George Agethen is responsible for CDPQ’s real estate strategies in Asia-Pacific and Latin America, based in Singapore.

Mr. Agethen has extensive experience in our industry, across general partner, advisory and investor roles. Before joining Ivanhoé Cambridge in 2015, he held senior positions in leading companies in Asia including Ping An Group and Macquarie Capital.

Mr. Agethen holds bachelor’s degrees in commerce and in law and a master’s degree specializing in Finance, from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. Mr. Agethen sits on the Global Board of the Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA) and is a Jury Member for the MIPIM Asia Awards. Over the course of his career, George has lived in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and China.

Vishnu Amble serves as a Director of GreenBear Group LLC, a single-family office founded in 2006 based in Miami, Florida and Singapore. The GreenBear Group LLC investment program has been active across private markets in developed and emerging regions of the globe, with a specific focus on spinning out and seeding emerging GPs, as well as being active investors in funds and companies focused on the intersection of infrastructure, technology and sustainability, and are members of the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA).

Vishnu also serves as a Director of the family office’s foundation focused on funding access to energy, education, healthcare, and climate change solutions in South and SE Asia. Vishnu has built his 20+ year career in investments and capital markets at the intersection of Technology, Infrastructure, Energy, and Sustainability with such companies as Saudi Aramco, E.ON, The Carlyle Group and Lehman Brothers.Vishnu earned his Bachelor’s Degrees in Economics and Computer and Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.

Matilde Attolico is involved in Rockpoint’s international capital raising activities. Ms. Attolico is based in Abu Dhabi. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2021, Ms. Attolico worked at JLL as the Global Head of the Funds Advisory business for three years. Prior to joining JLL, Ms. Attolico spent 18 years working in a variety of capital raising and advisory roles at investment advisory boutiques and banks, including Hodes Weill & Associates, Mercury Capital Advisors, Merrill Lynch, and Goldman Sachs. Ms. Attolico serves as a director of Women In Real Estate’s London chapter. Ms. Attolico received a B.A. from Brown University and an M.A. from the Courtauld Institute in London.

Jonathan Brasse is the senior editor for PEI Media’s Real Estate Group which comprises the group's real estate publications, PERE and Real Estate Capital. Jonathan leads the group’s editorial team and is responsible for setting the agendas for the print and online editions of both publications as well as all associated publications. He joined PEI in 2009 and has assumed various reporting and editing roles since, including responsibility for PERE’s coverage of the private real estate markets in Asia. He has a BA from the University of Kent and is an NCTJ qualified journalist.

Dietrich Heidtmann is a Managing Director in Business Development. Based in Europe, Dietrich manages institutional relationships across Europe, the Middle East, and Canada. Dietrich joined Pretium in 2025 with over three decades of financial services experience. Prior to joining Pretium, Dietrich held regional and global leadership roles in real estate private capital formation at Morgan Stanley, AXA Real Estate, GTIS Partners, and Areim. Earlier in his career, Dietrich held securities trading and distribution roles at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley. Dietrich earned an MBA (Diplom Kaufmann) from the University of Mannheim (Germany).

Sonny Kalsi is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of BGO and is based in Miami, Florida. BGO is a leading, global real estate investment management advisor and a globally recognized provider of real estate services with approximately $86 billion of assets under management. BGO has 25 offices worldwide and over 1,300 employees. BGO manages real estate debt, and real estate assets on behalf of clients in primary, secondary and co-investment markets. Sonny has oversight responsibility for BGO's global businesses and is a senior member of the Firm's global Investment Committees. In addition, Sonny serves as the President and CEO of the parent company of BGO, SLC Management, where he helps to oversee the strategic direction and capital relationships of the overall platform.

Sonny was a co-founder of GreenOak Real Estate in 2010 and, together with the GreenOak Real Estate team, grew the business organically to $12 billion of assets under management in 10 countries with over 100 employees, prior to its 2019 merger with Bentall Kennedy. Before co-founding GreenOak Real Estate, Sonny was the Global Co-Head of Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate Investing (MSREI) business and President of the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds until 2009. At its peak, the MSREI platform had approximately $100 billion of assets under management in 33 countries.

Sonny is a graduate of Georgetown University and continues to be very involved with the school in advancing academic initiatives. He has been cited by Private Equity Real Estate magazine as one of the “30 Most Influential” people in private equity real estate globally. Sonny is on the board of several organizations including Georgetown University, Teaching Matters, Room to Read, Asia Society and the Hirshhorn Museum.

Current position is a Managing Director of Hana Financial Investment (Top Investment Bank in Korean Real Estate Finance industry) as a head of Real Asset Investment Finance Department leading a Real Estate Investment Business in Korean Domestic and Global Overseas since beginning of year 2020. Working experience in Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance as a Real Estate Finance and Investment Manager for 10 years (2010~2019) before Hana. Overseas Investment Team Leader was a last position in Samsung. 2.5 years with Shinhan Securities (IB Securities Firm in Korea) for the Global Real Estate Investment Manager before Samsung. Career started with Hyundai Engineering and Construction for 10 years (1998~2007) in a sector of Overseas Business (7 years including 5 years Hong Kong) and Development Business Manager in Korea. Bachelor's degree from Korea Univ. major in Architecture. Master's Degree from the Univ. of Hong Kong major in Real Estate Finance and Investment.

김도일 상무는 하나금융투자(국내 부동산 금융업계 최고의 투자은행)의 상무이사로 2020년 연초부터 국내외 실물자산투자금융부서에서 부동산 투자 사업을 이끌고 있습니다. 하나금융그룹 합류 이전 약 10년간 삼성화재에서 부동산 금융 및 운용역으로 근무한 경력을 보유하고 있으며 이때 해외투자팀장직책을 역임했습니다. 삼성 화재에 앞서 글로벌 부동산 투자운용역으로 신한증권에서 약 2년 6개월간 근무하였으며, 부동산 투자 업무 경력은 해외사업부문(홍콩 5년 포함 7년) 포함 총 10년 (1998~2007)을 재직한 현대건설 개발사업부에서 부터 시작되었습니다. 고려대학교 건축학 학사를 수여 받았으며, 홍콩 대학교에서 부동산 금융 및 투자 석사 학위를 취득했습니다.

Scott Kim is the Chief Executive Officer of PIMCO Prime Real Estate Asia Pacific. He is a member of the Management Committee and a voting member of the Equity Investment Committee. Prior to joining the company in 2022, then named Allianz Real Estate, he held various roles at NPS including Head of Real Estate Investment Division, Head of Global Real Estate Team, and Senior Portfolio Manager. Before this, Mr. Kim worked for GE Real Estate in Korea as a Senior Asset Manager. Prior to GE, he was an Investment Director at Signet Holdings, and an Equity Trader at Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Kim holds a Master of Design Studies in Real Estate Development from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science from Columbia University.

Mr. Lee is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Phoenix Property Investors. Phoenix has managed over US$15 billion of real estate assets in its last 21 years for important institutions. He serves on the firm’s Investment Committee and is also responsible for structuring, capital formation, and the general management of the firm.

Previously, Mr. Lee was a co-founder of Strategic Capital Management (SCM), a PRC-focused private equity investment firm. Prior to SCM, Mr. Lee served at Morgan Stanley for 10 years in both its debt and equity businesses in New York and Hong Kong. In addition, Mr. Lee also served as a member of the Management Committee at Terramar Corretora in Brazil, where he was responsible for the management of the brokerage firm’s equity and asset management businesses.

Mr. Lee received an MBA in Finance from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and served on its Global Leaders Group. He also serves as a voting member of the St. Paul’s College Foundation in Hong Kong, as well as a member of the PERE Advisory Board.

Michelle Ling joined as Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer of Hongkong Land in January 2025 and is responsible for formulating and implementing investment and capital management strategies across the organisation. She is also facilitating the company's growth through strategic transactions.

Michelle brings a wealth of expertise to the Company with over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, encompassing both private and public domains. Prior to joining the Company, Ms Ling served as the Chief Executive Officer of Private Capital Management at Mapletree, where she was instrumental in managing and expanding the private fund business, as well as spearheading new business initiatives. Under her leadership, she has grown assets under management in private capital management to S$23 billion. Prior to her tenure at Mapletree, Ms Ling held the position of Managing Director for Southeast Asia Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs Asia.

Ms Ling began her career with the UBS Real Estate Investment Banking team in Hong Kong SAR. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Real Estate from NUS.

Lata leads JLL’s centralised Capital Markets team in India. Her roles involves supporting growth in cross-regional capital flows and overseeing the asset management and strategic advisory business lines, including investment sales, advisory and financing business. Lata has oversight of all business operations and go-to-market strategies in the capital markets domain.

Lata is a member of JLL’s India Leadership Council. With 30 years of experience in banking and real estate, paired with a strong business network, she provides strategic direction to the business, focuses on delivering diversified offering to clients, strengthening client relationships, and ensures excellence in providing solutions, thereby addressing needs across range of asset classes and geographies.

Prior to joining JLL, Lata has worked at ICICI Bank, Deutsche Bank, Edelweiss Financial Services and Yes Bank at senior leadership positions. At ICICI, she was instrumental in building their real estate finance desk, which went on to being recognised as one of the largest players in
this sector. In ICICI and Edelweiss, she closely managed distressed asset transactions. At Deutsche Bank, she was heading their Commercial Real Estate group and in the last 2 years, Lata was with Yes Bank, where she oversaw the alternate asset classes, including education, healthcare, and hospitality.

Kian Sin is the Head of Real Estate Investment at AIA Investment Management. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for driving and implementing the expansion of AIA Group's real estate investment strategies globally. Kian Sin has over 26 years of experience in indirect and direct real estate investments, across global insurer, real estate developer and fund management platforms. Kian Sin previously held fund management roles with LaSalle Investment, Aviva Investors and Aberdeen Asset Management where he was responsible for their indirect real estate investments in the Asia Pacific region. Kian Sin also held positions with Mapletree Investments and Prudential Financial.
