Vishnu Amble serves as a Director of GreenBear Group LLC, a single-family office founded in 2006 based in Miami, Florida and Singapore. The GreenBear Group LLC investment program has been active across private markets in developed and emerging regions of the globe, with a specific focus on spinning out and seeding emerging GPs, as well as being active investors in funds and companies focused on the intersection of infrastructure, technology and sustainability, and are members of the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA).

Vishnu also serves as a Director of the family office’s foundation focused on funding access to energy, education, healthcare, and climate change solutions in South and SE Asia. Vishnu has built his 20+ year career in investments and capital markets at the intersection of Technology, Infrastructure, Energy, and Sustainability with such companies as Saudi Aramco, E.ON, The Carlyle Group and Lehman Brothers.Vishnu earned his Bachelor’s Degrees in Economics and Computer and Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.

Marc-Olivier joined the company as head of Value-Add Europe in January 2024.

Marc-Olivier has 20 years of industry experience, of which 16 years were with Pinebridge Benson Elliot covering acquisitions and asset management for Hospitality and PBSA in Europe with over €1.5bn of value.

Prior to that, he was a member of the acquisitions team at London-based Starwood Capital, where he was involved in various hotel and office projects in the UK and France. Before joining Starwood, Marc-Olivier was at Goldman Sachs in Paris, where he focused on M&A in the real estate sector.

Jingjing Bai is a Senior Advisor to bfinance since 2019, based in Hong Kong, and is responsible for multiple private markets fund selection projects in excess of 4 billion USD. In the recent years, Jingjing led several global alternative investment program covering Private Equity, Private Debt and Real Assets mandated by large corporates and family offices. Previously, she was the Head of HSBC Private Capital Advisory in Asia Pacific, and a Managing Director of Eaton Partners, oversaw the firm’s activities in the region, with a focus on Private Markets since 2007. She was one of the pioneer Venture Capital investors in China since the early 2000s, backed by MediBIC, a listed Japanese Biotech company. She started her career with Dell Computer Japan, as the Product Marketing Manager responsible for Dell’s mainstream product program. She holds MA from International University of Japan and BA from Nanjing University. She is fluent in Chinese, Japanese and English, and awarded full scholarship by the Konosuke Matsushita Memorial Foundation（ 松下幸之助記念志財団）since 1999.

Smith Daley serves as a 1st Vice President, Portfolio Oversight at CIM Group, where he oversees CIM’s institutional credit fund.
Prior to joining CIM, Mr. Daley was Head of West Coast Commercial Real Estate Debt at Citigroup Global Markets. His experience also includes roles at Dubai World Trade Centre, an Investment Corporation of Dubai portfolio company and Bank Leumi.

Lisa Du is a reporter with Bloomberg News in Tokyo, where she covers finance news in Asia with a focus on Japan investing.
Previously, she spent five years covering corporate Japan for Bloomberg. In her decade-plus career as a journalist, she's also reported on the Olympic games in Tokyo and Beijing, Japan's response to the coronavirus pandemic and the opening up of China's financial system.

Lisa joined Bloomberg News in New York before moving to Tokyo, and started her career as a newspaper reporter. She holds a MA from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and a BA from Duke University. She speaks English, Japanese and Mandarin Chinese.

Mr. Fujita has over 30 years of experience in real estate industry. He started his career at Sumitomo Realty & Development Co. Ltd. with which he spent 5 years for residential condo development in Japan and over 13 years in U.S. to oversee Sumitomo Realty’s U.S. operation. He joined CB Richard Ellis Investors Japan KK in 2002 as Managing Director and he led to establish a first foreign sponsored J-REIT. After his 3 years tenure at the J-REIT, he was asked to lead its sponsor company, K.K. New City Corporation as President and representative director of its affiliates. Since 2010, Mr. Fujita oversees Japan operations as Country Manager of CBRE Global Investors Japan (Merged with former ING Real Estate Investment Management Japan K.K.) and deploys global capital in Japan as well as raises equities from domestic institutional investors for their global investments. He holds a BA from Waseda University, Tokyo.

Mr. Harvey leads Cabot’s UK and European regional efforts and oversees sourcing, acquiring and developing industrial properties for all of Cabot’s strategies in the region. He is a Deputy CIO of Cabot’s Value Fund strategies and a member of Cabot’s Investment Committee. Before joining Cabot in 2008, Mr. Harvey worked at FLAG Capital Management and during a summer MBA internship, in the finance group at Boston Properties. He has a BA from Colby College and MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.

Kris is the Chief Strategy Officer for Green Street. He is a key member of the firm's Executive Team and is responsible for corporate strategy, global expansion, M&A, and channel distribution. Since joining the firm in 2012, Kris has built the commercial organization, globalized the company’s workforce, and completed multiple acquisitions. During his previous 10 years in the financial services industry he held leadership, sales, and account management positions at Charles Schwab and Churchill Management Group, and started his career at PIMCO. Kris holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine and a B.A. from Concordia University.

Hiroshi Jinno is Chief Investment Officer for International Finance Corporation (IFC) joined in June 2015. He is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships to mobilize Japanese and global companies for strategic projects, identifying development impact by integrating public and private sector efforts, creating and materializing new opportunities for high impact and sustainable investments in the emerging markets and developing countries by engaging with the clients and sponsors. Prior to joining IFC, Mr. Jinno had extensive experience in the corporate and investment banking over the three decades. He has broad exposure and expertise to structured finance, corporate finance, capital markets, corporate restructuring, private equity investment and M&A advisory for his Japanese and global clients. He held senior management positions at leading global financial institutions including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Aozora Bank and Deutsche Bank. Mr. Jinno holds a B.A. from Keio University and an M.P.P.M. from Yale School of Management.

Mattias Karnell is Director and Head of Sales at Teneo Partners Japan. He graduated from Stockholm University with an MA in Japanese Studies. Despite growing up outside of Japan, he possesses native-level Japanese language skills. He is a US Certified Public Accountant license holder, for which he completed his studies in Japan and in Japanese, and he is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
In addition to overseeing the general sales effort at Teneo Partners Japan, Mattias’ core client base includes the major financial institutions (banks, trust banks, insurance companies) and asset management companies with whom he liaises in Japanese.

He leads the institutional coverage team whose primary product focus is on alternative funds, including private asset funds and hedge funds. Because of his excellent understanding of investment strategies and his fluency in both English and Japanese, both his clients and his colleagues often rely on him to provide a deeper, more nuanced insight into the funds they are reviewing.

Originally from Australia, Mattias speaks three languages fluently: English, Swedish and Japanese.

Shinji Kawano is a Head of Global Investment Department in Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance (TMNF) and spearheads its alternative investments across private equity, private debt, hedge fund and real estate. Prior to assuming the current post in 2021, he held various senior positions in real estate investment at Tokio Marine Asset Management (TMAM), an asset management arm of TMNF. Prior to joining TMAM, he worked as a portfolio manager in Tokio Marine Fire & Insurance (presently, TMNF) where he was responsible for direct real estate investments in Japan and the UK, as well as indirect real estate investments in the US.

As Pension Fund of Japanese Corporations’ CIO, Yoshi Kiguchi focuses on innovative investment strategies and products within the fund’s investment horizon. He has more than 30 years of experience in investment and risk management.
Before that, Mr. Kiguchi was a managing director of Russell Investments in Japan where he supervised several teams, and delivered a wide range of consulting and solutions to institutional clients, including Toyota, Fujitsu, NEC, Sekisui, Toray, and Mazda. He joined Russell as a consultant in 1998.
Prior to Russell, Mr. Kiguchi was with Sumitomo Life for 10 years. He was placed in charge of corporate strategy, equity investments and researching capital markets, including private equity, and performing quantitative risk management and asset-liability management (ALM). He received a BSc degree in Precision Machinery (Robotics) from the University of Tokyo in 1988.

Mr. Tomohiro Kimura leads the investment business of WTW in Japan since 2018. As an investment consultant, he has been serving a wide range of institutional investors including multi-billion(USD) pension funds to build their various investment strategies. Prior to joining WTW, he was engaged in Wealth business and also worked for KPMG as an auditor. He graduated from Hitotsubashi University (B. A. Economics). He is a CFA charterholder and a certified public accountant.

Tomoko is a Managing Director, Japan Representative in Hamilton Lane, where she heads the firm’s Tokyo office. She is primarily responsible for client management and development of the firm’s client relationships in Japan. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2012, Tomoko was with the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, most recently as Chief Manager in the International Credit Division. Previously, she was Senior Manager in the Structured Finance Division, where she was responsible for managing a portfolio of global private equity fund investments. She also has extensive experience in the Credit Division, having worked out of the bank’s New York and London offices. Tomoko received a B.A. from International Christian University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society Japan.

Akihiro Konishi is Chief Investment Officer at Federation of National Public Service Personnel Mutual Aid Associations, in Japanese “Kokka-Komuin-Kyosaikumiai-Rengokai” (KKR)since 2025.
KKR manages the employees’ pension plan together with other entities such as GPIF, and manages other pension fund for government employees. It’s AUM is about 11 trillion yen and invest in stocks, bonds, and alternative assets.
Akihiro has more than thirty years of career in financial market and experienced a variety of transactions in private loans, samurai-bonds, syndicated-loans, shipping finance, structured finance etc. He was seconded to KKR form The Development Bank of Japan (DBJ) in 2021 as head of alternative assets, and transferred in 2023. He joined DBJ in 2006 where he experienced the management of subsidiaries as a senior officer and the board member of DBJ Securities, and DBJ Asset Management. He also has a secondment experience to The National Federation of Mutual Aid Associations for Municipal Personnel for two years, where he involved in pension management and launched alternative investments. Before joining DBJ, he worked at Rating and Investment Information, and The Industrial Bank of Japan. He started his professional career at The Long-term credit bank of Japan in 1991.
Akihiro graduated Keio University in Tokyo, majored in Economics. He obtained MS in finance from Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo.

Lee Levy is head of real estate debt and senior managing director for Kayne Anderson’s real estate group. Levy brings over 20 years of real estate debt experience and serves as portfolio manager for the debt platform and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, acquiring, and managing the portfolio of commercial real estate related debt and securities.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2024, Levy was managing director and co-head of U.S. real estate credit investing at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Before joining Goldman, Levy served as managing director and founding member of TPG Real Estate Finance, a carve out of Deutsche Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Special Situations Group. Levy oversaw $7.8bil in direct loan origination and secondary loan purchases in his combined tenure at Goldman and TPG. Levy previously held positions at Centerbridge, Morgan Stanley, and LNR Property Corp.

Levy earned a B.S.B.A. in Finance, magna cum laude, from University of Florida.

Ms Ling, as Chief Executive Officer, Private Capital Management, is responsible for managing and growing the private fund business of the Mapletree Group as well as the development of new business initiatives. She manages the Group’s stakeholder relationships with investors as well as capital partners, enabling Mapletree to scale its capital management platform globally.
Ms Ling has over 15 years of real estate investment banking experience across Asia. Prior to joining Mapletree, she was with Goldman Sachs as Managing Director, Southeast Asia Investment Banking. She was responsible for capital raising and client advisory, as well as real estate transactions across Asia.
Ms Ling began her career with the UBS Real Estate Investment Banking team in Hong Kong SAR. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Real Estate from NUS.

Diego Lopez is the Managing Director of Global SWF, based in New York / Singapore. He is a world-renowned expert on Sovereign Wealth Funds, having acted as practitioner and advisor for many years and published several articles in leading academic journals. He has worked as an external consultant for the World Bank and the United Nations and supported the establishment or reformulation of a number of SWFs around the world.

Diego is a seasoned banker and consultant with over 17 years of experience. Prior to founding Global SWF, he spent five years building up PwC’s footprint in the SWF industry as the Director and COO of the global practice. He started his career in Santander, and spent several years in Accuracy and KPMG.

He has lived and worked in Europe, the Middle East, China, Brazil and the US. He earned his Masters in Finance from the London School of Economics (LSE) after graduating in the Universities of Madrid and Milan. He is a FINRA-registered representative with Series 62, 63 and 79.

Diego is a prolific open water and ice swimmer, having raced in all seven continents including Antarctica, and acts as an ambassador for the Ocean’s recovery. He is the author of the book "Continents Seven: Values for sports, business and life, learned around the world"

Takashi Murata is based in Hong Kong, joined Warburg Pincus in 2024, and is a Managing Director, Co-Head of Asia Real Estate and Head of Japan. Tak was previously the Co-Head of Asia Pacific Private Investing and Global Co-Head of Real Estate at Goldman Sachs Asset Management (“GSAM”) and a Partner. He was a member of the Asia Pacific Management Committee and the Asset Management Real Estate Investment Committee. Tak serves on the Board of Directors for StorHub. He joined Goldman Sachs in Tokyo in 1998 as one of the founding members of the Asian Special Situations Group (“ASSG”) and was responsible for the development of the Australia and New Zealand ASSG business, assuming the role of Head of ASSG in 2018. Prior to his roles at Goldman Sachs, Tak worked at Secured Capital Corp in Los Angeles and Tokyo.

Hidetoshi Ono recently joined Tsao Family Office (TFO) to lead their real estate investment and portfolio management in Japan. TFO was established in July 2016 to manage the assets of the Tsao family, one of Asia’s most enduring family businesses with a history that stretches over a century. The investment proceeds fund various philanthropic initiatives through Tsao Foundation and other organizations.
Hidetoshi has more than 30 years of real estate and senior management experience in abrdn, Manulife, AXA, ING (now CBRE GI), GE, and Mitsui Fudosan. Before joining TFO, he was Head of Direct Real Estate –Japan and responsible for managing 15 senior housing value- add portfolio in Japan. Prior to abrdn, Ono-san was the Managing Director, Japan Real Estate at Manulife where he was responsible for the company’s real estate investment in Japan as well as the corporate real estate needs for the life insurance operation with 100 locations nation-wide. At AXA, Ono-san was Head of Japan Core Fund based in Singapore. He was the Managing Director/Country Manager-Japan for ING Real Estate where he started their Japan Office, grew the business in four years to US$3 billion assets under management with 45 people. Ono-san holds MBA from Stanford University and graduated from Hitotsubashi University with Bachelor of Social Studies.

Christie Ou is the Asia-Pacific reporter for PERE covering the private equity real estate markets in the region. Prior to joining PERE, she covered Asia’s business market for Bloomberg Business Week Chinese and the credit market for UK based Private Debt Investor. She is a native speaker of Cantonese and Mandarin, with solid command of writing and speaking in English. Christie holds her bachelor degree at London School of Economics and a master degree in journalism at the University of Hong Kong.

Jai is Co-Head of Real Estate Debt and a Managing Director for ICG Real Estate. He rejoined the group in January 2020 and was previously responsible for ICG’s residential strategy. Since September 2023, he has been jointly responsible for the day-to-day implementation of ICG Real Estate's Debt strategies and serves as an investment committee member.

Prior to joining ICG, Jai spent two years at Amro Partners - a real estate investment firm investing, developing and managing purpose built residential assets in Europe. As Investment Director he was responsible for acquisitions, capital raising and financing.

Prior to this he held various debt investment roles at ICG & Barclays, starting his career at Lehman Brothers. Jai holds a BA in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham.

Juan co-founded Stoneshield Capital and serves as Managing Partner of the Firm. Stoneshield Capital is among the top 100 Private Equity Real Estate firms in the world with over €2.5bn of AUM.

Prior to Stoneshield, he was a Partner at Lone Star Funds, where he was involved in over €10 billion of real assets investments across Europe. Previously, Juan was at the Special Situations team in Citigroup based in London.

Juan studied at the Universidad de San Andres in Buenos Aires and holds an MBA from Babson College.

Mark is Head of Income Credit, with responsibility for both the investment outcomes and growth of our income credit business and investment strategies. He joined Qualitas in 2017 and was previously Head of the Qualitas Build to Rent Debt Fund.

With over 30 years' experience in real estate finance, he has developed a strong reputation in structuring and delivering attractive capital solutions for clients.

Before joining Qualitas, Mark worked at several of Australia’s major banks, including senior roles within the Corporate and Institutional Property division at NAB spanning over 20 years.

Al Rabil is CEO of Kayne Anderson, overseeing strategic initiatives, operations, and asset management across all of Kayne’s investment platforms.

In 2007, Rabil co-founded Kayne Anderson’s real estate private equity platform and continues to serve as CEO for Real Estate, setting strategic direction, overseeing investment activities, and leading fundraising for all real estate investments. Rabil’s time at Kayne Anderson was preceded by an almost ten-year tenure at UBS where he served as the Head of Real Estate Banking for the Americas and Europe. During his tenure there he played a key role in making UBS a market leader in both syndicated debt and large loan CMBS, consummating more than $25 billion in transactions.

Mr. Rabil graduated Cum Laude with a BA from Yale University and later earned an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.

Andrew Rodriguez is a Senior Research Associate at PEI Group. Based in Tokyo, he is responsible for private markets research in Japan and the greater APAC region. His experience includes contributing to several data projects such as GP/LP rankings, quarterly fundraising reports and investor reports. Andrew graduated from Temple University Japan with BA degrees in Economics and Japanese Language.

Neil Slater became CEO of Redevco on 1 October 2023, running one of Europe’s largest private real estate businesses. Neil was previously the Global Head of Real Assets & Global Head of Real Estate, leading a large global real assets business with circa GBP 50bn invested across the equity, debt, and listed space. During Neil’s tenure he was also the Chief Executive Officer & Representative Director of abrdn’s Japanese business, moving to Tokyo in summer 2015 to open and build out an investment management business.

Neil joined abrdn (then Standard Life Investments (SLI)) in 2011, leading a multidisciplinary team responsible for product structuring, tax, legal and cross asset debt financing. Neil developed and fund managed SLI Real Estate’s investor loan platform and had responsibility for circa GBP 600m of capital across mandates.
Previously, Neil spent over 6 years in Switzerland with Man Group where he had responsibility for a multi-billion USD debt book in addition to leading the team structuring Man’s equity derivative products & OTC derivatives, fund financing and custodial structures. Neil was responsible for the commercial creation of various alternative assets funds, structuring solutions and delivered to market single and multi-strategy global and regional alternative asset products for the Asian, Middle Eastern and South American markets.

Neil is an English qualified solicitor. Neil received his MBA (Finance) with distinction from Manchester Business School in January 2007 and has a Master’s degree from St. Andrews University (1999). Neil completed MIT’s Advanced Management Programme in February 2019.

Seth R. Sulkin is President and CEO of Pacifica Capital K.K., a Tokyo-based developer of hotels and commercial properties with more than 30 years of real estate investment experience in Japan. He is also CEO of Pacifica Hotels G.K., a franchisee operator of Marriott and IHG hotels. In October 2017, he developed and opened Moxy Tokyo Kinshicho, the first lifestyle hotel in Japan. He is also the developer of Fairfield by Marriott Osaka Namba, Holiday Inn & Suites Shin Osaka, Moxy Kyoto Nijo and Courtyard by Marriott Hiroshima, expected to open in 2027.

Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Sulkin is a member of the Executive Committee of ULI Japan. Fluent in Japanese, he received a master’s degree from Stanford University’s Center for East Asian Studies and attended the Inter-University Center for Japanese Language Studies in Yokohama.

Taiyo joined NBIM in August 2015 and is responsible for Asia’s real estate investments. Prior to joining NBIM, he was a Director at Aetos Japan focusing on investment in Japanese real estate. Previous experience includes Morgan Stanley, where he was part of the real estate securitization team. Taiyo started his career at JP Morgan in the real estate financing and investment banking division. He holds a BA from Waseda University.

Ayaka has joined Japan Science and Technology Agency (“JST”) in April 2022 as the Head of Real Estate and Infrastructure Investments, where she is responsible for planning, executing and monitoring the Real Estate and Infrastructure investment of Japan’s university fund. Prior to joining JST, she had spent over 14years at Mitsui & Co. Alternative Investments (“MAI”), where she was Managing Director of product management and responsible for real asset alternative investments strategies. Prior to MAI, she had worked for JP Morgan Securities Japan Co., Ltd. and Bank of America Securities Japan Co., Ltd. for several years respectively. She holds BA in Laws from the University of Tokyo.

Samuel is a seasoned investment professional who leads the capital markets and investment activities for DHL Supply Chain's Real Estate Solutions (RES) business in Asia Pacific.
RES is a end-to-end global logistics developer, leveraging on the logistics expertise and scale of DHL Supply Chain. To date, the RES team has completed over EUR 1.1 billion of logistics developments in Asia Pacific with a strong development pipeline in the coming years.

Joined GPIF in March 2016, from Sumitomo Mitsui Asset Management (‘SMAM’), where he led a newly established team that developed investment opportunities in the alternative space for clients mainly in Japanese pension industry.

Before seconded to SMAM from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (‘SMBC’) in late 2014, he took a leading role to develop new investment opportunities in the private equity investment market in Asia-Pacific region for the bank and also led a team to establish an infrastructure fund dedicated to Indian market with an Indian local bank and a global infrastructure investor.

Before moving to SMBC in 2007, he worked for a Japanese subsidiary of MassMutual Life Insurance (‘MMJ’) as a chief portfolio manager, leading MMJ’s investment activities in corporate bond, securitization products and various alternative fund investment markets.

He started his professional career at Sumitomo Trust & Banking (now renamed as Sumitomo Mitsui Trust & Banking) in1987 and long served in the credit investment business area, where he accumulated experiences in corporate, project, municipality and emerging market financing as well as securitization bond/loan investment opportunities in global market, at the bank’s Tokyo head office and its London Branch. During the time, he led analysis for financing infrastructure privatization project in Australia in early to mid ‘90s and developed experience in infrastructure financing in various markets since then.

Graduated from Hitotsubashi University, with Bachelor of Commerce in 1987. Completed Investment Management Programme at London Business School in 2002.

She joined Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation (MUTB) in 2018 as a product manager of global alternative investments, primary covers global real estate and farmland investments. As a gate keeper of pension funds, she has been involved in a number of commingle funds and SMAs managed by global/Japan domestic asset managers. Before joining MUTB, she was working at Moody’s Japan K.K as a credit analyst for 11 years engaged in real estate finance and consumer/SME credit securitization programs. She took a lead analyst role in CMBS and ABS transactions. More recently, she worked at a Japan domestic private equity firm and experienced various roles such as IR, fund raising and fund accounting.

Born in Australia, Zoe Ward first moved to Japan in 2006 and began working in the real estate industry in 2008. In 2014, she founded Japan Property Central KK, a licensed real estate brokerage in Tokyo that helps inbound investors with opportunities in Japan’s property market.

Daisuke Yamagami is in charge of Real Assets investments at ORIX Life Insurance Corporation. Since joining ORIX Life in 2021, he has been leading the growth of the real estate portfolio.

Before joining ORIX Life, he was in Daido Life Insurance Company for 15 years where he invested in various products there, including real estate, credit and corporate loan.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Doshisha University. He is a Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts of Japan (CMA).

Mr. Yamashita is a Managing Director and representative director for Fortress in Japan. Prior to joining Fortress in 2008, Mr. Yamashita was in Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate Securitized Product Group where he led financings involving corporate restructurings, a management buyout, land acquisitions, pre-REIT bridge financing, and other real estate-related transactions. From 1984 to 2005, Mr. Yamashita worked at the Development Bank of Japan (“DBJ”) where he led primary deals in Japan in the spaces of real estate finance as well as project finance. He received a B.A in economics from Hitotsubashi University in 1984 and a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.

From 2015 to 2023, he served as the President & CEO of Sumisho Realty Management, a subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation, and expanded its AUM to over ¥700 billion. He diversified the firm's investments in structures such as SOSiLA Logistic REIT(publicly-traded) and SC Realty Private REIT(privately-placed) alongside a broad spectrum of separate accounts.

In 2024, Joined ES-CON JAPAN Ltd., a leading vertically integrated, diversified developer and currently responsible for overseas investment and asset management business. Earlier, at Sumitomo Corporation, he held pivotal roles and managed a comprehensive real estate portfolio in both Japan and the US, encompassing residential, commercial, and logistics sectors. He graduated from Kyoto University in 1983 with a bachelor’s degree in architecture. Also, he is a licensed architect in Japan, an esteemed ARES Certified Master, APREA Board Member/Japan Chapter Chairperson and RICS Japan, MEG Co-chairperson (FRICS).

Kota Yasumura, Senior Director, Private Sector Investment Finance Division1, Private Sector Partnership and Finance Department, Japan International Cooperation Agency(JICA). Kota is responsible for originating new projects through Private Sector Finance Operation in Asia. He has 19-year experiences in international development finance including secondment to Asian Development Bank(ADB). He received a BA in Political Science from Waseda University, an EMBA from Ateneo de Manila University, a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and a Doctor of Economics from Saitama University.

Junichi Yonezawa started his career at Norinchukin Bank in 2003, first working in corporate lending. Later, he moved to the Credit Investment Division, where his responsibilities included managing securitized products, LBO loans, corporate bonds, and mid-market loan fund investments. He then moved to the Alternative Investment Division, where he focused on private equity and real estate equity fund investments. Since 2021, he has been responsible for all alternative investments at Norinchukin Asset Management.

Horie is Co-founder and CEO of CSR Design Green Investment Advisory, Co., Ltd., which focuses on ESG advisory in the real estate and infrastructure sectors as well as research on green buildings and sustainable finance. He graduated from University of Tokyo and holds an MBA degree from the University of California at Berkeley. Horie served as a member of global Advisory Group of UNEP FI Property Working Group, and currently, he is a member of global Real Estate Advisory Committee of PRI. Horie has also participated in many governmental committees on ESG organized by Japanese MLIT and other ministries as a member or chairperson.

Akihisa Hoshino joined the Mitsui Trust and Banking Company, Limited (current "Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited") in 1992. Since 2005, he has been a fund manager in the pension fund management department and in charge of investing entrusted money into domestic and overseas real estate private funds, private REITs etc. Before that, he experienced real estate brokerage operations and pension fund management operations related business in the real estate sector. He was also seconded to Nippon Building Fund Management Ltd. which is a J-REIT asset management company. He is a real estate appraiser, a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA), an ARES Certified Master, and a Certified Financial Planner(CFP). He graduated from Hitotsubashi University (BA in Law).

Atsuko Iino joined the Industrial Bank of Japan, Limited in 1990. Following that she worked for the Mizuho Research Institute, before joining the Sony Corporation in 2003. As the senior manager of Sony's Finance Division, she managed pension assets and liability for Sony and its group subsidiaries. She also served as the chief investment officer of Sony's Pension Fund, and the General Manager of Sony's group subsidiaries.
She has been working for the National Pension Fund Association since October 2015 and is a Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan, Board member of the Pension Academy of Japan and member of the Nippon Finance Association. She received her MBA in Finance from Hitotsubashi University and a BSc from Tokyo Women's Christian University.

Taro Ogai is the Head of Investments, International at WTW. He has advised pension funds regarding asset allocation, manager selection and fund governance. Recently, he is working in a variety of role supporting major Japanese companies regarding corporate governance, globalization and M&A.

His experience prior to joining Towers Watson includes management consultant at McKinsey & Company, Inc., global equity portfolio manager and foreign exchange trader at Industrial Bank of Japan.

Mr. Ogai earned his MBA at Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and completed his undergraduate degree at University of Tokyo (B.A. Economics). He is a Chartered Member of the Security Analysts Association of Japan (CMA).

Nami Sera joined IDERA in 2018. Her role in IDERA were investor relations, fund raising and portfolio management. Ms. Sera started her career at Haseko Corporation, then joined acquisition division of AIG Global Real Estate, where she completed over JPY 450 bn of acquisitions in various asset types. Ms. Sera was then appointed as Managing Director, in charge of fund raising and investor relations, where she raised 3 discretionary funds and several non-discretionary funds. She also supervising finance and legal functions. Prior to IDERA, she was at Bureau of Urban Development, Tokyo Metropolitan Government. Ms. Sera holds BA in Commerce from Waseda University and MBA from Simon School, University of Rochester.

Kazunari Yaguchi is a Senior Executive Officer, Head of Real Estate Investment Department of Japan Post Bank. He is responsible for all real estate related investments across the globe by the bank. He joined Japan Post Bank in March 2016 and established its Real Estate Investment from scratch. Now the bank invests sizable capital in all 4 quadrants composed of public-private and equity-debt.

Kazunari has over 20 years of experience in real estate space in both equity and debt investments. Prior to Japan Post Bank, he was an executive director responsible for real estate investment in the Asset Finance Department of Development Bank of Japan (“DBJ”). During his 23 years at DBJ, he originated more than $10 billion of commercial mortgage loans and acquired more than $3 billion of properties. He established its real estate asset management subsidiary which became one of the largest private real estate fund managers in Japan. He received LLB Law from Tohoku University, Japan, and Masters in Finance from London Business School, UK. He is a CFA and CAIA charterholder.
