master’s degree in Journalism from Kingston University.

Tadasu Matsuo leads JST’s alternative investment from January, 2022.
Before joining JST, he led HarbourVest Partners Japan as a managing director and co-head from April, 2020. As a head of alternative investment, he oversaw Japan Post Insurance’s alternative investment, ranging from private equity and infrastructure funds to real estate and hedge funds since September 2016. Before joining JP Insurance, he headed Daido Life’s alternative investment.
Served as Senior Managing Director, he also engaged in private equity fund investment and headed a business development of Alternative Investment Capital (AIC), a leading private equity FOF manager and gatekeeper in Japan.
Before seconded from Daido Life to AIC, he managed Daido Life's private equity and other alternative investment for five years. Previously he was in charge of group's business development and investor relations at T&D Holdings, a listed holding company of Daido Life.
Prior to joining Daido Life, Mr. Matsuo held such posts as Director and Managing Director and served as an M&A advisor to various insurers' transactions at PwC Financial Advisory Services Japan from 1999 to 2002.
Earlier in his career, he worked for Nippon Life Insurance Company for 13 years, where he managed overseas sovereign credit loans and investments.
Mr. Matsuo received his MBA from Duke University and BA in Economics from The University of Tokyo. He passed the US CPA exams.

Tomo Nakazawa runs the Global Credit, Rates, and FX portfolios as Head of Global Fixed Income at Tokio Marine Holdings. Tokio Marine is a global insurance group headquartered in Tokyo, and he has previously held various investment roles within the group, most recently as Portfolio Manager - Emerging Markets in New York.
Tomo is also a published author in Japan. His most recent work has been selected as the "Best Book of the Month" by iBooks, and has been translated into Mandarin.
Tomo has earned degrees in Bachelors of Laws from University of Tokyo and Masters of Business Administration with Distinction from Harvard Business School, where he co-authored a HBS case.

Maiko is a Managing Director on the Investment Research team and has over 23 years of fund research, proprietary trading, and investment banking experience. She is responsible for sourcing managers, conducting due diligence, evaluating and monitoring Asia-based funds. Maiko works with the global Portfolio Advisory teams on existing and potential investments in Asia. Prior to joining Aksia in 2007, Maiko was a Vice President at the Strategic Investment Group of Deutsche Securities in Tokyo, where she focused on principal investments in distressed and special situations. She also worked as an investment banking Associate at the M&A department of Nomura Securities. Maiko started her career as an Analyst in the Global High Yield group of Morgan Stanley in Tokyo. Maiko graduated from Hitotsubashi University with a BA in Sociology and is a CPA (inactive).

Antonella Napolitano is a Managing Director and Global Head of Investor Relations and Capital Formation at Deerpath Capital. Her primary responsibilities include firm strategy and development, product and structure innovation, investor relations and ongoing global fundraising efforts. She joined Deerpath in 2016 and has 19 years of industry experience. She previously worked as a Director and Private Equity Product Specialist for Credit Suisse's Private Banking Division, and prior was a Vice President within the firm's Asset Management Division, where she led Investor Relations for several of the firm's in-house private funds. She began her career at CSFB (Credit Suisse) as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division focused on mergers & acquisitions. Antonella is a graduate of Georgetown University with a dual major in Finance and International Business. Antonella is a regular participant on industry panels and contributor to various financial and other news outlets.

Ken Niimura is the co-founder and CEO of Topaz Capital, the pioneer of alternative investment manager focusing on private credit in Japan. Prior to establishing Topaz Capital in 2012, Ken was Managing Director of Merrill Lynch Japan where he held various senior roles, including head of Debt Capital Markets and co-head of the Corporate Finance & Restructuring. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Ken ran structured credit origination for Industrial Bank of Japan. Ken has an MBA from Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and a B.A. in Law from Waseda University.

Kazuo Nishimura is Director of Tasku Advisors, advisory/investment firm to serve institutional investors, also advising Hachijuni Bank on its alternative investments. Prior to those, he spent more than 20 years for Nomura Group’s private asset gatekeeper business and 12 years for Fuji Bank. He graduated from University of Tokyo with B.E. in applied physics and holds MBA from the University of Chicago.

Yoshitaka Nishizawa joined Alternative Investment Capital (AIC) Limited in 2010. He is the Head of Private Debt strategies and also in charge of the management of FoFs at AIC. Prior to joining AIC, he served as a consultant at an accounting firm and has experience in the field of securitization of
Monetary claims, Real Estate.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Marc served as Senior Advisor to Next Wave Partners, a lower mid-market private equity firm, working with Next Wave to reposition its portfolio and pursue a hybrid credit strategy.
Prior to Next Wave, Marc was Head of European Private Credit for Apollo Global Management and led Apollo’s entry into European Direct Lending, investing over €3.0 billion across Europe in directly originated middle market investments
Prior to Apollo, Marc was Managing Director and founding team member of MidCap Financial, a currently $25 billion U.S. based Direct Lending business, owned by Apollo since 2015. Marc was instrumental in building MidCap’s originations and capital markets platforms
Prior to MidCap Financial, Marc was with Merrill Lynch Capital as a member of the healthcare team, building the business from scratch to more than €3.0 billion invested across various healthcare sectors and strategies.
Marc has worked at and held senior roles across several European financial institutions including BNP Paribas and Credit Lyonnais.

Prior to co-founding MGG, where he serves as President and is a member of the Investment Committee, Mr. Racz was President of Hutchin Hill, a multi-billion multi-strategy hedge fund. Previously, Mr. Racz co-founded Octavian Advisors, LP, a $1.4 billion multi-strategy fund and was a corporate attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Mr. Racz was also a journalist at The Wall Street Journal. Mr. Racz clerked on the U.S.D.C. Circuit. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the NYU School of Law and on its Investment Committee, and was a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He was named a “2011 Rising Star of Hedge Funds” by Institutional Investor and was named in 2019 a “Tomorrow’s Titan” by the Hedge Fund Journal. Mr. Racz received his JD, Order of the Coif, magna cum laude, from NYU Law School and his BA, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Dartmouth College. Mr. Racz also studied at Oxford University and Leningrad State University.

Yuji Sakurai is a Senior Vice President at Strategic Finance Department of Development Bank of Japan Inc. He is mainly responsible for arrangement on M&A finance individual transactions as head of M&A finance team for several years and currently starting investment to direct lending fund in US and Europe. He graduated from Tokyo Institute of Technology with B.S and Master of Science degree.

Sugauchi Koji joined Osaka Shoko Shinkin Bank in 2016 as a head of investment. His responsibilities include alternative investment, equity and fixed income investments. Prior to the Osaka Shoko Shinkin Bank, he joined Dai-ichi Life in 1983. He worked as a credit analyst, an equity analyst and a fund manager at Dai-ichi Life, DIAM Asset Management and a merchant bank in Singapore. And he worked at Tokai Tokyo Financial Holdings as a General Manager of Foreign Company Research Department.

Daichi Suzuki is a Sr. Portfolio Manager and Head of Business Strategy Team at Alternative Investment Department of Nomura AM. At Nomura AM, he is responsible for GP relationship managements and product developments for alternative areas such as Private Equity, Private Debt, Infrastructure, Real Estate and various private asset classes. Before joining Nomura AM in 2021, he worked for various positions at Ardian, SMAM and other companies. Throughout his career, he has nearly 20 year experience around alternative investment areas.

Takeuchi has been involved in broad range of private asset investments at Asset Management One (AMO). AMO was formed by merging the 4 investment business units under Mizuho Financial Group and Dai-ichi Life Insurance in 2016. As a fiduciary of its clients, AMO invests in private equity, private debt, infrastructure and real estate. Between 2007 and 2015, Takeuchi was an active owner/founder of Brightrust PE Japan, a research and investment advisory firm focused on private equity. In 1990s Takeuchi co-headed global derivatives trading at a Berkshire Hathaway group company, General Re Financial Products, and oversaw its Asia Pacific operation. He started his professional carrier at a Japanese Government’s aid agency, Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund, in 1983. He is a graduate of Tokyo University and Sydney University.

In April 2021, Sumitomo Life established a team to manage and enhance responsible investment activities across all asset classes, and Junichi Tanaka was appointed as the team's general manager. Since then, his team has been expanding the scope of sustainable investment and striving to be more effective in achieving the SDGs. He became an executive advisor in April 2023, and continues to actively promote responsible investment for all of Sumitomo Life's assets.
Prior to his current role, he was a general manager in charge of stewardship activities and held more than 300 dialogues with many companies in five years. Prior to this position, he served as chief representative in the New York office for 3 years.
Since joining Sumitomo Life in 1886, he has about 20 years of experience in investment-related fields. He has also held managerial positions ; responsibilities in various business management departments, including business planning, legal, risk management, international business.
He holds an LL.M. from Duke University, School of Law and a BA from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar.

Katsuyuki Tokushima has more than 30 years’ experience in investment for life insurance and pension business. He has broad experiences, such as asset allocation, fixed income investment, and risk management. He is a well-known practitioner in credit investments, especially for corporate bonds. He has written many books and articles on financial markets and pensions. He serves as a member of investment committees for several public pension entities. He is a graduate of Kyoto University and holds M.B.A. in finance and accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He teaches at several universities and business schools in Japan, and is a member of editorial committee for Securities Analysts Journal of Japan. He is a board member of Nippon Finance Association and The Japanese Association of Value-Creating ERM.

Mr. Wong is a Partner and Head of Ares Asia. He serves on the Ares Executive Management Committee. He additionally serves as a member of the Ares Asia Group's Special Situation, Secured Lending, and Direct Lending (Australia) Investment Committees and is a Director of Ares Asia Hong Kong. Mr. Wong primarily focuses on investment activities, as well as overseeing strategic matters and business operations of Ares Asia. Prior to joining Ares in 2020, Mr. Wong founded SSG Capital Management in 2009 and served as its Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer, where he focused on special situations and private debt investments across Asia-Pacific. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers in Hong Kong from 1997 to 2008, where he ran their Asia Special Situations Group and other credit businesses. Mr. Wong started his career at Coopers & Lybrand, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994, and went on to join JP Morgan Securities Asia in Hong Kong. He is a founding member of the APAC Alternative Credit Council (ACC), which helps in developing the private credit markets in the region. Mr. Wong holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from Manchester Business School and the University of Wales.

Kanako Yabuki is Senior Product Specialist of Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation (MUTB) where she is responsible for selecting and monitoring mainly on Global Private Debt, as an advisor and a gatekeeper to corporate pension funds and institutional investors in Japan.

Prior to joining MUTB in 2022, served as pension fund consultant, fund analyst, product manager at Daiwa Fund Consulting from 2008, a pension fund consulting firm as subsidiary of Daiwa Securities. She is well experienced on analyzing both the portfolio and individual funds, her main coverage was on fix income related funds (including Japanese and Global long-only, unconstrained fixed income, hedge fund, mezzanine and private debt) and multi-asset/multi-strategy funds. She began the career at Mizuho Bank as sales (Relationship Management) for small and middle size Japanese corporations.

She received Bachelor of Arts degree of law from Keio University in Law and Master of Business Administration from Hitotsubashi University Business School.

Chin Yuen is a Research Manager at PDI. Based in Hong Kong, he is responsible for leading a team of researchers dedicated to maintaining a database of institutional investors, fund managers and funds in the private markets space. He is also leading a number of data projects which includes rankings (II 100), quarterly fundraising reports and investor reports. Chin graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a BSc degree in Science (Major in Statistics) in 2015.
