Investor and Manager Scenario Session: Deal or No Deal
The session will highlight the increased role of ESG in due diligence. A fund manager and an institutional investor will discuss a hypothetical investment opportunity with ESG issues. They will ask the questions they would ask in a real investment situation with specific infrastructure assets and reflect on the ESG risk of the investment. The audience will then be given the opportunity to quiz the presenters on their decisions and decide whether they would themselves invest.
