At the Private Debt Investor New York Forum 2022, we want to ensure you can safely network with industry peers and participate in the in-person learning experience. As part of our commitment to safety and per Convene’s policies and New York’s safety guidelines, we are requiring all attendees to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
To enter the Forum, guests must provide a photo ID and at least one of the following forms of proof of full vaccination against Covid-19:
- State/city digital vaccine pass (g., New York Excelsior pass)
- Digital copy of your Center for Disease Control vaccine card
- Hard copy of your Center for Disease Control vaccine card
- International attendees can bring either a digital or hard copy of their official vaccination record for a Covid-19 vaccine administered outside the United States, including AstraZeneca/SK Bioscience, Serum Institute of India, COVISHIELD, Vaxzevria, Sinopharm, or Sinovac
We will NOT be accepting PCR tests, rapid tests, or one dose of Pfizer or Moderna. Masks are optional but recommended. PEI will be providing PPE including disposable masks, Clorox wipes, and hand sanitizer onsite.
