Dr. Michael Abel is a private equity investor with over 20 years of experience, specialised in buying and building leading real estate companies across asset classes in Europe. He is the Founder and CEO of GREYKITE, an independent European investment firm established in 2023 and headquartered in London. He oversees GREYKITE’s strategy, capital formation, and investment business, and serves as Chairman of the Executive and Investment Committees. Prior to founding GREYKITE, Michael was an Equity Partner at TPG, a leading global investment firm with ca. $239 billion of assets under management. With Generali since 2005, Alberto Agazzi currently serves as Head of Generali Real Estate International, overseeing the real estate investment and portfolio management activities in the USA, UK and APAC markets.

Prior to this role, he served for nine years as CEO and General Manager at Generali Real Estate SGR, managing the Pan European fund management activities with an AUM in excess of 15 bln euro.

Alberto joined Generali from Mediobanca, where he worked in Real Estate Advisory team. He began his career in Milan with an engineering company as Project Manager.

George Agethen is responsible for CDPQ’s real estate strategies in Asia-Pacific and Latin America, based in Singapore.

Mr. Agethen has extensive experience in our industry, across general partner, advisory and investor roles. Before joining Ivanhoé Cambridge in 2015, he held senior positions in leading companies in Asia including Ping An Group and Macquarie Capital.

Mr. Agethen holds bachelor’s degrees in commerce and in law and a master’s degree specializing in Finance, from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. Lee Alexander is a Senior Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Pretium, where he is responsible for the day-to-day business operations of the Firm and is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. Since joining Pretium in 2015, Mr. Alexander has served in several critical roles as the Firm has grown. Before joining Pretium in 2015, he was a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for the Global Credit and Mortgage businesses at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Alexander received a BA in Accounting from Bucknell University.

Vishnu Amble serves as a Director of GreenBear Group LLC, a single-family office founded in 2006 based in Miami, Florida and Singapore. The GreenBear Group LLC investment program has been active across private markets in developed and emerging regions of the globe, with a specific focus on spinning out and seeding emerging GPs, as well as being active investors in funds and companies focused on the intersection of infrastructure, technology and sustainability, and are members of the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA).

Vishnu also serves as a Director of the family office’s foundation focused on funding access to energy, education, healthcare, and climate change solutions in South and SE Asia. Vishnu has built his 20+ year career in investments and capital markets at the intersection of Technology, Infrastructure, Energy, and Sustainability with such companies as Saudi Aramco, E.ON, The Carlyle Group and Lehman Brothers.Vishnu earned his Bachelor’s Degrees in Economics and Computer and Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.

Matilde Attolico is involved in Rockpoint’s international capital raising activities. Ms. Attolico is based in Abu Dhabi. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2021, Ms. Attolico worked at JLL as the Global Head of the Funds Advisory business for three years. Prior to joining JLL, Ms. Attolico spent 18 years working in a variety of capital raising and advisory roles at investment advisory boutiques and banks, including Hodes Weill & Associates, Mercury Capital Advisors, Merrill Lynch, and Goldman Sachs. Ms. Attolico serves as a director of Women In Real Estate’s London chapter. Ms. Attolico received a B.A. from Brown University and an M.A. from the Courtauld Institute in London.

Jingjing Bai is a Senior Advisor to bfinance since 2019, based in Hong Kong, and is responsible for multiple private markets fund selection projects in excess of 4 billion USD. In the recent years, Jingjing led several global alternative investment program covering Private Equity, Private Debt and Real Assets mandated by large corporates and family offices. Previously, she was the Head of HSBC Private Capital Advisory in Asia Pacific, and a Managing Director of Eaton Partners, oversaw the firm’s activities in the region, with a focus on Private Markets since 2007. She was one of the pioneer Venture Capital investors in China since the early 2000s, backed by MediBIC, a listed Japanese Biotech company. She started her career with Dell Computer Japan, as the Product Marketing Manager responsible for Dell’s mainstream product program. She holds MA from International University of Japan and BA from Nanjing University. She is fluent in Chinese, Japanese and English, and awarded full scholarship by the Konosuke Matsushita Memorial Foundation（ 松下幸之助記念志財団）since 1999.

Taimur Baig, PhD, heads global economics as well as macro strategy for interest rate, credit, and currency at DBS Group Research. He also advises the bank on risk management and investment strategy.

Prior to joining DBS in 2017, Dr. Baig was a Principal Economist at the Economic Policy Group, Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Earlier, he spent nine years at Deutsche Bank’s Singapore office, where his last position was Managing Director and Chief Economist, Asia. During 1999-2007, he was based in Washington, DC, at the headquarters of the International Monetary Fund, where his last position was Senior Economist.

Dr. Baig has published extensively for both specialists and a general audience, on areas including monetary policy, digital currency, financial technology, climate change, demographics, frontier markets, fiscal policy efficacy, and financial market contagion. He is the host of “Kopi Time,” a widely followed podcast series on markets and economies.

Dr. Baig is an Honorary Advisor to the Global CFO Network, Director Fellow at the Asian Financial Cooperation Association, and Council Member of the Economic Society of Singapore. Dr. Baig
holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He attended London School of Economics and Wabash College for his B.A. in Economics.

Aditya is Acting Head of Asia Pacific Real Estate for ADIA. He joined ADIA in July 2012, focused first on building out the department’s India exposure. His remit expanded to Korea and Japan before he started helping out with broader team activities across the region and with internal initiatives. Prior to joining ADIA, Aditya was Managing Director for SITQ India, a real estate division of the Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec. A native of India, Aditya graduated from SRCC, Delhi University with a Bachelor degree in Economics and thereafter from Carnegie Mellon University with an MBA. In addition to India and the UAE, he has worked and lived in the US and Japan. He is an advisor to the South Asia board of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a member of the advisory board for Global Real Estate Investors (GRI India) and a member of APREA’s ESG Committee.

Pallavi, Senior Director, Investment and Asset Management, APAC joined Ivanhoé Cambridge in January 2022.

Prior to joining Ivanhoé Cambridge, Pallavi was heading Asset and Debt Management at ESR, India. She has spent over a decade in Europe in the Fund of Funds space. As Executive Director at LGT Capital Partners she was leading their investments in Europe and played an instrumental role in designing their investment, asset and risk management processes. At Composition Capital Partners she was responsible for sourcing, acquisitions, asset management and disposition activities and specialized in seeding first time funds. She has also served as Chairperson of INREV Due Diligence Committee.

Pallavi has over 20 years of global real estate experience across sectors and geographies. She holds a Masters in Business Administration specializing in International Finance from Symbiosis Institute in India and Bachelors degree in Commerce for Lady Sri Ram College in India. She speaks English and Hindi.

Jonathan Brasse is the senior editor for PEI Media’s Real Estate Group which comprises the group's real estate publications, PERE and Real Estate Capital. Jonathan leads the group’s editorial team and is responsible for setting the agendas for the print and online editions of both publications as well as all associated publications. He joined PEI in 2009 and has assumed various reporting and editing roles since, including responsibility for PERE’s coverage of the private real estate markets in Asia. He has a BA from the University of Kent and is an NCTJ qualified journalist.

Sophie is the Asia-Pacific Director of Capital Assured, a single-family office headquartered in Dubai. Based in Singapore, she trained as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in London before transitioning to a Finance Director role, gaining extensive expertise in debt and equity raising.

Tony Brown became Global Head of Real Estate at M&G Real Estate in April 2018 after four years as Chief Investment Officer, with responsibility for circa $45bn of real estate assets invested in 29 countries. He has over 30 years’ real estate investment experience across the UK, continental Europe, North America and Asia. Prior to joining M&G Real Estate in 2014, he was Managing Director of Lend Lease Investment Management, EMEA, where he oversaw a business managing GBP4.5bn of real estate and infrastructure funds. Prior to that, he spent 14 years at Schroder Investment Management, latterly as Fund Director, where he managed the Schroder Exempt Property Unit Trust, with investment in circa GBP10bn of assets. Brown started his career with Cushman and Wakefield as a graduate surveyor where he qualified as a chartered surveyor (MRICS).

Tariq Bsharat, with over 25 years of experience in real estate investments and development, has played pivotal roles in driving success across various aspects of the industry. His expertise spans real estate investment, development, investment analysis, and asset management, with an international perspective encompassing both the UAE and the United States.

Most recently, Tariq is the Chief of Strategy and Business Development at Marjan: Tariq’s primary focus is facilitating strategic opportunities for developers and investors within Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Tariq graduated from the Clark School of Engineering, University of Maryland, USA with a BS in Engineering and attained a MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business, New York University, New York, USA.

Deborah Coakley is the Managing Director of Real Estate at QIC, shaping real estate investment, development, and business strategies to meet the needs and expectations of our investors, partners, and the communities we serve.

She has more than 25 years’ experience in funds management, business operations and human resource leadership roles gained in organisations such as Dexus, Deloitte, Qantas and Alexander Mann Solutions.

She is also a National Vice President of the Property Council of Australia and a Non-Executive Director of the Children’s Cancer Institute. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Company Directorship from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney, (B.Bus) and has participated in learning immersions at Harvard Australia and Said Business School, Oxford.

Doug leads the ISPT Funds and Mandates business and brings over 20 years of experience in property investment and funds management. Prior to joining ISPT, Doug was Head of Unlisted Property at Future Fund, leading the strategy and investments in global property. Doug brings deep global insights from investment experience across multiple markets including North America, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Latin America.

Andrew has over 30 years financial services experience and has dedicated the past 18+ years to leading Corporate Trust businesses providing trustee services for SPV’s and Funds across Asia Pacific.

Over this time, his roles have included Founding CEO, Singapore for Trust Company (Asia) Ltd, Perpetual’s Singapore trustee business including acting as a Qualified Resident Manager and Board Director on Singapore CMS, CIS and TCA licences. Andrew has also led an Asia Pacific Sales team and was General Manager, Managed Funds Services at Perpetual which included responsibilities as a Responsible Entity Board Director and Responsible Manager on AFSLs in Australia.

Andrew is currently Senior Executive Director, Head of Real Estate, Asia Pacific at CSC based in Singapore and leads a regional team providing Trustee Services for SPV’s and Funds in Singapore and Australia.

Jae Choi is Managing Director of the ICG Client Solutions Group, based in Singapore. With over 20 years of experience in the alternative funds management industry, Jae looks after client services and distribution specializing in real assets.

Jae joined ICG from ARA Asset Management (now the ESR Group) where he was Head of Capital Markets and a member of the investment and executive committees. He was responsible for leading global fundraising activities, structuring and launching new investment funds and establishing and maintaining capital partnerships with global investors.

Prior to ESR/ARA, Jae had worked with Forum Partners based in Hong Kong as Head of Capital Markets and Investor Relations. Jae was also co-founder of Asia Asset Partners, an alternative asset management company, investing in GP stakes. Before Asia Asset Partners, Jae held senior positions with Blackstone, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and GE Commercial Finance across Asia. Jae started his career as a lawyer in private practice working for Australian and New York law firms.

Mr. Chu is a Co-founder, Managing Partner, and Chief Investment Officer of Phoenix Property Investors. He is responsible for the overall investment strategies and the management of the firm. Mr. Chu has been investing in real estate since 1989 with a track record of approximately US$ 15 billion of invested assets around the world. He has more than 38 years of real estate investment and corporate advisory experience in Asia, Europe, and the U.S. Prior to founding Phoenix in 2002, Mr. Chu worked in major international banks and financial institutions including Bankers Trust and Deutsche Morgan Grenfell with postings in Hong Kong, New York, Frankfurt, and Tokyo. He has substantial investment and advisory experience focusing on real estate, and public and private equities for a range of clients including listed companies.

Mr. Chu holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. He graduated cum laude with Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Art in Finance and International Management from Georgetown University. He is a member of the Global Leaders Group of Chicago Booth and serves on the Board of Overseers of Squash Education Alliance.

Mr Chua, as Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer, focuses on driving the Group’s strategic initiatives including expanding and directing the Mapletree Group’s international real estate investments and developments, as well as driving the private capital management business.

Previously, Mr Chua was Head of the Group’s Global Lodging sector and Private Capital Management function. Before this, he was the Group Chief Investment Officer and Regional Chief Executive Officer of North Asia & New Markets.

Mr Chua concurrently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd and MPACT Management Ltd. He was formerly the Chief Executive Officer of Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd. Prior to joining Mapletree in 2002, Mr Chua held senior positions with various companies including Vision Century Corporation Ltd, Ascendas Pte Ltd, Singapore Food Industries Pte Ltd and United Overseas Bank Ltd.

Mr Chua holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde and graduated with a Bachelor of Regional and Town Planning (First Class Honours) from the University of Queensland in 1982.

Patrick Connell is Head of Capital Formation & Investor Relations at S2 Capital and a member of the Investment Committee. Before joining S2, Patrick was Managing Director and Head of Capital Raising at L&L Holding Company, where he was responsible for establishing over $1.8 billion of joint ventures and strategic partnerships with major institutional investors during his four years at the real estate firm.

Before joining L&L, Patrick was a Principal at Riverstone Holdings for more than six years, raising over $15 billion in capital for numerous private real asset funds and credit funds and managing existing relationships with institutional investors, including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, endowments, and foundations.

Before joining Riverstone, Patrick was at Partners Group, where he was responsible for fundraising and investment origination, and at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where he started his career.

Patrick earned his MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College.

Roddy Conner is a Director of Business Development for Monarch. Prior to joining Monarch in 2024, Roddy was a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Global Capital Raising and Investor Relations at ACORE Capital, a commercial real estate debt manager. Prior to this, Roddy spent time at Bridge Investment Group and Brookfield Asset Management in investor relations and marketing roles focused on commercial real estate. Roddy graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in Finance and International Business and from Columbia University with an M.B.A.

Richard Craddock was appointed Redevco’s Head of real estate debt in 2024. He has over 17 years experience in real estate lending across European and Asia-Pacific markets. Prior to joining Redevco, he was Managing Director in LaSalle Investment Management’s Debt Investments business and fund manager for their European Whole Loan strategies. He has previously held senior roles in real estate lending across both US and European banks.

Mrs. DaSilva is the Chief Executive Officer, PIMCO Prime Real Estate LLC. Based in New York, she has more than 30 years of experience in real estate investment and prior to this role, she was Head of Asset Management for PIMCO Prime Real Estate LLC and was responsible for actively managing the U.S. portfolio of equity investments. Before joining the company, Mrs. DaSilva held several senior positions including Managing Director at Canyon Partners Real Estate, Managing Director with the U.S. Managed Accounts Group of CBRE Global Investors, and both Senior Vice President and Managing Director at The Rockefeller Group. In the past, Mrs. DaSilva has been actively involved in women real estate organizations such as WLI, the Women’s Leadership Initiative at ULI, and WX, which recognized her with the WX Woman of the Year award in 2024. She holds an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School and she graduated cum laude from Wellesley College.

With 30+ years’ experience dedicated to real estate and technology, Bernie is a leader in digital transformation in real estate and using data to create a more competitive and collaborative environment.

Currently responsible for the growth of Yardi Systems in Asia Pacific, Bernie lives in Hong Kong and is a qualified accountant and economist. He supports real estate clients with Retail, Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Mixed-Use assets, helping them to grow their operations, create efficiencies, and gain better insight into their business. His expertise includes asset and investment management, private equity, operations improvement, program and project management, finance, technology implementation and compliance.

Jiroo Eoh is the Department Head of Alternative Investment at ABL Life Insurance (Korea). Jiroo is in charge of all alternative investment sectors. Previously, Jiroo worked with Macquarie Group (Macquarie Capital and Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, both Australia and Korea). He is experienced in not only advisory businesses but also established and managed various funds such as Macquarie Korea Infrastructure Fund (MKIF), PPP funds, power and energy related infrastructure funds and real estate/ real asset funds. Jiroo received a Bachelor of Commerce/Law combined degree from University of Sydney and a Master of Laws degree from University of New South Wales in Australia. He is a qualified Lawyer and a CPA in Australia. He is native in both English and Korean.

Alessandro Fiascaris is Head of Asia-Pacific at Oxford Properties, a leading global real estate investor, asset management and business builder. Having joined Oxford in 2022, Alessandro sits on the Investment Committee, and leads a team responsible for investments in Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining Oxford, Alessandro spent more than 15 years at Blackstone in Singapore, Hong Kong and London. Alessandro holds a BA in Mathematics from Cambridge University and an MBA from Stanford University. He currently lives in Singapore.

Joe is a Partner and Co-head of Rava Partners which was established by Rava Partners’ senior management together with Hillhouse Investment in 2020 as a complement to Hillhouse’s broader investment platform. Rava Partners invests in real assets, partnering with quality business leaders to build the physical infrastructure that underpins Asia-Pacific’s new economy in the growth sectors of education, logistics / industrial, life sciences / healthcare, multifamily accommodation, digital infrastructure and other specialized asset classes.

Prior to Rava Partners, Joe was a Managing Director and Partner at Warburg Pincus from 2005 to 2020, leading its real asset business in Asia as Co-Head from 2008 to 2012 and Sole Head from 2012 to 2020. Before Warburg Pincus, Joe worked at General Electric Capital, where he served as a manager of business development with GE Real asset in Tokyo. Joe graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Mathematical Economics.

Evan Gallagher is Managing Director and Head of ANZ & Southeast Asia, Client Solutions for CBRE Investment Management. Based in Sydney & Singapore, he is responsible for leading client engagement activities with institutional investors and distributors across real assets categories covering both listed and private markets.  

Evan joined CBRE Investment Management in 2023. He began his career in the real estate and infrastructure investment management industry in 2004 following a career in corporate finance. Prior to joining the Firm, he was an Executive Director at a specialist Australian real estate manager, following a long-standing role based in Singapore leading the international business of Blackstone-backed ASK Capital, a specialist emerging markets investment manager. Previously, Evan headed up the international business at GIC-backed IDFC Limited. Earlier in his career, Evan was the co-lead on Singapore’s first cross-border REIT IPO as well as structuring and raising real assets private markets funds. 

Evan holds undergraduate, post graduate and Masters qualifications across science, business and law from Macquarie University, Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and Southern Cross University.

Navya brings extensive experience in the Indian real estate market, having worked with all major real estate developers since FDI was allowed in the country.

As a former VP at Ernst and Young, she has closed over 20 real estate deals exceeding $1.2 billion, collaborating with large institutional investors, including Temasek, Blackstone, Warburg, Citi, Och Ziff, and CapitaLand.

Currently, she co-manages a boutique consulting firm, providing transaction advisory services and closing deals exceeding $300 million across all asset classes. She is also raising offshore funds from Southeast Asia and the Middle East for prominent real estate-focused funds.

Christina is a Managing Principal, Global Head of Capital Markets and Co-Chair of Alternative Investments at Gaw Capital Partners. She works closely with limited partners relating to capital raising and new product developments. Gaw Capital is a real estate private equity firm and has raised seven commingled funds targeting the APAC region since 2005. The firm also manages value-add/opportunistic funds in the US, a Pan-Asia hospitality fund, a European hospitality fund, a growth equity fund and it also provides services for credit investments and separate account direct investments globally. The firm has over US$35.8 billion in AUM as of Q3 2024. Goh Chin Kiong is Chief Investment Officer of GIC Real Estate. He oversees the management of GIC’s global real estate portfolio.

Chin Kiong joined GIC in 2008. He spent time in Singapore, London, and Beijing for GIC. In 2020, he was appointed Head of Asia Strategic Investments Group, which invests in APAC funds and co-investments, APAC RE credit, Southeast Asia RE, and thematic opportunities. In 2021, he was appointed Head of Global Investments & Portfolio Strategy and Co-Head of Asia ex China for Real Estate. Prior to joining GIC, Chin Kiong worked at the Ministry of Health overseeing healthcare financing, and at the Ministry of Trade and Industry overseeing industrial land and energy markets.

Chin Kiong holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley. He also holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from Stanford University.

Alex is a member of M&G Real Estate Executive Committee and Head of UK and European Living. Alex joined M&G Real Estate in 2013 to establish and build the residential capability and team in the business. He is responsible for setting the UK and European Living investment strategies and for driving overall fund performance and overseeing the fund managers across M&G Real Estate’s residential product range.

Prior to joining M&G Real Estate, Alex spent seven years at Grainger with responsibility for the Schroders ResPut Fund and the Grainger Geninvest JV with Genesis housing. Sid is the Founder and Managing Partner of Alta Capital Management LLP, the sole operating partner of Rava Partners in India. Through Alta Capital, Rava Partners has been amongst the most active real asset investors in India over the last 24 months, committing over US$1bn equity across 5 portfolio companies in logistics / industrial, education infrastructure and serviced offices.

Prior to Rava Partners, Sid has over 17 years of real asset industry experience, previously working as a Managing Director at Blackstone from 2010 to 2020. He was a VP in Merrill Lynch between 2007 to 2010 as part of investment team of their real-estate Asia Fund. He has closed over US$8bn of real asset investments in India across numerous transactions, with extensive involvement in India’s first and second REIT IPOs. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow.

Paul recently founded Evonite alongside his four partners in May 2024 to offer investors a fresh approach to European value add real estate investment.

He has over 27 years experience in the industry and prior to Evonite, he was head of PATRIZIA’s (formerly Rockspring Property Investment Managers) international discretionary fund management business which had close to €10bn AUM. He was also a member of the firm’s senior leadership group, its real estate Investment Committee and its Fund Review Committee.

Leading a team of professionals based in London and Continental Europe, he provided oversight across a number of co-mingled funds, separate accounts and joint ventures. His focus was on markets, strategy formation (including the creation of thematic programmes), equity raising, deployment and overall performance. A significant proportion of his time was devoted to the value-add TransEuropean Fund Series.

Han Hwee Chin is Managing Director (Global Investments and Portfolio Strategy) in the real estate arm of GIC. GIC manages a well-diversified portfolio with high quality assets across various property sectors.

At GIC, Hwee Chin manages the design, composition and risk management framework of the real estate portfolio from a top-down, bottom-up approach to help formulate investment strategies across global markets and property sectors and provide directional recommendations on portfolio composition. Hwee Chin also provides independent reviews of deal assessments to the Investment Committee. Hwee Chin is on the GIC Sustainability Steering Committee and manages the real estate ESG framework that includes ESG integration into investment management strategy, investment opportunities evaluation and building portfolio climate resilience.

Hwee Chin graduated from the National University of Singapore with a first-class honours degree in Real Estate and has an MBA (Dean’s List) from the University of Western Australia. She started her career with JTC Corporation and joined the Ministry of Trade and Industry (Singapore), before moving to GIC.

Christopher Heady is the Chairman of Asia Pacific and the Head of Real Estate Asia. Mr. Heady is based in Hong Kong and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Real Estate group’s investment activities and personnel in Asia. Mr. Heady joined Blackstone in 2000 and has been involved in a variety of real estate acquisitions and initiatives in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Heady was with Morgan Stanley in London and New York, where he was involved in real estate private equity. Mr. Heady received an AB in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, where he graduated with honors.

Ben Hickey, Head of Real Estate, Australasia for BlackRock APAC Real Estate Equity, leads the real estate business, overseeing investment activities in Australia and New Zealand.
Mr Hickey is responsible for leading the origination, evaluation, execution and delivery of the local investments along with management of the country team. He is also a Challenger member of the Global Value Add Investment Committee. Ben's service for the firm dates back to 2015. During his tenure with the company he has been responsible for a wide range of real estate related functions including acquisitions, asset management and dispositions.

Previously Mr Hickey worked within Capital Transactions and Business Development for Stockland. Mr Hickey holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Property from Bond University.

Ameer Ibrahim leads sustainability at a family office, leveraging his expertise in finance and climate-focused investments to tackle global challenges. He began his career at PwC in financial services assurance before transitioning to M&A investment banking at HSBC, London. Ameer has participated in COP26, COP27, COP28, and COP29 and has spoken at The World Economic Forum. Ameer has represented the UK at the G20 and G7 summits, contributing to global discussions on sustainability and economic development. He serves as a board member of the Clinton Global Initiative University with the Clinton Foundation in New York City, supporting global education and ESG initiatives. His leadership roles include Non-Executive Director at Edinburgh University Students’ Association and former Student President at the University of Glasgow. An alumnus of the Schwarzman Scholars program at Tsinghua University, he earned his first master’s degree from The University of Edinburgh and his undergraduate degree from The University of Glasgow.

Premraj Janardanan (“Prem”) is a real estate and real assets investment professional who has spent the last 21 years serving in diverse industries such as investments, integrated township development, tech & telecom and management consulting.

He currently leads KWAP (Malaysia’s Retirement Fund Inc.)’s Infrastructure Investment Department where he oversees across various infrastructure investments. Prior to this, Prem led KWAP’s Property Investment and Property Asset Management units managing a ~ USD 2b portfolio. He has close to a decade of hands-on real estate and township development experience at Sinarmasland, Indonesia’s largest property developer.

Prior to that, Prem was a management consultant at both McKinsey & Co and The Boston Consulting Group.

Prem is a graduate of The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) where he obtained a B.S. in Electrical Science and Engineering, and a B.S. in Management Science (Finance) from MIT Sloan.

Patrick is Chief Investment Officer Private Investments, Member of the Management Board of APG Asset Management and serves as Chair of the Investment Committee of Private Investments. APG Asset Management is specialized in managing pension capital, offering asset management services to the pension funds of the government, education and construction sectors and housing corporations. First based in Amsterdam and in January 2022 relocated to Hong Kong, he is responsible for all real estate, infrastructure, natural resources and private equity activities and the newly established asset owner partnering initiatives. The clients investment holdings are concentrated in securities of publicly traded real estate, infrastructure and natural resources companies and selected private entities, funds and co-investments in Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific. The responsibility for infrastructure was added in May 2012 followed by natural resources in April 2017. The responsibility for private equity was added in January 2019. In March 2023 Patrick was promoted to Chief Investment Officer Private Investments.

Prior to joining APG (then ABP) in 2005, Patrick worked for ING Real Estate for 11 years. Most formerly he was Managing Director of the Investment Management department covering the European markets.

From 2008 to 2017 Patrick has been member of the Board of Steen & Strom, the leading Scandinavian shopping center investor, operator and developer. In addition, Patrick has served as chairman of the Management Board of INREV, was ULI Executive Committee member and member of the Executive Board of the European Public Real Estate Association. Currently he serves as member of the GRESB Foundation Board (GRESB was co-founded by APG) and is ULI Trustee.

Patrick holds a MSc in Real Estate, Project Management & Housing from the Delft University of Technology in The Netherlands and received a post doctorate degree in Real Estate from the University of Amsterdam. He has attended senior executive courses at INSEAD and Harvard.

James is Head of Real Estate for Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) for the Asia-Pacific region. He is Chair of the Macquarie Real Estate Partners (MREP) fund series in Asia-Pacific and is a member of the Investment Committee for the MREP global fund and MAM’s Specialised Accommodation Solutions Fund, and is a member of the MAM Real Estate Management Committee.

James has more than 18 years of experience in real estate private equity and investment banking across Asia-Pacific and has overseen many of Macquarie’s opportunistic real estate investments and its OpCo investment strategy.

Mr. Kim led the Europe/Asia Investment Division at Samsung SRA Asset Management, Samsung Financial Network ("SFN") for 9 years before leading the Global Investment Department as Global CIO in 2021. Before transferring to Samsung SRA Asset Management, SFN, Mr. Kim worked at in the Global Real Estate Investment Division at Samsung Life Insurance (1 year). Yossi is a member of Salter Brothers Investment Commitee and is responsible for the global investor base across Institutional Investors, Family Office, HNWI, Broker, and Wealth adviser channels.

Mrs. Kroeger is the Chief Executive Officer Europe of PIMCO Prime Real Estate. She is a Member of the Management Committee and a voting Member on the Equity Investment Committee. Prior to this, Mrs. Kroeger was the CEO of North & Central Europe having joined the company in 2009, then named Allianz Real Estate, as a member of the investment team and subsequently Head of Acquisitions & International Asset Management for Germany. Before joining the company Mrs. Kroeger worked for Goldman Sachs Group in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area. Mrs. Kroeger holds a number of board roles within key industry associations, including non-executive director of IPUT, a board member of ZIA and Quo Vadis, and a member of ULI’s Global Governing Trustees. Mrs. Kroeger graduated from the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel (Dipl.-Kauffrau) and holds an MBA from the Georgia State University, Atlanta.

Aref Lahham is CEO and co-Founder of Orion Capital Managers. Orion, a pan-European real estate private equity firm was established in 1999 and has been responsible for over €10.0 billion of property investments throughout Europe. Mr. Lahham has also held seats on the board of several publicly quoted companies and currently sits on the board of Neinor Homes and chairs its investment committee. Mr. Lahham has over 38 years of real estate investment and development experience in the United States and in Europe. He has a BSc in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, an M.Eng. in Civil Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from INSEAD. He is a member of the ULI and the GRI, is a member of the Engineering College Council at Cornell as well as a member of the International Committee of the IE School of Architecture and Design.

Adam is a Managing Director at Isola Capital Asset Management, focusing on direct investments in real estate, growth companies and venture capital throughout Asia and the United States.

Ltd. which is the Singapore subsidiary of a major PRC state-owned investment bank that is A-share listed with market capitalization in excess of RMB40 billion.

She is currently the founder and CEO of Amazste Global Private Limited which is a family business and family office advisory firm providing specialist dealmaking support for Asian entrepreneurs, business owners and long-term strategic investors.

Bic Shan holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University and is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.

Lee Chee Koon is Group CEO of CapitaLand Investment (CLI), a position he has held since the company's listing in September 2021. CLI is a leading global real asset manager with a portfolio that includes a suite of thematic private vehicles that invest in mega trends and six listed real estate investment trusts.

Lee served as President and Group CEO of CapitaLand Group from 2018 to 2021, where he led the strategic merger with Ascendas-Singbridge in 2019. This merger bolstered CapitaLand's presence in the business park, industrial and logistics segments, and significantly expanded its footprint in China and India, as well as its fund management and lodging management platforms.

Mark Lee joined Australian Retirement Trust in 2012 (previously Sunsuper) and is currently the Senior Portfolio Manager – Head of Real Estate, overseeing the ~AUD15bn global real estate portfolio. Key responsibilities include portfolio construction, investment research, manager selection, execution and management of global investments in direct real estate, coinvestments, joint ventures and funds in both traditional and alternative real estate sectors such as holiday parks, self-storage, for-rent residential and data centres.

Prior to this role, Mark worked in commercial and project finance in both WestLB and Commonwealth Bank. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Actuarial and Finance) from the University of New South Wales, is a CFA charterholder and is a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Regina is the Head of Research, Asia Pacific for M&G Real Estate. Prior to joining M&G, she was the Head of strategic advisory, Asia Pacific capital markets in JLL, overseeing transaction intelligence, investment strategy and portfolio allocation. Before JLL, Regina was the Head of Singapore Equity Research and Head of ASEAN Property at Standard Chartered. She has over nine years of experience covering Singapore listed developers and SREITs at UBS and Standard Chartered. From 1998 to 2006, she worked for Singapore’s Urban Redevelopment Authority, where she undertook property research, land sales policy and planning policy studies. Regina graduated from Oxford University with a Masters in Engineering, Economics and Management.

Michelle Ling joined as Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer of Hongkong Land in January 2025 and is responsible for formulating and implementing investment and capital management strategies across the organisation. She is also facilitating the company's growth through strategic transactions.

Michelle brings a wealth of expertise to the Company with over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, encompassing both private and public domains. Prior to joining the Company, Ms Ling served as the Chief Executive Officer of Private Capital Management at Mapletree, where she was instrumental in managing and expanding the private fund business, as well as spearheading new business initiatives. Under her leadership, she has grown assets under management in private capital management to S$23 billion. Prior to her tenure at Mapletree, Ms Ling held the position of Managing Director for Southeast Asia Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs Asia.

Joyce Lo is a Director in the Private Capital Advisory Group at Lazard and their Real Estate Specialist for the Asia Pacific region. Her experience in Real Estate Private Equity spans across various roles including capital raising, investor relations, product development in addition to direct real estate investments and asset management. Prior to joining Lazard, Joyce worked at LimeTree Capital, a Hong Kong based RE investment manager targeting under-researched asset classes where she was their Head of Business Development covering global clients. She also worked at other investment managers such as PGIM Real Estate and Palmer Capital, developing and maintaining relationships with investors across Asia Pacific. Joyce began her career at Lehman Brothers in Equity Capital Markets based in Hong Kong and progressed to be a VP and an investment professional of Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners (LBREP) in Asia. Dexter Low is a Real Estate reporter with Bloomberg News' Asia Investing and Real Estate team, based in Singapore.

Karun is the Founding Partner of Endue.

Endue, a Singapore based capital advisory firm, specialises in enabling cross border partnerships between global institutional capital and quality investment solutions in Asia, across asset classes. Having spent time in the U.S. & Asia and interfaced with institutional allocators through market cycles, Karun brings a context and view to the table that has helped build successful partnerships over the years between Asia based investment solutions and institutional allocators across North America, Europe, Japan & the Middle East. He is responsible for laying the overall direction at the firm and anchoring its key relationships.

Prior to founding Endue in 2020, Karun spent his career at leading asset management firms including at the ICICI Group, a part of Prudential U.K. and the JV partner of Eastspring Investments Asia, where he served as the head of their international business.

Karun received his Masters from the New York University and holds a Masters in Business Administration from TAPMI in Manipal.

Hamish MacDonald, Managing Director, is Head and CIO of APAC Real Estate Equity, leading BlackRock’s real estate equity activities across the region. Hamish is responsible for the strategy and management of the business operations as well as the real estate funds and assets managed in the region. He is a member of the Global Value Add Real Estate Equity Investment Committee and Global Real Estate Equity Executive Committee.

Hamish's service with the firm dates back to 2007, including his years with MGPA, which was acquired by BlackRock in 2013. He joined the London office where he was Head of Acquisitions-UK and in 2012, he established the office in Sydney. Hamish began his career in real estate in 1999 and has been specialising in the sourcing and management of value add investment opportunities since 2007. He began his career in Sydney where he was a Development Manager at the Mirvac Group and a Commercial Advisor at Colliers International.

Hamish has a BCommerce with majors in Economics and Finance from the University of Sydney and is a Committee Member of the Capital Markets Division Council for the Property Council of Australia.

Main responsibilities
Daniel is responsible for the strategy and growth of Aviva Investors’ integrated Private Markets business (real estate, infrastructure, private debt, multi-asset and nature-based solutions) and Liquid Markets (Credit, Equities, and Multi-Asset and Macro) functions. He oversees around 400 investment professionals responsible for fund and asset management, research, investment specialists, trading, portfolio implementation, strategy and governance.
Daniel is a member of Aviva Investors’ Executive team and heads the Private Markets and Liquid Markets Senior Leadership teams.

Daniel joined Aviva Investors in 2018 and was appointed CIO in June 2023.

Experience and qualifications
Previously, Daniel was Chief Investment Officer - Real Assets, a role he was promoted to in February 2021, having joined the business as Managing director, Real Estate, in 2018.
Daniel has more than 25 years’ experience in UK and continental European real assets. Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Daniel held the role of Head of Continental European Real Estate Investment at Standard Life Investments, where he was instrumental in repositioning and significantly growing the business in the region since 2008. He joined Standard Life Investments in 2000, holding a number of positions across portfolio, development and fund management as well as being a member of the global real estate leadership team.

Prior to this he worked as an Investment Manager at Merchant City Properties between 1997 and 2000, and started his career in 1994 in consultancy. Daniel holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying and an IPF Diploma in Real Estate Investment and Finance. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

As Chief Investment Officer, Sean is responsible for the Group’s strategy and balance sheet investments, mergers and acquisitions, with oversight for multi-sector disciplines including property transactions and corporate development. He brings a wealth of experience across investment markets, diversified across office, industrial and retail sectors, and has been responsible for driving the development of corporate strategies, capital allocation and reinvestment programs.

Prior to joining Charter Hall, Sean worked at national diversified property group Australand (now Frasers) as Chief Investment Officer and was previously responsible for investment and development for all commercial, industrial and retail property.

Prior to Frasers, Sean spent seven years at Macquarie Bank as a senior executive in the Property Investment Banking division undertaking property finance, structured finance, funds management and joint venture transactions.

Dato’ Idzham was appointed as the President / Chief Executive Officer of Iskandar Investment Berhad (IIB) on 1 October 2022. He brings a broad experience within the property development industry, having held significant leadership roles in several organisations such as the CEO of ENRA Land & Group Chief Commercial Officer of ENRA Group Berhad, and Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer of Naza TTDI. In addition to property development companies, he has served in automotive, motorsports, education and FMCG related companies. He has successfully delivered strategic projects worth close to RM 40 billion, such as the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC).

As the President/CEO of Iskandar Investment Berhad, his role is to steer the group into the next growth chapter as it continues to focus on the development of Iskandar Puteri into an inclusive and sustainable future metropolis. In the first 2 years of his leadership, he has managed to create customer-centric value propositions and orchestrated a turnaround by yielding the company’s first profitable year since 2020 through key strategic initiatives such as a Group-wide restructuring and reorganisation, rigorous austerity and cost control measures, strategic realignment of assets, a comprehensive talent transformation program and resetting key foundations with a focus on three key elements, being the Medini International Convention City, Tech Medini and the Region’s First Net Zero Carbon Central Business District.

Currently, Dato’ Idzham is also the Executive Committee Member of the Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association Malaysia (REHDA). Previously, he was the Executive Committee Member of the Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association Malaysia Selangor Branch (REHDA Selangor), as well as a member of the Panel of Experts under the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) that is responsible in addressing housing issues in Malaysia. Dato’ Idzham holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of the West of England and a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com.) in Econometrics and Finance from the University of Melbourne. Dato’ is currently pursuing a Masters in Real Estate at University of Cambridge.

Simon Mok is the Head Portfolio Manager of International Private Real Estate with the Employees Retirement System (ERS) of Texas based in Austin, TX. Mr. Mok joined ERS in January 2019, and is leading the functions of sourcing, underwriting, and monitoring real estate investments which comprise commingled funds, co-investments, JV projects, secondaries, etc. for the Trust on a global basis. Currently, ERS’ private real estate portfolio is over $6 billion in commitments to over 100 funds/club deals/co-investments, and has a current investment value of ~$3.8 billion). In his role, Mr. Mok also aims at actively expanding the deal sourcing channels for private real estate in Asia, Europe, and the U.S.

Prior to joining ERS, Mr. Mok was a Vice President at Franklin Templeton Investments based in New York City, making investments for its private multi-manager real estate programs. Mr. Mok has worked closely with emerging managers in terms of generating investment ideas, negotiating key investment terms that are beneficial to both the GP/LP, and structuring investment products. Previously, Mr. Mok was employed with AIG Global Real Estate Investment Corp. based in NYC where he was responsible for global real estate funds product development, real estate valuation and portfolio management. Mr. Mok received a Master in Professional Accounting degree from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, and a B.A. degree with Special Honors in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Mok is a CFA charterholder, and is a CPA in the United States.

Anjana joined Aware Super in January 2015 and is a Portfolio Manager in the Property team responsible for the origination, execution and ongoing management of investments in the property sector including funds, co-investments and directly owned companies. Anjana currently sits on the board of Get Living. She previously sat on the Joint Operating Committee for Keyton (formerly Lendlease Retirement Living) and on the board of ProTen. Prior to Aware Super, Anjana was a Senior Analyst at Perpetual Limited responsible for research coverage for the International Shares, Private Equity and Absolute Return asset classes. Prior to this, Anjana was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers responsible for the development and review of valuation models for mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and other corporate finance transactions, primarily focusing in the energy, property and infrastructure industry sectors.

Nael is an experienced investment, finance, and senior management professional with a proven record in regional and international alternative investments as well as capital markets. Nael is currently the Chief Executive Officer of GFH Partners Ltd. (“GFH Partners”) and is the real estate Chief Investment Officer of GFH Financial Group (the “Group”), where he is responsible for developing and executing the global real estate investment strategy. With over 30 years of experience in investment banking, Nael has covered the areas of capital markets, corporate finance, as well as Shari’ah compliant alternative investments in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Nael currently leads a team of more than 20 individuals who assist him in managing assets worth over US$6.5 billion globally.

Nael is a CFA charter holder and holds an MBA, with Finance, from Edinburgh University in Scotland. He is also a member of the Investment and Management Committees and a board member of several firms.

Matthias is Head of Asia Pacific - Real Estate. He joined Mubadala in 2016, initially focusing on transactions in Europe. In 2018, Matthias established Mubadala Real Estate’s presence in Asia Pacific and continues to grow and expand the portfolio in the region. Prior to joining Mubadala, Matthias spent time at Abraaj Capital, Dubai, leading its real estate efforts in Sub-Sahara, and selectively, the MENA region, and MARK, London/Berlin, overseeing the firm’s real estate activities in the DACH markets in Europe. He spent his earlier years in banking, including Goldman Sachs and UBS. Matthias is a CAIA Charterholder, received his MSc and PGDip from the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK, and his BSc from the ICMA Centre (part of Henley Business School), University of Reading, UK.

In his role as CIO of Nrep, Jani is the Chairman of the Investment Committee and serves as the Fund Manager of the real estate value-add funds Nordic Strategies Funds I, II and III.

Whilst at Urban Partners, Jani has been responsible for setting up the Finnish operations, led a vast number of property and portfolio transactions in the Nordics across different real estate segments primarily focused on the living and logistics sectors. Jani has been an integral part of designing and executing the firm’s real estate equity investment strategy, which today manages €19bn.

Christie Ou is the Asia-Pacific reporter for PERE covering the private equity real estate markets in the region. Prior to joining PERE, she covered Asia’s business market for Bloomberg Business Week Chinese and the credit market for UK based Private Debt Investor. She is a native speaker of Cantonese and Mandarin, with solid command of writing and speaking in English. Christie holds her bachelor degree at London School of Economics and a master degree in journalism at the University of Hong Kong.

Kyung is Head of Korea for Shelter Rock and CEO of Cayuga Partners, a real estate advisory firm specializing in cross-border transactions, and brings over 20 years of global real estate experience in capital raising, and fund management both in the U.S. and Asia.
Most recently, he served as Managing Director at IGIS Asset Management responsible for raising capital from domestic and international institutional investors and managing the firm’s institutional commingled funds.
Prior to joining IGIS Asset Management, he worked at various firms in various regions such as Samsung Life Insurance, Mirae Asset Global Investments (S. Korea), Aviva Investors (Singapore, New York), Fidelity Investments (Boston) and Beacon Capital Partners (Boston). He has extensive experience in the global private equity and debt industry both as a general partner and limited partner.
Mr. Paik earned his Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Korea University and Master’s degree in Real Estate from Cornell University.

Penny was previously Group Head of Investments and Managing Director Investments, Europe at Lendlease.
Prior to Lendlease she was the Chief Investment Officer and a Group Executive at Investa. She had previously led Investa’s Investment Management function, was Fund Manager of the ASX listed Investa Office Fund (IOF), Fund Manager of the diversified Dexus Wholesale Property Fund (DWPF), Head of Capital at Dexus in Sydney and Head of Equity UK/Europe at Lendlease in London.
Penny has more than 30 years of institutional real estate, transactional and investment management experience, and has been with Lendlease for over 15 years at various intervals.

Penny is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW) in Australia and is a Non-Independent, Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Manager of the Lendlease Global Commercial REIT which is listed on the Singapore Exchange.

Joel H. Rothstein is an international real estate and structured finance lawyer and Chair of the Asia Real Estate Practice of the global law firm of Greenberg Traurig LLP. He advises investment banks, financial institutions, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, real estate developers, and investors across all major Asia markets and asset classes. He also leads the firm’s practice in advising Asia-based outbound cross-border investors in structuring, implementing, and managing equity and debt investments into the United States, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Mr SAUNDERS is responsible for overall investment strategies, portfolio management and the strategic development of Link’s investment business. He joined Link in March 2024. He is also one of the responsible officers of Link for the purposes of the SFO and a director of a number of subsidiaries of Link.

Mr SAUNDERS has over 30 years of experience in the property industry with an exceptionally strong investment track record. He was most recently at BlackRock, the world’s largest asset manager, as Head of Asia Pacific Real Estate and Global Head of the Real Estate Client business. He sat on the Real Estate Global Executive Committee and was also a voting member of the Real Estate Global Investment Committee. Mr Saunders was, in addition, the sole Portfolio Manager for the Asia Value Add Fund Series (currently Fund V in the series) and was previously the Portfolio Manager for BlackRock’s Asia Core Fund I (Asian Spezialfond).

He joined BlackRock through its merger with MGPA in 2013 when he was the firm’s Chief Executive Officer of Asia and the Portfolio Manager of their Asian Property Funds series. Prior to joining MGPA, he worked for CLSA between 1999 and 2007, running their regional property research effort and was instrumental in starting their Asian Property Fund in which he served as an investment committee member. Prior to that, he worked at Hongkong Land from 1994 to 1998 where he was involved with the development and leasing of a number of landmark projects in Singapore and other Asian countries.

Mr SAUNDERS is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. He holds a Diploma in Surveying from the United Kingdom’s College of Estate Management.

Nur Farahbi Shaari is the Co-Head, Real Estate at Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB), one of Malaysia’s largest fund management companies, with assets under management exceeding RM300 billion. PNB's portfolio encompasses strategic investments in Malaysia's leading corporations, global equities, private investments, and real estate.

Farahbi has over thirteen years of expertise in developing and executing value-creation strategies across diverse investment portfolios, with a distinct focus on real estate and strategic investments. During her tenure, she has adeptly managed investment transactions, negotiated cross-border deals, and navigated complex corporate finance structures. Her practical experience across the investment life cycle has significantly contributed to PNB's success in the dynamic investment landscape, particularly in the post-pandemic period. Farahbi's leadership has been instrumental in driving the growth of PNB’s real estate investment portfolio and delivering sustainable value to stakeholders. At present, she is also a Director and member of the Sustainability Committee of the Board of Sime Darby Property, a public-listed and leading property developer in Malaysia.

Carl Schibrowski brings over 27 years of global real estate expertise to his role as Chief Development Officer at New Murabba. His distinguished career includes executive leadership positions at globally renowned firms such as Brookfield Properties, Macquarie Capital, and Lend Lease. Notably, he served as Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Brookfield Properties Australia, where he was responsible for successful balance sheet and fund investments in major Australian cities, including the development of the landmark Brookfield Place Sydney precinct.

Mr. Schibrowski's academic credentials are equally impressive. He holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in finance and investment from the Melbourne Business School and Sauder UBC and graduated with first-class honors degree in Architecture from the University of Melbourne. A recognized leader in the industry, he is a member of the Property Council of Australia (PCA), a former Chairman of the PCA in New South Wales, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Adam Sklar is a Co-Portfolio Manager and Co-Head of Real Estate for Monarch. Adam is responsible for the research of investments across the firm’s various segments. Prior to joining Monarch in 2007, Adam was an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at JP Morgan where he worked on advisory and corporate finance assignments for specialty finance clients. He currently sits on the Goizueta Advisory Board at Emory University and the Board of Directors of Teach for America in the New York Region. Matthew D. Shore is the Chief Investment Officer at DRA Advisors, a private equity real estate investment firm with approximately $11 Billion in assets under management. Mr. Shore oversees acquisitions primarily focused on retail, multi-family, office and industrial opportunities across the United States and is also involved in strategic asset management, financing, and dispositions. While working at DRA, Mr. Shore has sourced and closed over $6 billion in real estate transactions including the privatization of two publicly traded REITs.

Prior to joining DRA Advisors, Mr. Shore worked at Wachovia Securities in its real estate mergers and acquisitions investment banking division responsible for the valuation and analysis of publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts. In 2000, he worked at First Union Securities as an analyst in its Private Equity Coverage Group.

Mr. Shore is the founder of Bricks and Sticks, a non-for-profit organization focused on investing in underserved charitable organizations in need of economic and intellectual capital and is President of the David Singer Foundation focused on assisting Special Olympics Florida.

Mr. Shore graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.

Adam Smallman is Director of Membership Content at PEI, creating high-value opportunities for senior financial professionals in alternative asset classes such as private equity, real estate, debt, and infrastructure to connect and learn more effectively. Raymond Tjahjono is a Vice President of Investment at INA. He leads and executes investments in various sectors and asset classes, most notably transportation and logistics, healthcare, as well as real estate.

Mr. Trausch is the global Chief Executive Officer & Chief Investment Officer of PIMCO Prime Real Estate and Managing Director at PIMCO. Mr. Trausch has over 25 years of experience in the finance and real estate sector. Prior to joining the company in 2016, back then named Allianz Real Estate, he was CEO of Asia Pacific for GE Capital Real Estate International, also serving as President & CEO for GE Capital Real Estate Japan. Before that, he worked as a Development Manager for Tishman Speyer Properties in New York and Berlin and as an Associate Fixed Income at Goldman Sachs Group in London. He is a ULI Global Governing Trustee and a regular contributor to real estate media and an engaged moderator and panelist at industry events. Tsui is Managing Principal of Peninsula House, LLC which is a single family office investor (SFO) and engaged in the principal investment in direct GP/LP fund investment, as well as structured direct co-investment, be it liquid or illiquid, in the United States, Europe and Asia/Pacific. Private investment grade fixed income in private markets in partnership with Asian, European and American institutional and private investors.

He previously held managerial positions with hotel chains in their corporate headquarter and regional offices including Marriott Corporation, Sheraton Hotels in the Pacific, Landauer Associates – a leading property counseling and valuation firm and Bankers Trust Company (real estate banking division). He earned the designation MAI – the appraisal designation of the Appraisal Institute, and was a former member of the Turnaround Management Association, Urban Land Institute, Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) – Plan Sponsor Member and Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He is a member of Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA).

He was appointed by Honorable John C. Whitehead to be on the Board of Directors of The Boy Scouts of the Greater New York Council and The Economic Club of New York. One of his mentor was William Soeryadjaya, Chairman of Indonesia’s largest conglomerate – Astra International who relinquished control of Astra to personally guarantee all the Summa Bank depositors. He was a Visiting Lecturer at the SEM program at Tsinghua University and University of California at Berkeley – Haas School of Business. He was formerly an Adjunct Visiting Professor of Advanced Case Study on emerging markets investment at Columbia University and founded the international curriculum at the Masters program in Real Estate Development. He authored a Thomson Reuters report titled China Property Investments: Profits and Pitfalls.

He received a BS from Michigan State University in Hotel Administration and a Masters from Columbia University in Real Estate. He is a graduate of the Owner President Management Program (OPM) at Harvard Business School. Born in Taiwan and raised in Brazil, he is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and has working knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish.

Erik is the Chief Investment Officer and a partner at Areim. He is responsible for developing the investment strategy of the company. He also oversees the management of Areim’s investment team alongside his role as part of the senior management team. Since joining Areim in 2013, Erik has been involved in approximately €7bn of transactions across several sectors and countries.

Prior to Areim, Erik worked in the Investment Banking Division at J.P. Morgan in London, focusing on telecom and technology. Erik holds a MSc degree in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Guelda Voien is the editor of PERE Deals, PEI Media's newest real estate title, which combines actionable news and analysis with a targeted transactions database. She joined PEI in 2024 after serving as market features editor for fine art news and market data hub Artnet. Earlier, she was a deputy editor at Green Street News, covered commercial real estate for outlets including Debtwire and The Real Deal, and served as a senior editor in the culture section at the New York Observer.

Joseph Vullo is Head of Real Estate, Europe, taking up this role in 2024. Joseph is responsible for shaping, developing and implementing the overall strategy for European Real Estate asset management. In his role, he is overseeing the management of investment portfolios to achieve optimal returns within defined risk parameters.  
Joseph joined Columbia Threadneedle as an Asset Manager in 2000, becoming Head of Asset Management in 2008 and Head of UK Real Estate in 2020.
Before joining the company, he worked in a private practice at Drivers Jonas, advising a mixture of private investors and property companies.
Joseph holds a diploma in Estate Management from the College of Estate Management, Reading, and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Sharon Yang joined Bain Capital in 2018. She is a Managing Director on the Asia Investor Relations team, responsible for investor relations and business development.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Sharon was head of Greater China Coverage at RBC Global Asset Management. Previously, she was deputy CEO at GF International Investment Management where she was in charge of business development and client coverage. Before that, Sharon was at MSCI as a client coverage officer for Southeast Asia and Taiwan markets.

Sharon received a PhD in finance from the Kellogg School of Management, a master’s degree from Northwestern University and a BS from Peking University in Beijing.
