Jiroo Eoh is the Department Head of Alternative Investment at ABL Life Insurance (Korea). Jiroo is in charge of all alternative investment sectors. Previously, Jiroo worked with Macquarie Group (Macquarie Capital and Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, both Australia and Korea). He is experienced in not only advisory businesses but also established and managed various funds such as Macquarie Korea Infrastructure Fund (MKIF), PPP funds, power and energy related infrastructure funds and real estate/ real asset funds. Jiroo received a Bachelor of Commerce/Law combined degree from University of Sydney and a Master of Laws degree from University of New South Wales in Australia. He is a qualified Lawyer and a CPA in Australia. He is native in both English and Korean.

Jayme Han, Managing Director and Head of Asia ex-Japan is responsible for Pretium Partners’ coverage of Asia in the firm's Business Development. Ms Han takes on regional responsibilities focused on distribution within Asia Pacific. She maintains and expands a solid network with managers and investors and leads fund raising across the region, as well as assists in the execution of complex investment opportunities. Ms Han has over 24 years of investment management experience. Most of her career was spent with National Pension Service (NPS), one of the world's biggest pension funds and a leading international investor, where she was one of the founding members of its alternative program and led the opening & build-out of the NPS office in London. Her most recent role was with Jones Lang LaSalle as Executive Director in its Equity Advisory Group. She also served as Head of Alternative for Tong Yang Life Insurance, the fifth largest insurer in Korea.

Inae Hwang is the Head of Real Estate Finance and Investment Department in Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance ("SFMI"), where she is in charge of managing and investing in domestic and overseas real estate asset deals, global blind funds, and project financing. Prior to the current role, she was a Senior Manager in Alternative Investment Credit Analysis and, previously, was a manager in Infrastructure Investment Departmemt, and a Project Manager in Real Estate Development Team. Before joining SFMI in 2012, she worked for a Trust Company as an Asset Manager, who was responsible for managing a multi-tenants retail mall. She began her career at an architectural company as a Business Developer, who was in charge of business proposal for domestic and overseas real estate developments and city master plans.
Inae is a CFA, and received a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from MIT.

Rok (Gyeong Rok) Kim is a senior manager for the Real Estate Investment Team at The Korean Teachers’ Credit Union (KTCU). He is based in Seoul, South Korea and is responsible for KTCU’s real estate investments by overseeing its North American and European portfolios. With over 15 years spent in the alternative investment industry, he has an extensive investment experience across private equity, infrastructure and real estate. Prior to KTCU’s real estate investment team, he worked within the organization as a senior risk analysis manager for the private equity, private credit and infrastructure investments. He earned his MS degree in Finance from Indiana Kelly School of Business and an MBA from SungKyunkwan University in South Korea.

Mr. Kwon joined Samsung SRA in 2017 and has built a Global Fund of Funds platform with over $3 Billion of capital commitments aggregated across regions, sectors and strategies in both real estate private equity and debt.

Prior to joining Samsung SRA, Mr. Kwon was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Hanwha and he was a Founding Director of Hanwha AMC’s Singapore office as a Registered Fund Manager for Alternative Investments.

Before that, he held positions at Deloitte Financial Advisory, Hanwha E&C’s Development project in Iraq and Savills Korea where he managed GIC’s Class A office and retail properties.

Mr. Kwon holds a Bachelor’s degree from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Korea Lacrosse Association.

Song-ah LEE is the Head of the Alternative Investment Team II and a director at Kyobo AXA Investment Managers(“KAIM”), which is a joint venture between Kyobo Life and AXA Investment Managers.
She is responsible for the origination, execution, and management of domestic and overseas real asset investments.
As one of the setup members of Alternative Investment at KAIM, she has been invested in overseas real estate assets as well as domestic infrastructure assets . She is also in charge of inbound real estate investment on behalf global LPs.
Prior to joining Kyobo AXA Investment Managers, Song-ah had over a decade of the cross-border investment experience focused on the PPP and renewable energy sectors since 2003.
She was the Head of infrastructure investment team in Mirae Asset Global Investments and, prior to that, worked in the SOC investment division of KB Asset management.
Song-ah earned master’s degree in Foreign Direct Investment from KDI School of Public Policy and Management after graduated from Yonsei University.

Wan Sun Park has primary responsibility for institutional investor relationships and fundraising in South Korea, Malaysia and Thailand. He is based in Hong Kong. Before joining TransPacific, Wan Sun served as Leader of the Alternative Investment Team at Fubon Hyundai Life Insurance, where he oversaw the firm’s private equity, private debt, infrastructure, and other alternative investments. Wan Sun also sat on the investment committees of several other leading Korean institutions during his tenure at Fubon Hyundai. He was previously an Associate Director at Aberdeen Standard Investments, where he developed relationships and raised capital from Korean institutions. Wan Sun was previously a Manager at Hyundai Marine and Fire Insurance on the Alternative Investment Team responsible for direct investment and fund selection. Wan Sun earned a BA in Business from Korea University.

Ravi Anand leads the firm’s investment activity in private real estate credit, working with portfolio managers, global credit analysts, and other global research resources within the firm to identify and pursue investments. In addition, he is responsible for developing investment talent and leveraging Wellington’s research capabilities.

Prior to joining Wellington, Ravi was a portfolio manager at PIMCO for seven years. At PIMCO, he served as executive vice president, global co-head of commercial real estate debt, and head of U.S. private commercial real estate debt. Earlier in his career, he was first vice president of investments at CIM Group, a real estate private equity firm. He also spent nearly a decade at GE Capital Real Estate as a director on the large loan and institutional accounts lending team. He began his real estate career on the Acquisitions Team at Sterling Equities, a commercial real estate investment platform.

Ravi holds a bachelor of science in finance and accounting from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Elizabeth is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Real Estate on the Real Assets team, where she is responsible for due diligence of primary, secondary and co-investment opportunities in real estate. She is a member of the Real Asset Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2022, Elizabeth was a Managing Director with Jaguar Growth Partners where she was responsible for leading Latin American real estate private equity investments. Previously, Elizabeth was an Investment Manager at Aberdeen Asset Management on the Property Multi-Manager team and was a Vice President at Equity International, responsible for investing in emerging markets real estate companies. Earlier in her career, Elizabeth was an Associate at real estate private equity firm, JER Partners, and an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank.

Elizabeth received her M.B.A from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an A.B. from Princeton University.

Jungik Cho joined Daewoo Securities (later merged with Mirae Asset Securities) as a Quantitative Research Analyst in 2003. He currently leads the placement agent business for private market funds at KB Securities, focusing on Korean institutional investors across Private Equity, Private Debt, Hedge Funds, Real Estate and Infrastructure since 2014.

Previously, Jungik held leadership roles across public and private capital markets, as well as corporate strategy and planning functions at Mirae Asset Securities. He also worked at Korea Development Bank Financial Group, overseeing subsidiaries across banking, insurance, capital and asset management businesses.

Jungik is frequently featured in media outlets and serves as a lecturer on alternative investments at KOFIA and other financial industry organizations, while also advising investment institutions as an investment committee member.
He received his BA and MA in Statistics from Korea University.

Dominic Doran joined APG in 2013 and is a Senior Director within the Asian Real Estate Team based in Hong Kong. He is responsible for sourcing new real estate investment opportunities as well as managing existing investments across Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and India in sectors including offices, logistics, residential, retail, hotels, data centres and life sciences. Dominic began his career in London with a US-based real estate private equity manager before working for Pradera in the fund management team covering European shopping centre investments.

Dominic holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master of Real Estate (MSc) degree from City University, London.

Rocco is a member of the Distribution team, based in London and covering European, Middle Eastern and Asian investors. He has over 10 years of experience in real estate private markets and capital raising.

Rocco joined Threadmark from Optimum Asset Management, where he was responsible for business development and fundraising activities for real estate funds, primarily focused on the German market. He began his career at Cambridge Associates (London), where he was an Investment Associate in the Real Assets Investment Group.

Kai Goh is co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Digital Halo, an APAC-focused data centre platform sponsored by Partners Group. Partners Group is one of the world’s leading private markets investment managers with over USD 170 billion in assets under management.

He is an industry veteran with over 20 years’ experience across digital infrastructure and real estate private equity. Under his leadership, Digital Halo is building a best-in-class developer and operator of sustainable, scalable, next-generation digital infrastructure across Asia. The target is to deliver 500MW+ AI-ready, high-density data centre capacity aligned with next-generation requirements in power, cooling, and performance to meet the evolving needs of hyperscale, neoclouds and enterprise customers. Digital Halo is currently developing and operating data centre campuses in Johor and Manila. Prior to Digital Halo, he was the fund manager for the maiden USD 1 billion data centre development fund and head for M&A for one of the largest data centre operators in Singapore.

Mr. Jang joined the firm in April 2022 as a senior advisor at Yulchon, a major law firm in Korea. Previously, he had senior management oversight of POBA investments as a CIO totaling around US$ 17bn and led the strategic expansion in the overseas investment area given the growing importance of asset size and portfolio diversification. He was responsible for POBA's investment portfolio spanning equity, fixed income, and alternatives. Previously, he was the assistant director of the Financial Supervisory Services (FSS) of Korea. With 34 years of experience in the investment industry managing equity and private equity portfolios, he is an all-rounded investment executive who worked across multiple functions in both the private and the public sectors. He was the CEO of AllianceBernstein Asset Management (Korea) and the CIO of Woori Asset Management. He is a member of various investment advisory committees such as The Government Employees Pension Service, The Police Mutual Aid Association, The Mutual Aid for Small Enterprises & Enterprisers, The National Housing Fund, The Scientists & Engineers Mutual Aid, and The Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power. He earned an MBA from the University of Iowa and a Ph.D. from Dongguk University.

Sunkyo Jeong is the Team Head of Global Alternative Investment at Korea Investment & Securities (KIS), where he oversees the firm’s global real asset investments and project finance initiatives.

Sunkyo brings a unique hybrid profile to the infrastructure sector. He began his career at Doosan Enerbility, a global energy solution provider, where he specialized in plant engineering and project management. With over 16 years of experience, he has held senior roles at Samsung Securities and NH Investment & Securities, and recently pioneered KIS’s first real estate GP business with CapitaLand. Leveraging his extensive background in both infrastructure and real estate, he is currently focusing on data center assets.

He holds a B.S. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Seoul National University and an MBA from IESE Business School, Spain.

SangHoon Ji is responsible for business development in Asia. Prior to joining Constellar, Mr. Ji worked for Woori Global Markets Asia Hong Kong Limited at Woori Bank, one of the largest banks in Korea, where he was a Head of Alternative Investment with a focus on sourcing and/or selling various alternative investment opportunities. Prior to this, Mr. Ji spent more than 11 years at Man Group where he was a Head of Korea since 2016 to build up Man Group’s business development. Mr. Ji joined FRM in Tokyo in 2007 which subsequently was acquired by Man in 2012. He was responsible for supporting the largest Japanese investors as a Client Portfolio Manager after working as a FRM client service specialist, focusing on various Japanese institutional investors since 2007. Mr. Ji graduated with a BA in Economics from the Kyoto University in Japan and is fluent in Korean, Japanese, and English. Mr. Ji lives in Hong Kong with his wife and two children.

Jinwoo Jung, Ph.D. is Head of Research & Strategy at Koramco Asset Management, a leading Korean real estate manager with KRW 19.1 trillion in AUM. He leads House View and investment strategy across office, logistics, data centre, and living sectors, producing bilingual quarterly Market Outlooks for institutional investors.
Previously Head of Research at Cushman & Wakefield Korea, Jinwoo rebuilt the function, pioneered data centre research coverage, built a quarterly framework, and published 30+ bilingual reports annually—winning the 2023 Global Research Initiative of the Year Award. He earlier served at Gyeonggi Technopark and began his career at CBRE Korea.
He concurrently serves as Adjunct Professor at Hanyang University Graduate School of Real Estate Convergence, with SSCI-indexed publications applying machine learning to real estate. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from Hanyang University (best-thesis award), an M.A. from Cleveland State University, and a B.A. in Economics (top of class) from Chung-Ang University.

Bruce Kim started job career in 2001 and joined IBK securities Jan 24. Before he join the IBK, he worked at buyside AMC such as Heungkuk AMC, PLUS AMC .
While he was in AMC side, he managed asset allocation fund, Absolute return fund and Alternative asset fund for korea institutional investors.
Thanks to various asset- class management experience, he expand career to alternative investment capital formation in IBK Securities.
He earned LL.M. in Exeter University.

Jeeyoun Celine Kim is currently a Senior Manager at Daol Asset Management, where she is responsible for global real asset investments and asset management within Global IB Division. She has built her career through roles at Kiwoom Asset Management and KB Financial Group, and subsequently gained extensive experience in alternative investment management and post-investment oversight while managing OCIO alternative investment portfolios at the National Health Insurance Service, as well as serving on the Alternative Investment Team at Lotte Insurance.

At Lotte Insurance, she contributed to portfolio normalization by leading rebalancing initiatives across a wide range of domestic and overseas real asset equity and debt investments. Leveraging this diverse background, she has recently been focusing on overseas real asset funds across various investment themes.

Ms. Kim holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Economics from Sogang University’s Graduate School of Economics and has completed doctoral coursework in Economics (Urban Economics) at the same institution. She is also a certified CCIM designee.

Current position is a Managing Director of Hana Financial Investment (Top Investment Bank in Korean Real Estate Finance industry) as a head of Real Asset Investment Finance Department leading a Real Estate Investment Business in Korean Domestic and Global Overseas since beginning of year 2020. Working experience in Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance as a Real Estate Finance and Investment Manager for 10 years (2010~2019) before Hana. Overseas Investment Team Leader was a last position in Samsung. 2.5 years with Shinhan Securities (IB Securities Firm in Korea) for the Global Real Estate Investment Manager before Samsung. Career started with Hyundai Engineering and Construction for 10 years (1998~2007) in a sector of Overseas Business (7 years including 5 years Hong Kong) and Development Business Manager in Korea. Bachelor's degree from Korea Univ. major in Architecture. Master's Degree from the Univ. of Hong Kong major in Real Estate Finance and Investment.

김도일 상무는 하나금융투자(국내 부동산 금융업계 최고의 투자은행)의 상무이사로 2020년 연초부터 국내외 실물자산투자금융부서에서 부동산 투자 사업을 이끌고 있습니다. 하나금융그룹 합류 이전 약 10년간 삼성화재에서 부동산 금융 및 운용역으로 근무한 경력을 보유하고 있으며 이때 해외투자팀장직책을 역임했습니다. 삼성 화재에 앞서 글로벌 부동산 투자운용역으로 신한증권에서 약 2년 6개월간 근무하였으며, 부동산 투자 업무 경력은 해외사업부문(홍콩 5년 포함 7년) 포함 총 10년 (1998~2007)을 재직한 현대건설 개발사업부에서 부터 시작되었습니다. 고려대학교 건축학 학사를 수여 받았으며, 홍콩 대학교에서 부동산 금융 및 투자 석사 학위를 취득했습니다.

Jin Kim (金眞煥) leads domestic and global real estate & infrastructure, corporate finance team at Korea Teachers’ Pension (KTP) and contributes to the stable growth of public pension assets through his extensive domestic and international network and experience.
About 20 years at KTP, he has worked across strategic planning, strategic asset allocation, investing and managing global equities and fixed income portfolios, as well as alternatives - corporate financing, real estate, and infrastructure investments. He also served as Chief of Staff to the Chairman of the KTP.
He graduated with Distinction from the Executive Diploma (PGDip) in Financial Strategy at the University of Oxford’ Saïd Business School.

Mr. Kim is a strategist responsible for asset allocation and equity investments. He joined Korea Investment Corporation (KIC) in 2014 and previously served as a head of the Public Equity Investment Group. He also managed external manager programs across equities, fixed income, and hedge funds at KIC’s New York office.

Prior to joining KIC, he worked at Korea Investment Management for 13 years as a head of global equity group and a head of the hedge fund team.

Mr. Kim holds master’s degrees from Yale University and Duke University.

Gary Kobus, a 28-year Lincoln veteran, has been a key member of the investment management team, focused on the Lincoln logistics properties accounts, which represent a significant component of the existing investment management platform. Gary previously worked at Heitman and LaSalle Partners.

Gary is responsible for raising institutional investor capital and developing investment strategies and partnership structures with institutional investors. Gary oversees acquisition, disposition and portfolio management disciplines and sits on the investment committee of Lincoln Capital Advisers, Lincoln’s investment advisory affiliate.

Since 2001, Gary has overseen the acquisition of more than $2.6 billion (295 properties) and the disposition of more than $1.3 billion of office, logistics, and data center real estate assets (128 properties) on behalf of state pension funds. Additionally, he has overseen more than $400 million of logistics development. Before joining Lincoln Property Company in 1998, Gary was Vice President with Heitman Capital Management, managing a $1.6 billion portfolio of pension fund assets in three commingled funds and separate accounts, and was a Vice President at LaSalle Partners.

Gary earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and his Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg School of Management. He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association, the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.

Ethan Koh holds the position of Global Head of Research Operations at PEI Group, where he assumes responsibility for overseeing data quality and research operations worldwide. In this capacity, he manages relationships with external parties to enhance the efficiency of research operations and regularly presents PEI data at global events.

Over the past decade, Ethan held managerial positions in Singapore and Hong Kong, delivering strategic value to corporate decision-makers and global institutional clients. Prior to joining PEI Group, he was the Asia Research Director at the Global Private Capital Association, the Senior Manager at Real Capital Analytics, and the Senior Investment Writer for Partners Group.

Paige Koh is part of the Private Real Estate business department, based in Singapore. She has been with Partners Group since 2023 and has 23 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, she was Director, Portfolio Management APAC at Nuveen Real Estate. She has held roles in investments, business development and fund management at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, UBS and CapitaLand, respectively. She holds a master's degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is a CFA charterholder.

Junghoon "Phil" Kook joined DWS in September 2021 and has over 20 years’ experience in the industry. Initially joining as the Head of Real Estate Transactions, Korea in March 2023 Phil was promoted to Head of Real Estate, Korea to oversee the full service Korean real estate platform. Since joining, Phil and his team have successfully acquired three assets while disposing six in Korea and played a key role in formulating a new SMA investing into overseas real estate markets. Prior to DWS, Phil's 20 years in the industry includes Head of Real Estate Investments at Shinhan Alternative Investment, Sr. VP of Real Estate Finance at Korea Exchange Bank, and Investment Manager at Woori Credit Suisse Asset Management.

Phil holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Jae Hyung Kwon is the representative of the Korea Office of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of the World Bank Group. In this role, Jae is working closely with Korean private sector partners to develop projects and investment opportunities in emerging markets.

Prior to joining IFC, Jae worked at Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), the World Bank Group’s guarantees arm, for more than 12 years, initially as a sector underwriter in the Infrastructure team based in Washington D.C. Thereafter, Jae moved to Seoul, Singapore and then India to lead business development and deal execution in North and South Asia regions, working closely with governments, state-owned enterprises and private sector investors.

Prior to joining MIGA, Jae worked at Standard Chartered Bank, based in Singapore and Seoul, where he provided project and export finance solutions for infrastructure projects in Asia, Middle East and Africa. Jae also worked at Samsung C&T in the Project Development team.

Jae earned an MBA from INSEAD and a BA in Political Science and Economics from Yonsei University.

In his spare time, Jae likes to go running and hiking.

Kyle (Kyungwon) Lee leads NPS’s Americas Real Estate team. He has been with the pension fund since 2014 and oversees its real estate acquisitions, globally, ranging across the risk spectrum in multiple product types. Prior to NPS, he spent seven years at KB Asset Management Company and Hyundai Asset Management Company. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Yonsei University.

Dr. Song-ah Lee is the Founder and Managing Director of MSEED Global Partners Co., Ltd., a Seoul-based alternative investment business advisory firm connecting global GPs with Korean institutional investors. She brings approximately 20 years of investment experience across infrastructure, real assets, private debt, and fund of funds, having held senior investment roles at Kyobo AXA Investment Management, Mirae Asset Global Investments, and KB Asset Management. Her institutional coverage spans more than 40 Korean LPs, including public pension funds, mutual aid associations, insurance companies, and sovereign-affiliated investors. She currently advises foreign managers on Korea market entry, regulatory positioning, and capital formation. Dr. Lee holds a Ph.D. from the University of North Korean Studies, with research focused on energy infrastructure and participatory renewable energy models.

TS Lee is a Team Leader at Mastern Investment Management, specializing in domestic real estate investment and development. With a robust background in real estate finance, he leads strategic value-add projects, focusing on unlocking operational alpha through meticulous project management and innovative re-positioning strategies.
Mr. Lee began his career as a certified appraiser before transitioning to the Real Estate Finance Team at the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives (Suhyup), where he managed diverse domestic and global real estate and infrastructure investments. He further honed his expertise at the National Pension Service (NPS) within the Asia Real Estate Investment Team, overseeing key portfolios across Korea, Japan, and Australia.
Currently, at Mastern, he is at the forefront of high-profile development projects, including the Dosan-daero development. His deep understanding of technical, legal, and financial structures makes him a key expert in Korea's evolving real estate landscape.

Diego Lopez is the Managing Director of Global SWF, based in New York / Singapore. He is a world-renowned expert on Sovereign Wealth Funds, having acted as practitioner and advisor for many years and published several articles in leading academic journals. He has worked as an external consultant for the World Bank and the United Nations and supported the establishment or reformulation of a number of SWFs around the world.

Diego is a seasoned banker and consultant with over 17 years of experience. Prior to founding Global SWF, he spent five years building up PwC’s footprint in the SWF industry as the Director and COO of the global practice. He started his career in Santander, and spent several years in Accuracy and KPMG.

He has lived and worked in Europe, the Middle East, China, Brazil and the US. He earned his Masters in Finance from the London School of Economics (LSE) after graduating in the Universities of Madrid and Milan. He is a FINRA-registered representative with Series 62, 63 and 79.

Diego is a prolific open water and ice swimmer, having raced in all seven continents including Antarctica, and acts as an ambassador for the Ocean’s recovery. He is the author of the book "Continents Seven: Values for sports, business and life, learned around the world"

Rikke Lykke is a recognized professional with over 25 years of experience in the European real estate industry. As Group CEO, she joined the Executive Board of Catella Group in August 2025, where she leads the company’s strategic international development. Before joining Catella, Mrs. Lykke held prominent leadership roles, including CEO of DEAS Asset Management Group, Head of European Asset Management at PATRIZIA, and co-founder and Managing Partner at Atlas Management. Her expertise spans fund and asset management, acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions, and investment platform development.

Mrs. Lykke has extensive boardroom experience. In May 2025, she joined the Board of Directors of Belgium-listed Aedifica as an Independent Director and currently serves as Chairman of the Danish proptech firm Hococo. Previously, she has held directorship positions at IKANO Bostad, Danish Industry, PropTech Denmark and Investering & Tryghed, among others. Rikke Lykke is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Marcus Meijer is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MARK and Chairman of Crossbay. Marcus has extensive corporate finance, real estate investment and development experience. He has originated, executed, and exited single asset, portfolio, and non-performing loan transactions across the United States, the U.K., and Continental Europe. Before founding MARK in 2004, Marcus served as CFO of MARK’s predecessor, MAB Group, where he was responsible for the strategic restructuring of the business, culminating in the sale of the business to a global financial institution. Marcus began his career in 1995 at Hines in Chicago and London, before joining Goldman Sachs’ Principal Investment Team in 1997. Marcus graduated from Leyden University with a Master's degree in law, and received his MBA in 2002 from INSEAD. He speaks six languages.

Seonghun Min has been a professor in the Department of Urban Planning and Real Estate at the University of Suwon since 2012. He researches alternative investments focusing on investment strategy, benchmark index, and ESG integration. He authored two books: ‘Real Estate Investment’ and ‘ESG, The Future of Investment’. He serves or has served as an external member of investment committees in National Pension Service, Government Employees Pension Service and Housing and Urban Fund, which are representative public funds in Korea. He was the Head of the Investment Division in Nomura-Rifa Asset Management before moving into academia. He has almost 18 years of experience as a fund manager, investment banker, and development consultant.

David joined ICG Real Estate in 2016 and is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of ICG Real Estate's Debt strategies and sourcing and executing investments. He also sits on the Investment Committee. Prior to ICG, David spent eight years in Santander’s real estate finance team in London where he was responsible for portfolio oversight, and also chaired one of the bank’s credit committees. Prior to Santander he held roles in the real estate lending teams at JP Morgan and Bear Stearns, and started his career in 2002 as a commercial property valuer.

David holds an MA in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge.

Elizabeth leads Thrive’s business development and investor engagement in Korea. She brings over 30 years of experience across alternative investments, portfolio advisory, and institutional relationship management. Known for her deep market insight and trusted allocator relationships, she also contributes to manager selection and portfolio construction across asset classes and geographies.

Prior to joining Thrive, Elizabeth was Investment & Pension Business Leader at Mercer, where she spent over a decade advising Korean asset owners, financial institutions, foundations, and family offices. Before that, she served as Director and Regional Client Sales Manager at Citibank’s Investor Services division, developing the firm’s business in Korea and Japan.

Jun Park is Madison’s Head of South Korea.
Mr. Park progresses the Firm’s long-term strategy for growth in the region. This includes providing hands-on local service to Madison’s existing South Korean clients, while also seeking to grow its investor relationships in the country and across the region.
Mr. Park has more than 14 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, and private equity. He joins Madison from Hyundai Marine and Fire Insurance (HDMF) where he led the Real Asset Investment Department as a Team Leader, managing over $1.3B of alternatives assets. During his time there, he was responsible for investments and capital commitments in about 100 transactions valued at over $2.4B across a multitude of real estate asset classes, including data centers.
Mr. Park has an MBA degree from UCLA, a Masters in Civil and Environmental Engineering from KAIST, and a Bachelors in Civil Engineering from Hanyang University.

Rocio Pineda is a Director at Stoneshield Capital and a member of the investment team, where she is responsible for global fundraising and supports the origination of new investments.

She has over a decade of experience across real estate, private capital, secondaries and M&A, with transaction experience spanning Europe, the Middle East and the US. Prior to Stoneshield, Rocio was a Director at Evercore and a Vice President at UBS in London. She began her career at Goldman Sachs in New York.

Rocio holds a BS in Economics from Louisiana State University and a Master’s in Finance from London Business School.

Michael Ramm, Managing Director, is a German citizen with 28 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is based in Frankfurt and serves as Group Head and Chief Investment Officer for the Real Estate Europe Group for J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Global Alternatives business. Michael has acquired assets across Europe within the office, industrial, residential and retail sectors and had been instrumental in all our European products over the past nearly 20 years. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Asset Management in July 2005, Michael was an Investment Manager at AIG Global Real Estate and managed investments on behalf of AIG’s European Opportunistic Property Fund. Prior to that Michael held various roles at JLL and JLL Corporate Finance in Paris, Warsaw, Moscow and London (1997 - 2002). Michael holds a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from the European Business School International. He is fluent in German, English and French.

Seunghwan Ro is an investment professional with over two decades of experience in alternative investments and institutional portfolio management across private equity, real assets, and credit strategies. He currently works at NH Investment & Securities, where he invests the firm’s principal capital in corporate, real estate, and infrastructure transactions, focusing on identifying and executing opportunities in private markets.

Prior to joining NH Investment & Securities, Mr. Ro served as the Head of Alternative Investments at the Government Employees Pension Service (GEPS), where he led the development and execution of private market investment strategies across private equity, real assets, and absolute return strategies. In this role, he oversaw multiple investment teams and played a central role in shaping GEPS’s portfolio allocation and global manager selection processes.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Ro was a Senior Portfolio Manager at DB Insurance, where he helped establish the firm’s hedge fund investment platform and led infrastructure and private equity investments. He also served as a Portfolio Manager at Korea Post, where he gained extensive experience in global infrastructure, private equity, and hedge fund investments.

Mr. Ro began his career as a derivatives broker at Tongyang Futures Trading, where he handled execution and research across commodities, currencies, and structured products for institutional clients.

Michael Turner serves as a Managing Director in the Investments Group. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing infrastructure investment opportunities, with a focus on the transportation and logistics sector. Prior to joining CIM, Mr. Turner served as Managing Director, BAES Infrastructure at Buckeye Partners. His experience also includes roles as Managing Director at Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners and as a Senior Vice President at Macquarie Capital. Mr. Turner earned a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne in Melbourne, Australia, and a Master of Finance from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Clarisse Wong is Head of Asia Real Estate at Mercer and is based in Singapore. At Mercer, Clarisse leads real estate primaries and co-investments on behalf of Mercer’s delegated solutions and clients in the Asia region and is a key member on Mercer’s Global Real Estate team. Prior to joining Mercer in 2022, Clarisse spent 13 years with both global and regional investment management firms, with a focus on direct real estate investments across varied property types and geographies in Asia. Clarisse graduates from the National University of Singapore with a BA in Arts (Economics). She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and is fluent in Mandarin and English.
