Philip is a co-founding partner of Infranode and the CIO of the business. He co-heads and is involved in all aspects of Infranode’s activities, from fundraising, to deal origination, execution and asset management. He is chairman of the board of Infranode and holds various board positions in the Infranode portfolio companies.

He oversees origination and business development and is a voting member of the Investment Committee. He has 12 years of infrastructure sector experience in the Nordics and a total of 17 years of experience in investments, M&A, business development and corporate law.

Before to launching Infranode, Philip was senior advisor to the Swedish Export Credit Corporation (SEK) Advisory Services, where he evaluated the setup of an export dedicated infrastructure fund, the Swedish Export and Infrastructure Fund. Prior to this, Philip was head of investments and project development at Nordic Airport Properties, one of the rare public-private partnerships for development and financing of transport infrastructure in Sweden.

Philip was also founding partner and CEO of a small niche management consulting firm that offered M&A related services. In 2002 Philip started his professional career as associate in the M&A and banking & finance teams at Mannheimer Swartling (MSA), a leading law firm in Sweden.

Philip graduated with joint Law (L.LM) and Business degrees (BSc) from Stockholm University in 2002, including scholarship studies at NYU Stern School of Business, NYU School of Law and Bond University in Australia.

Chris is the Managing Partner and a Founder of NOVA Infrastructure and has 24 years of experience in private equity, investment banking and infrastructure operations and engineering. Prior to NOVA, Chris was a Managing Director and Co-Portfolio Manager for Oaktree Capital’s Infrastructure Investing strategy, following Oaktree’s acquisition of Highstar Capital in 2014. He was one of four owners and a Partner of Highstar Capital, a fourth-generation infrastructure private equity firm responsible for over $6.3 billion of infrastructure investments. Earlier in his career, Chris worked in Lehman Brothers’ energy investment banking group and as an engineer in the oil and gas industry.

Chris currently serves on the Board of Directors for Integrated Waste Solutions Group, a vertically integrated waste platform that he co-founded, and Hawthorne Aviation, a private aviation FBO platform. From 2013-2022, Chris also served on the Board of Directors of the National Passenger Rail Corporation (Amtrak), the largest provider of passenger rail service in the U.S.; nominated by President Obama in 2012 and confirmed by the U.S. Senate in 2013.

Chris holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.

Ryan Bisch joined Ontario Power Generation (OPG) in 2015. As Managing Director - Private Markets, Ryan focuses on the portfolio management of the private markets portfolios for the $16 billion OPG Pension Fund and the $26 billion Ontario Nuclear Funds. He is responsible for both fund commitments, co-investments and direct investments.

Ryan was previously the leader of Mercer’s Canadian alternatives practice and North American leader of their infrastructure group.

Frederic Blanc-Brude is the Director of EDHECinfra, an index, analytics and research provider specialised in the provision of unlisted infrastructure equity and debt market indices and custom benchmarks. Before joining EDHEC in 2011, he spent 10 years in the infrastructure finance field with direct involvement in more than USD6bn of transactions. He holds a PhD in Finance (King’s College, London) and degrees from the London School of Economics, the Sorbonne, and Sciences Po Paris. He is a regular contributor to the G20 working group on long-term infrastructure investment, has advised the European Occupational Pensions and Insurance Authority on the prudential treatment of infrastructure investments and also represents EDHEC on the Advisory Board of the Global Infrastructure Facility of the World Bank. Frederic is a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Alternative Investments and is a regular contributor to the press. Antin Infrastructure Partners

Antin Infrastructure Partners is a leading independent private equity firm focused on infrastructure investments. Matteo earned a degree in business administration at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy, in 2001.

John is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Energy Infrastructure. He has over 17 years of direct private equity investing experience, preceded by over 18 years of operations management. Prior to joining Capital Dynamics, John was a managing partner at Bregal Energy, where he led a team exclusively focused on power generation and natural gas-focused investments. Prior to that he spent six years as a partner at CCMP Capital in Tokyo (formerly JP Morgan Partners) where he invested in energy and industrial opportunities. John also served as Chief Operating Officer at Densei Lambda KK, a publicly-traded Japanese corporation with eight factories located around the world and over 4,000 employees. Earlier in his career he led several large divisions of Invensys and Exide Electronics in the US and held positions in engineering, sales and general management at AT&T, and StraforFacom SA. John holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont.

Matt is the Head of Infrastructure Business Development, focusing on infrastructure global sales and strategy. He has 23 years of investment industry experience, including more than 10 years working with real asset strategies encompassing both listed and unlisted investing.

Matt joined a predecessor organization in 2012 where he, along with his team, focused purely on listed infrastructure strategies dealing with institutions, consultants and advice markets globally. Prior to this, Matt was a Key Account Manager at AMP Capital Investors, a Business Development Manager at Lift Capital, a Senior Relationship Manager at Barclays International Banking (London) and a Business Development Manager at Skandia (Australia).

Matt earned a Master of Business (Finance) from the University of Technology Sydney.

Bruno Candès is a Partner with InfraVia Capital Partners.

He is coordinating infrastructure investment activities. He also sits on the investment committee of the Growth Equity strategy.

She has worked on numerous landmark transactions, from the first PPP projects in continental Europe (Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, France) to the development of strategic acquisitions in the European core infrastructure space (notably in digital infrastructure in France, Spanish PPPs, Coriance, Railcar Platform etc.). Prior to founding Vauban Infrastructure Partners, Gwenola headed the equity infrastructure activities of Natixis IM for 9 years and spent two years at the infrastructure fund Galaxy. Before that, Gwenola was Head of European Infrastructure at CFIG, and previously was a senior member of the project finance team at BNP Paribas.

In addition to her responsibilities as director on the boards of various European infrastructure companies (Proxiserve, Axione, Papre etc.), Gwenola is a member of several industry groups including the European Commission working group of Experts in Infrastructure, PRI advisory board as well as a member of its expert group, EFAMA, and the AFG and AFIC working groups for infrastructure. She is also an active member of the Institut de la Gestion Déléguée in France and of IFA (Institut Français des Administrateurs) and is responsible for project finance courses in ESSEC’s Masters of Complex Financing.

Andrew Claerhout is a Partner and Co-Head of Infrastructure Investing at Searchlight Capital Partners. Prior to joining Searchlight in 2019, Mr. Claerhout led Infrastructure and Natural Resources investing at the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (“OTPP”) where he worked for 13 years. Prior to running the Infrastructure and Natural Resources business at OTPP, Mr. Claerhout led the private equity Consumer and Industrials sectors and spent a number of years leading the London office. Prior to OTPP, Mr. Claerhout worked at Edgestone Capital, Pacific Equity Partners, and Bain and Co. Prior to joining Fiera, Jason was an investment director SL Capital Partners LLP (Aberdeen Standard Investments) since 2014. David Giordano, Managing Director, Global Head - BlackRock Climate Infrastructure. Mr. Giordano leads the investment strategy and organizational management of the Climate Infrastructure team. He has lead the investment strategies across the Americas and APAC since the launch of the Platform in 2011. The BlackRock Climate Infrastructure team has over $9 billion of equity assets under management and over 300 renewable power projects with over 200 investors in six funds. The team has invested across ten countries and four continents. Mr. Giordano has more than 20 years of investment experience.

Previously, he was one of the original members of Babcock ＆ Brown's North American infrastructure team where he closed $4 billion of renewable transactions and on the North American Infrastructure Fund Investment Committee. Previously, he worked in a variety of investment positions in the City of London, including a period developing FTSE’s global index range. He was DUET’s Chief Operating Officer until his departure to QIC. Prior to joining AMP Capital, Ross worked for ABN AMRO and BZW in their Australian Infrastructure Corporate Advisory and London M&A teams and with Ernst & Young in their Sydney Corporate Tax division.

Andrew Jones is responsible for leading AMP Capital’s infrastructure debt activities globally including AMP Capital’s Infrastructure Debt funds. Mr Jones has over 29 years of experience in the industry and joined the Investment Team in January 2000.

Mikael is Co-Head of Actis’ energy business. He has over 25 years of experience in investing in and managing power businesses. Mikael joined Actis in 2012 as a Partner and became Co-Head of Energy in 2015. Recep oversees the Manulife infrastructure investments group with over $14 billion in assets and is the portfolio manager of multiple infrastructure funds. He has been investing in infrastructure assets for more than two decades and leading the infrastructure platform since 2016. Recep is responsible for all aspects of the infrastructure program with a focus on key business relationships, fundraising, sourcing, approving, and monitoring the investments as well as serving on a number of Boards and Committees in the sector.

Prior to joining Manulife in 2007, Recep worked for Enel, acquiring and developing renewable energy projects across North America and also took an international assignment in Europe. Swiss Life Asset Managers

Swiss Life Asset Managers is an established European asset manager and leading institutional real estate investor in Europe and has over 160 years of market experience in asset management and extensive expertise as a risk manager. Prior to joining NTR, Rosheen was CEO of GE Money Ireland, the consumer finance division of General Electric. Prior to that, Rosheen led the business transformation initiative for Irish utility ESB Power Generation.

Prior to joining Alinda in 2011, Mr. Metcalfe was Managing Director and Global Head of the Power and Utilities Group in the Investment Banking Division at UBS Securities LLC (“UBS”) from 2007 to 2011. He also held senior positions at Lehman Brothers Inc. and JP Morgan Securities.

Iñigo is the founder and CEO of Qualitas Energy, the largest independent power producer in Spain. He co-founded Qualitas Equity in 2003, a large alternative asset manager headquartered in Madrid, and then led the expansion of the private equity business into the renewable energy sector in 2007, through an initial partnership with GE Energy EFS, to form the first vehicle, Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV) - a renewable energy pioneer in the Spanish, Italian, US and Australian markets. Qualitas Energy

Currently, Q-Energy is in the investment phase of its third investment vehicle, Q-Energy III Fund, with investments of behalf of global institutional and individual investors into European renewable energy assets. At present, Q-Energy III Fund´s portfolio owns more than 260 MW of Spanish solar PV brownfield assets, has close to 4GW of Spanish development PV assets, and over 140MW of operational German wind assets.

Q-Energy is proud to have more than 120 employees based in its Madrid and Berlin offices, and to have invested over €4.5bn in global renewable energy assets since its inception. Jonathan Oxley joined Ofcom as Group Director, Competition in November 2014 and was appointed to the Ofcom Board in January 2015.

In addition to his Ofcom role, in December 2018 Jonathan was appointed Chief Executive of the UK Regulators Network, comprising thirteen independent regulators in the UK.

Boe Pahari, Global Head of Infrastructure Equity, Managing Partner, is responsible for leading AMP Capital’s global infrastructure equity activities. Mr Pahari has over 20 years of experience in the industry having started his career at Citigroup and subsequently worked for more than 13 years with ABN AMRO. Mr Pahari has led principal, advisory and banking businesses, leading teams across Europe, Asia and North America, and personally led the creation and development of several businesses for ABN AMRO and RBS.

Managing Partner at Conquest, Frédéric Palanque has more than 15 years of investment experience in the infrastructure sector, with an aggregate track record of USD+8bn equity-value closed transactions. Former global head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Schneider Electric Industries (a €27b-revenue-company in the sustainable energy and data infrastructure), and previously global head of Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions at Areva Transmission and Distribution (a €5b-revenue-company in the energy infrastructure sector). Manish Pandey joined Access in February 2013. He has 23 years of professional experience, including 9 years in infrastructure investing and 5 years in energy and infrastructure M&A. Michael Pollan joined the infrastructure team of Omnes in 2013 and is a Partner at the company. Michael has over 15 years of experience in renewable energy, carbon finance and project finance. He started his career at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Washington, D.C. as a climate finance analyst. He then moved to Paris where we worked as a project developer in clean energy in emerging markets followed by several years in the carbon finance team at Natixis.

At Omnes, Michael focuses on originating partnerships and making investments in European renewable energy developers and IPPs and represents the company at the board level of several companies.

Ross Posner is Managing Partner of Ridgewood Infrastructure, which invests in essential infrastructure in the U.S. lower middle market. Illustrative investments include the Vista Ridge pipeline supplying San Antonio with ~20% of its fresh water under a long-term take or pay contract; Undine LLC, which owns and operates regulated water and wastewater utilities; and the Neptune subsea electric transmission line supplying Long Island, NY with 20% of its electricity under a long-term availability based agreement. Prior to creating Ridgewood Infrastructure, Mr. Posner was a senior executive of Allstate Investments responsible for over $10 billion of capital. Julia’s past roles have included Head of Project Finance at Hill Samuel in London, Co-Head of Project Advisory at Charterhouse Bank and Senior Director and Head of Eurozone Infrastructure Finance at Bank of Scotland. She was previously a non-executive director of the Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund, Infraco Africa Investments and Infraco Asia Investments.

Denis Prouteau began his career in 1986 at Crédit Lyonnais in New York in the correspondent banking department. From 1987 to 2000, he held various positions at Credit Lyonnais in Paris, Deutsche Bank, SG Warburg and BNP Capital Markets in London, and BNP Paribas in Paris. In 2001, Denis joined CDC Ixis Capital Markets (to become Natixis after its merger with Natexis Banques Populaires in 2008) as a debt capital market officer. From 2001 to 2011, he held various positions focused on credit, overseeing origination, structuring and the sales team. In 2011 he moved to New York to head up fixed income then global markets activities. This covered the loan syndication and distribution team as well as the structured credit division. In 2015 Denis moved back to Paris, where he oversaw all credit activities within the fixed income department. This involved managing the whole credit chain (from debt capital markets to bonds and loans syndication trading and distribution) on a wide range of credit capital markets products (including ABS, CLO’s, capital calls…). In May 2018, Denis transferred to Ostrum Asset Management as Chief Investment officer in charge of real assets private debt.
Denis holds a Master’s degree in Finance from EDHEC business School in Lille, France.

Julia is Director of Financing for Sizewell C, and is working with Government to identify an innovative way for Sizewell C to be funded at best value to electricity consumers, and with potential investors and lenders to raise the capital required (the design replication and funding model could also pave the way for other nuclear projects such as Moorside).
Prior to her move to Sizewell C, Julia was Head of Power and Renewables for UK, US & Europe at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP. At HSF, she led a cross-practice team advising on nuclear, wind, biomass and tidal projects.
Julia is a Fellow of the Energy Institute, and member of the CBI Energy & Climate Change Board and of the advisory board for Business in the Community, East of England.

Michael co-founded Dalmore Capital Limited in 2009 and is CEO. Michael is a Dalmore shareholder
and board member as well as being on the Investment Committee and the Executive
Committee. Michael’s day-to-day responsibilities as CEO are to lead the business, particularly in
relation to fundraising.

Michael also serves on the investment committee of IST, an investment foundation backed by a
number of Swiss pension funds which invests across the infrastructure sector.

Michael has 24 years of infrastructure experience. Prior to Dalmore, Michael spent five years as
Managing Director of Infrastructure Investors (I2). From 2001 to 2004, Michael was a Director and
shareholder of Noble PFI following two years as a Director of Edison Capital. Prior to October 1999,
Michael was a Director of KPMG’s PFI advisory unit, where he worked with a range of public and
private clients. Michael began his career in 1989 with KPMG, where he undertook a variety of roles in turnaround, consulting and corporate finance. In 1995, he was seconded to a project lending team at HSBC to help develop their infrastructure lending.

Michael is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Dalmore Capital

PSP Investments

Harry is Head of Infrastructure. Harry returned to London in July 2015, almost seven years after relocating to New York to head the team responsible for originating new infrastructure investments in North America.

While in New York, Harry led InfraRed’s business development activities in North America and InfraRed’s participation in public-private partnerships procurements in Canada and the USA. He originated investment opportunities and led the team that won a number of social infrastructure and transportation investments in the USA and Canada.

On joining in 1998, Harry was initially a member of the project finance advisory team and then transferred to HSBC's structured capital markets team for a period of two years, with responsibility for originating and structuring financings for public-private partnerships, returning to InfraRed in 2004. Harry has over 15 years’ experience working on infrastructure financings from advisory, debt and equity perspectives.

Harry holds a BA in Modern History from the University of Oxford and a Masters in Philosophy in European Studies from the University of Cambridge.

He was also the first investment analyst at Coatue Capital, a leading TMT sector hedge fund. Mr. Smithen began his career as an investment banker at Smith Barney, Inc. Jamie is head of Northleaf’s infrastructure investment program and is a member of the Infrastructure Investment Committee. Jamie oversees all aspects of Northleaf’s infrastructure investment activities, including transaction origination and execution, investor relations and business development.

Prior to joining Northleaf in 2010, Jamie was a Senior Vice President with the Macquarie Group, a leading global infrastructure investment, fund management and advisory firm, where he was directly involved in acquisitions, divestitures, asset management and capital raising. Céline Tercier is Head of infrastructure debt mandates and funds of AEW. She joined Ostrum AM in 2016 to participate in the launch of the Private Debt Real Assets department within Natixis Investment Managers Group. This department has since then been transferred to Natixis Investment Managers International and to AEW in January 2024. Céline Tercier began her career in 1998 at the Export Credit Agency COFACE in Paris, in charge of large infrastructure projects. In 2006, she joined DBRS where she was in charge of the rating of transactions within the structured finance department and she developed rating methodologies for project finance debt. She joined Natixis in 2008 within the Global Infrastructure and Projects department; she was head of EMEA Portfolio Management until 2012. Céline Tercier then managed infrastructure debt mandates for institutional investors until 2016.

AEW

Garret Tynan is the Managing Director and European Head of Infrastructure and Project Finance at KBRA Europe Limited (KBRA).

Garret previously spent five years with KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH in London, where he was responsible for originating and executing project and leveraged finance transactions in the UK, Europe, and North America.

Prior to KfW IPEX, Garret worked for nine years at Depfa Bank plc in Dublin, where he initially focused on public-private partnerships/PFI, utilities, and leveraged finance in the UK and, in later years, managed a team responsible for restructuring and winding down the bank’s global infrastructure portfolio.

Garret is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency department in Dublin.
