Previously, Amorn held key roles at Sansiri Plc. and Intouch Holdings Plc., excelling in business development and venture capital. Anupam Behura joined Bain Capital in 2019. He is a Partner on the Special Situations team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Anupam worked at Standard Chartered Bank as Managing Director and Head of Private Debt Solutions focusing on mezzanine and high yield lending across the bank’s key markets. Previously, he was part of Standard Chartered Bank’s proprietary Principal Finance unit where he was responsible for special situations and distressed investing across Asia, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia and India. Anupam also worked at KPMG Corporate Finance.

Felipe is responsible for the structuring team. Prior to Gemcorp, he spent most of his career at Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs in Emerging Markets structuring financing and derivative transactions and at VTB Capital working on financing companies, financial institutions and sovereigns in Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, Eastern Europe and Asia. Before his banking career, he worked as a capital markets, M&A and project finance lawyer in Brazil.

Fabrizio Bocciardi is Head of Credit Investments at Mubadala, the sovereign investment company of the government of Abu Dhabi. He joined Mubadala in 2009 and he is responsible to invest in credit opportunities, currently managing a diversified portfolio of private debt opportunities across US, Europe and Asia. Fabrizio is an investment committee member of Mubadala Credit and Special Situations platform and board member of Mubadala’s investment companies in Luxembourg and Singapore.

Fabrizio structured and implemented the credit investment strategy for Mubadala and is leading a team of credit investment professionals to support the growth of credit portfolio in private debt opportunities. He has more than twenty-five years of credit experience across a variety of transactions in leveraged loans, distressed debt, real estate and asset-based financing. Before joining Mubadala, he worked at Merrill Lynch in Distressed Debt and Restructuring in London. Fabrizio joined Merrill Lynch from Credit Suisse, where he was a Vice President in the European Financial Sponsors Group. He started his professional career at Citibank working as a credit analyst. Fabrizio graduated cum laude at Universitá Commerciale “Luigi Bocconi” in Milan (Italy) with a major in Corporate Finance.

John began his career in London with Deutsche Bank, focusing on credit and strategy, before moving to British International Investment, where he did private debt and mezzanine investments in South Asia and Africa. He relocated to Singapore in 2018 and joined MUFG Bank, where he led strategic sector coverage and acquisition financing deals for energy and resources companies across Asia Pacific. Before joining Helicap, he worked at Akaria Natural Capital, focusing on private equity investment opportunities within the natural climate solutions sector.At Helicap Investments, a private credit investment fund based in Singapore, John leads origination, structuring, and execution of private credit investments in Asia. Helicap has invested >$400m over the last 6 years, mostly towards alternative lending platforms and non-bank financial institutions. Over the past four years, the fund has aided >5m under-served small and medium-sized businesses and individuals.

Johnny Brom is founder and Chief Investment Officer of SAIL Investments, where he also leads the Investment Committee. Johnny has a diverse background in business development and investment strategy for companies across South Africa, North America, and Europe. He started his career at JP Morgan Securities and held a role at a Cape Town-based boutique asset manager, accumulating over 17 years of investment experience in developed, emerging, and frontier markets. Sally Chen is currently IMF’s Resident Representative for Hong Kong SAR. In this capacity, Sally coordinates the Funds’ outreach efforts in the Greater China region by engaging with country authorities, international organizations, academia, think tanks, media and market participants. Additionally, Sally heads the Hong Kong office’s research efforts on financial market developments across Asia Pacific, including China, Japan, Hong Kong SAR, Korea, ASEAN and India. Before her current role, Sally was the Regional Advisor for Asia for the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) from 2020-2024 where she helped craft the Bank's research priorities, including initiatives on fintech, CBDC in Asia and the evolution of global value chains. Sally is a graduate of Wellesley College and Columbia University. Her research focuses on macro-financial linkages, including global liquidity, financial cycles, and the evolution of GVCs.

Aakash Desai is the CIO and Head - Credit strategy at 360 ONE Asset Management (erstwhile IIFL Asset Management). He is responsible for identifying growth opportunities to augment scale and profitability across the private credit and fixed income strategies at 360 ONE Asset Management.

Aakash brings over two decades of deep and diverse experience in Wholesale & Institutional Financial services and a high degree of specialisation in the areas of Corporate and Structured Finance and Capital Markets across key global financial markets.

Prior to 360 One, Aakash was a part of the senior management and founding team of Clix Capital (ex-GE Capital). He joined Clix with overall balance sheet responsibility in his role as Head of Corporate and Structured Finance business & Treasurer. He was responsible for origination, credit structuring and distribution of all corporate assets and for delivering the majority of Clix profitability, in addition to managing all aspects of fund raising, ALM and risk management within the Clix Group Treasury.

Benjamin Fanger is the Managing Partner and founder of ShoreVest Partners and is one of the pioneering investors in China’s credit markets. He has managed over $2 billion in Chinese distressed debt and special situations investments and sits on ShoreVest’s Investment Committee. In 2004, Mr. Fanger was one of the founders of Shoreline Capital and architected the firm and its strategies. In over 20 years of Chinese distressed experience, Mr. Fanger has been involved in sourcing, analysis, negotiation, restructuring and liquidation related to acquiring and disposing countless distressed assets in China. He has worked directly with Chinese distressed asset sellers, borrowers, judges, and government officials related to the investments. Prior to founding ShoreVest Partners and Shoreline Capital, Mr. Fanger started several companies, two of which he sold to public companies. During graduate school, he also worked at the law firm O’Melveny & Myers on early Chinese distressed debt and private equity transactions. Mr. Fanger has been fluent in spoken and written Chinese for over twenty years. He also holds a JD and MBA from the University of Chicago and is a licensed attorney in the State of California.

Claus Fintzen is the CIO and Head of Infrastructure Debt at AllianzGI in London. The infrastructure debt platform was created in 2012 in order to develop the institutional market for this asset class and to originate suitable transactions for the Allianz Group and certain external institutional investors. So far, the team invested in excess of EUR 28 billion in projects of the transportation, social infrastructure, energy and utility sector globally. Before joining AllianzGI Claus spent eight years at MBIA/Trifinium as a Director, where he was involved in a variety of transactions, including transportation, social housing, renewables, real estate and corporate debt, and was responsible for the origination and structuring of transactions in Germany and Austria. Before joining MBIA/Trifinium Claus spent nine years at Citigroup, working in the structured finance, securitisation and alternative risk transfer departments. Claus has a degree in business administration from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany.

Brendan has over 10 years of credit experience within the broader financial services industry. He works closely with Rede’s private credit LPs and GPs on both coverage and origination. Brendan covers a broad range of private credit funds in Europe and the US from high octane special situations, specialty finance to performing senior secured direct lenders. He has a background in Debt Capital Markets, Derivatives and Underwriting. Brendan holds a BA in Finance with a Specialisation in Alternative Assets at Southern Methodist University.

Ian Fowler is the Co-CEO of Corinthia Global Management and is responsible for overseeing the investment team and strategy. Ian is a member of the North American and European Investment committees.
Ian was formerly the Co-Head of Barings’ Global Private Finance Group, a member of the group’s North American, European and Asia-Pacific Private Finance Investment Committees, and President of Barings BDC, Inc. (NYSE: BBDC). There he was responsible for leading a team that originates, underwrites, and manages global private finance investments.

Ian has worked in the industry since 1988 and his experience has encompassed middle market commercial finance, including originating, underwriting, and managing senior secured and mezzanine loans. Prior to joining Barings in 2012, he was a Senior Managing Director with Harbour Group and co-founded Freeport Financial LLC where he was a member of the Executive Credit Committee and responsible for all business development and capital market initiatives.

While at Freeport, he helped build the company into one of the top 5 non-bank affiliated middle market Sponsor finance companies in the U.S. Before Freeport, Ian was Managing Director and Global Group Leader for GE Capital’s Global Sponsor Finance Group. Prior to GE Capital, Ian held various leverage finance and investment positions with NationsBank and Mellon Bank. Ian holds a B.A. (Honors) from the University of Western Ontario and is a member of the CFA Institute.

Christopher Ganis is a Managing Director of Hybrid Capital Solutions at INA, bringing a wealth of experience in finance with a deep focus on private credit and equity in Southeast Asia. Before joining INA, he spent seven years at BlackRock, and led its private credit investments Southeast Asia, focusing in Indonesia.

Previously, Chris served as a Partner at Asia Summit Capital and as a Vice President at Indies Capital, Indonesia focused private equity and credit funds; where he led origination and execution of private transactions across various sectors in Indonesia.

Chris started his career at Salomon Smith Barney and subsequently held numerous roles at Citi’s Corporate and Investment Bank, including Asia Credit Trading and Mergers & Acquisitions. He earned an MBA with Honors from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.

Mr. Griffin founded MGG Investment Group and is the Managing Partner, CEO and CIO of the firm. In this capacity, Mr. Griffin is responsible for overseeing all strategic vision of the firm, including leading the Investment Committee and the investment process from origination through portfolio monitoring.

Siddhartha (“Sid”) has over 20 years of investing experience, primarily as a private lender in the Asia Pacific region. Sid joined Hillhouse to spearhead the formation of Hillhouse’s private credit strategy, Elham Credit Partners, which has been actively investing since 2023. Prior to Elham Credit Partners, Sid was Head of Financing for North Asia & Pacific at Deutsche Bank, where he managed a multi-billion-dollar loan book. During his 13-year tenure at Deutsche Bank, across India, Singapore and Hong Kong, Sid held multiple roles in Origination, Structuring, Risk Management, and Portfolio Ownership. He also worked in Barclays in a regional role for 6 years. Justin Hooley is a Managing Director in Barings’ Asia Pacific Private Finance Group and a member of the Asia Pacific Private Finance Investment Committee. He is responsible for originating, underwriting and managing private credit investments in the developed Asia Pacific region. Justin has worked in the industry since 1997. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, he worked for Deutsche Bank Sydney for twelve years, most recently as their Head of Credit Opportunities, leading origination, structuring, analysis and provision of strategic capital to junior to mid-cap companies across a range of sectors. Before that, Justin worked in the leveraged and acquisition teams at Merrill Lynch, BOS International and CIBC. Jien spearheads the investment origination for Star Capital, focusing on acquisitions and buyouts across semiconductors, energy, and materials in Asia. You-Ha Hyun leads the private debt program at Perpetual Investors GmbH, a German professional single family office. In this role, he is mainly responsible for managing the private debt portfolio and focuses on manager selection across the broad spectrum of the private debt universe. You-Ha has more than 12 years of experience in the alternative investment segment having done primary, secondary and co-investments at large institutional organizations such as an insurance company, a public organization and a fund-of-fund. You-Ha began his career in the M&A advisory business at KPMG and is an economist by training.

Ms. Kanchan Jain has 30 years of experience across private credit, corporate and structured finance, loan markets and debt capital markets across Europe and Asia and in various roles across origination, structuring, underwriting and risk. As Head of Ascertis Credit Group, Ms. Jain is responsible for the overall business across its investment & non-investment functions. Over the last 11 years, Ms. Jain, along with leadership team at Ascertis Credit (formerly BPEA Credit), has led the creation and build-out of one of the leading multi-strategy private credit management groups in Asia, focused on the fast-growing mid-market and large corporate sector.

Before moving to India in 2008, Ms. Jain worked for 10 years based out of London as Managing Director at HSBC, and before that as Director at Barclays Capital in the Structured Credit business. Prior to that, Ms. Jain worked in the Asian debt capital markets across debt syndication, loan trading & risk, based out of Hong Kong and in project finance based out of India.

Ms. Jain works with multiple industry bodies in the alternative assets space in Asia. She is the Co-Chair, Private Credit Committee at Singapore Venture & Private Capital Association (SVCA) and Exco Member and Co-Chair, Private Credit Council at Indian Venture and Alternate Capital Association (IVCA).

Ms. Jain has lived and worked in Asia & Europe across multiple stints. She holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from VNIT.

Simon is head of investment grade and transition debt in the Infrastructure Debt Investments team at HSBC Asset Management in London and has been working in the financial industry since 1997. Simon joined the Infrastructure Debt Investments team and HSBC in September 2016. Simon has worked on projects in the USA, Latin America, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. He has infrastructure sector experience in oil and gas, ports, conventional energy, renewable energy, utilities, cement, telecommunications and transportation aviation and he has experience in managing stressed and distressed credit exposures across corporates, real estate, structured credit and leveraged finance. Simon has a first-class BSc in Mathematics from University College London. He is fluent in English and German.

Mr. Körzendörfer is a Partner within StepStone’s Private Debt research team. He focuses on direct lending strategies in the US and Europe with an emphasis on secondaries and co-Investments. In his function, Mr. Körzendörfer is also a portfolio manager of StepStone’s private debt portfolios including both drawdown and evergreen funds.

Prior to joining StepStone, Mr. Körzendörfer was with PwC’s M&A department in Zurich where he focused on the acquisition and restructuring of financial institutions.

Christopher Lee is Managing Director and Regional Practice Lead, Asia-Pacific, at S&P Global Ratings. Based in Hong Kong, Chris leads analytical teams across all practice areas in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to his current role, Chris was the Chief Analytical Officer for Asia Pacific focusing on analytics and investor engagement.

Chris has over two decades of experience at S&P Global in analytical, managerial, and business roles. Prior to that, Chris worked as an equity analyst for 10 years at several financial institutions, including JP Morgan, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and Credit Suisse.

Chris has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of British Columbia.

Clifford is the Managing Director & Global Head of Investment Banking at DBS Bank, where he is responsible for the bank’s fixed income, equity capital markets and Vickers institutional equity brokerage businesses. This includes enhancing the unit’s existing deal execution capabilities and driving synergies across businesses to provide clients a more comprehensive solution-based approach that meets complex corporate finance and investment needs. He leads a team of over 200 capital market specialists in the areas of origination, syndicate, structured products, sales, credit and ESG advisory, with operations in leading financial hubs including Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, London and New York.

Clifford also sits on the investment committee of Muzinich Asia Pacific (APAC) Private Debt 1 – an Asia-focused private credit fund that counts DBS as an anchor investor – as one of the bank’s initiatives to establish its presence in Asia’s rapidly growing private markets.

An Asian banking veteran with more than three decades of experience, Clifford joined DBS in 2004, where he went on to establish the bank as the only Asia-headquartered bond house operating across Asia in both G3 and select domestic currencies, with proven product competencies spanning straight bonds, perpetual bonds, convertible bonds and structured debt securities. Prior to DBS, he assumed senior positions in global institutions such as West Merchant/WestLB and BankBoston/FleetBoston to head regional syndicate, origination, structured finance and sales functions. Before those, he was the Global Head of Syndicate at Peregrine Fixed Income in 1995. Clifford started his career as a corporate banker with Citibank in 1991.

He is also focused on making sustainable financing real and relevant in Asia, both in his capacity as a board member of DBS Foundation and as an investment committee member of the Asia Impact First Fund.

Kher Sheng leads AIMA’s policy and regulatory initiatives in the APAC region and also operates as a senior ambassador for AIMA and the industry it represents. In his role, he works closely together with Michael Bugel (his Co-Head of APAC) to shape and deliver AIMA’s strategy for the APAC region. He is commended by the Financial Times in the FT Asia-Pacific Innovative Lawyers which observed he "has played an important role developing asset management standards in Hong Kong". He has been named to the Corporate Counsel 100: Asia Pacific by the global legal rankings publication Legal 500 which identifies "an array of the most influential and innovative in-house lawyers in Asia".

Kher Sheng received his LL.B (Hons) degree from the National University of Singapore law school, and is admitted to practise law in Singapore (Advocate & Solicitor), Hong Kong (Solicitor) and England & Wales (Solicitor-Advocate with full rights of audience in all criminal and civil proceedings in the higher courts). He is appointed a Notary Public by the Chief Judge of the High Court of Hong Kong. He is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (FSIArb). He is an accredited mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre, and UK CEDR (for both commercial and workplace mediation). He is trained in negotiation and mediation with the Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation. Kher Sheng has lived and worked in Singapore, London and Hong Kong. John Liguori is a co-founding member of Jefferies Finance and the Chief Investment Officer of JCP’s middle market direct lending business. He has primary responsibility for JCP’s middle market investment sourcing, execution and portfolio management and leading JCP’s middle market fundraising efforts. Mr. Liguori has also worked in similar lending roles at GE Capital, Heller Financial, AIG Investments and Prudential Capital Group. Mr. Liguori received a BS in Finance from Rutgers College and the Undergraduate School of Business and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Based in Singapore, Calvin is responsible for Manulife Investment Management’s range of private market capabilities, across private equity, private credit, real assets, and natural capital in Asia. He partners with private wealth clients and family offices across the region in constructing portfolios and delivering solutions across the firm’s suite of private market capabilities.

Leslie is an investment director at the Tsao Family Office (TFO), a Singapore-based single family office, where he manages the Fixed Income, Private Credit, and Liquid Alternatives investments. Prior to joining TFO in Aug 2019, he worked at various hedge funds in London and Singapore across a range of credit and event-driven strategies for over a decade. Leslie started his career at Lehman Brothers in New York where he worked as investment banker for five years. Sharon Lim leads SVCA’s efforts to serve and grow our membership, work with partners, regulatory and Government agencies. She brings two decades of experience and network in private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, real estate, and private wealth. Sharon’s journey in private capital began as a journalist at PEI where she covered private equity across Asia Pacific including Australia. After launching PEI Asia, she pivoted from editorial to leading PEI conferences in private equity, infrastructure and private equity real estate across the region.

Sharon took an entrepreneurial route and started her practice Interest Alignment Management (IAM) in 2012 to advise various PE/VC fund investors, lead primary research in the field of climate, philanthropy, family offices and female entrepreneurship. She has also been organizing She Loves Tech Conferences and HSBC Women’s World Championship Business Forums from 2021-2025.

As SVCA’s former Director of Content, Sharon brings not only her content knowledge and organizational expertise but also a unique ability to connect the dots and a deep appreciation for what makes the industry tick. Her career started as a journalist and she has covered petroleum markets, shipping and energy at Platts and Dow Jones Newswires.

Sean Low, CFA is CEO and CIO of Golden Vision Capital (Singapore), a Single Family Office which has a Global Fund of funds and co-invest program and makes direct investments in Asia. Sean has 25 years of deal sourcing, investment experience, including 17 years in the PE & Infrastructure department of GIC, Singapore's SWF. While in the PE CIO office of GIC, he helped expand GIC’s PE fund investment program, and also helped drive the growth of GIC’s private debt program through both direct deals and funds.

Sean began his career in Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), after he received the EDB Scholarship in 1993. He served first as Assistant Head of InfoComms & Media group, and then as Director of Chicago Centre. Sean was the former senior advisor to Yangzijiang Financial Holdings, a listed asset manager in Singapore. He was also former chair of Investment Committee at CFA Singapore, and was elected the Treasurer of Singapore's VC & PE Association in 2021. He graduated from Trinity College, University of Cambridge with BA (1st Class Honours), MA and M Eng. (Honours). He completed National Service in Singapore as a commander of a Brigade Reconnaissance Team in the Singapore Army.

Mr. Lyons joined Bain Capital in 2006. He is a Partner and Global Head of Bain Capital Special Situations as well as the Head of Bain Capital Credit in Asia.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Lyons was based in Bain Capital’s London office covering European Special Situations opportunities. Previously, Mr. Lyons was a consultant at Bain & Company.

Mr. Lyons received an A.B. Phi Beta Kappa from Princeton University.

Valerie Mantot-Groene Is Regional Managing Director, ASEAN. Valerie leads the firm’s growth and performance across the South East Asian region. She brings more than 20 years’ experience in the Alternative Asset Management industry both on the advisory side and the assets servicing side. During her career she has advised and assisted Financial Institutions, Family Offices, SWFS, Asset Managers in the structuring and operation of their cross border investments in Real Estate, Private Equity, Infrastructure, Venture Capital and Private Debt across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. A qualified lawyer with a broad ranging set of skills and experience, she Is the Chairwoman of ALFI in South East Asia. She is regularly invited as speaker to conferences and mentors in some professional youth development programmes.

Karun is the Founding Partner of Endue.

Endue, a Singapore based capital advisory firm, specialises in enabling cross border partnerships between global institutional capital and quality investment solutions in Asia, across asset classes. Having spent time in the U.S. & Asia and interfaced with institutional allocators through market cycles, Karun brings a context and view to the table that has helped build successful partnerships over the years between Asia based investment solutions and institutional allocators across North America, Europe, Japan & the Middle East. He is responsible for laying the overall direction at the firm and anchoring its key relationships.

Prior to founding Endue in 2020, Karun spent his career at leading asset management firms including at the ICICI Group, a part of Prudential U.K. and the JV partner of Eastspring Investments Asia, where he served as the head of their international business.

Karun received his Masters from the New York University and holds a Masters in Business Administration from TAPMI in Manipal.

Maiko is a Managing Director on the Investment Research team and has over 23 years of fund research, proprietary trading, and investment banking experience. She is responsible for sourcing managers, conducting due diligence, evaluating and monitoring Asia-based funds. Maiko works with the global Portfolio Advisory teams on existing and potential investments in Asia. Prior to joining Aksia in 2007, Maiko was a Vice President at the Strategic Investment Group of Deutsche Securities in Tokyo, where she focused on principal investments in distressed and special situations. She also worked as an investment banking Associate at the M&A department of Nomura Securities. Maiko started her career as an Analyst in the Global High Yield group of Morgan Stanley in Tokyo. Maiko graduated from Hitotsubashi University with a BA in Sociology and is a CPA (inactive).

Eric SayWei Neo is a distinguished leader with over 23 years of experience in capital markets, FinTech, and family office/wealth management. As Board Director of Medway Investments and CEO of Majulah Equity Partners, he brings a unique Limited Partner (LP) perspective to Pan-Asian asset management. A graduate of the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s 6th Asian Financial Leaders Programme, Eric’s strategic vision is shaped by global trends, innovation, and regulatory insights from institutions like IMD Business School and Tsinghua University.

Eric’s LP-centric approach is evident in his stewardship of Medway Investments and as an Investment Committee member of the SAFRA National Service Association managing sizable investible assets, where he oversees private markets and alternative investments. His accolades include the Pingat Bakti Setia (Tentera) (National Day Awards 2024 awarded by the President of Singapore). A Lieutenant Colonel in the Singapore Armed Forces, Eric is a trusted advisor in the LP investment community, known for his ethical leadership and forward-thinking approach.

The-Duy Nguyen is Co-Head of Secured Finance Strategies within AXA IM Alternative Credit platform.

Prior to joining the team in 2015, he spent five years at Natixis where he was European ABS/CLO Trader, then Head of the desk responsible for the bank’s market making activities. The desk traded more than €25bn of assets over the peri-od.

From 2005 to 2010, he worked as an ABS investment analyst at SGAM (Société Générale Asset Management) in Paris then moved to London with Société Générale to manage the bank’s €50bn legacy structured products book. Prior to that, The Duy spent three years as a Fixed-Income analyst at Banque Privée Fideuram Wargny in Paris.

Dominic joined Aument Capital Partners in 2023 to lead the Private Markets activities of the Singapore-based, entrepreneur-focused Multi-Family Office. With over 20 years of investment banking experience, he has expertise in leveraged finance, DCM, advisory, private equity, and private debt. His track record spans various industries, covering transactions with large-cap corporations, SMEs, and start-ups, with a focus on emerging markets and cross-border deals.

Previously, Dominic oversaw UniCredit Group’s financing and advisory activities across Central Eastern Europe and the Asia Pacific region, serving as Investment Committee Chairman and a member of the bank’s Global Executive Committee.

Having worked in financial hubs such as the UK, Germany, Italy, the US, and Singapore, Dominic brings a global perspective and specializes in managing complex investment mandates for HNWIs and institutional clients.

Johannes Raschke, CFA, is a Singapore-based Senior Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation (IFC). He leads investments in the East Asia & Pacific (EAP) region for IFC’s Distressed Asset Recovery Program (DARP). With over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and alternative investments, including distressed assets, non-performing loans (NPL), private equity, and private credit, Johannes brings deep expertise in managing complex financial structures. His work focuses on driving sustainable solutions for distressed assets, contributing to financial resilience and recovery in emerging markets across the EAP region.

Diane Raposio (Hong Kong) joined KKR in 2013 and is a Partner in the firm’s Credit & Markets business. Ms. Raposio is the Head of Asia Credit & Markets and the Portfolio Manager of Asia Private Credit. She is on the Asia Private Credit Investment Committee, the Asia Tactical Credit Investment Committee and on the KKR Capital Committee. Since joining the firm, she has led a number of credit investments in Asia and has also led a broad spectrum of debt, equity and structured financings for KKR and third party clients. Prior to joining KKR, she spent six years in the leveraged debt capital markets team at Deutsche Bank (across London, Hong Kong and Sydney), UBS, Barclays, Bankers Trust and AMP. Ms. Raposio is a qualified actuary (FIAA) and holds a Masters of Economics from Macquarie University.

Tsuguto Takeuchi is the Senior Vice President at Development Bank of Japan Inc., Growth & Cross Border Investment Department, where he oversees investment including Private Equity and Debt within Southeast Asia. With over 15 years of his experience in investment, Takeuchi has been instrumental in not only driving investment within that region but also expanding network / partnership with PE and PD managers. Although he is based on Tokyo, he spends nearly the half of his time in Southeast Asia, Singapore, Bangkok, Jakarta and Ho Chi Minh City.

Andrew runs Muzinich & Co.’s Asia Pacific business and has more than 20 years of experience in Financial Markets with a specialization in Asia Pacific having set up and led businesses covering Private and Public Debt, Syndicated Loans, Special Situations and Distressed Debt in the region.

Andrew joined Muzinich & Co. in 2020 to establish the firm’s Asia Pacific Private Debt strategy and is an investment committee member on the firm’s first Asia Pacific Private Debt Fund which was successfully launched in 2021.
 
Prior to joining Muzinich & Co., Andrew was Head of Global Loans and Special Situations, Asia Pacific at HSBC and Head of Trading for Loans and Special Situations, Asia ex Japan at Nomura where he founded and established both HSBC’s and Nomura’s Private Debt and Special Situations businesses.

While at HSBC, Andrew was also a member of HSBC Asia Pacific Fixed Income Executive Committee and HSBC Global Credit Executive Committee. He served as the chairperson of the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association Secondary Loan committee from 2018 to 2020. Andrew is a graduate of University of Melbourne.

Hillary is a manager at PEI’s Singapore office, where she collaborates with a global team of researchers and journalists to pick up the latest trends and news in private markets. In this capacity, she also manages relationships with external parties to enhance the quality and efficiency of the firm’s research activities worldwide. Before joining PEI, Hillary worked as a consultant for international advisory businesses, Kroll and Control Risks, in Singapore, assessing and developing strategies for corporate decision-makers and global financial institutions.

Yee Hean Teo is a Principal Investment Specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), where he leads private equity (PE) fund investments within the Private Sector Operations Department. Since joining ADB in 2015, he has been responsible for originating and executing PE fund commitments across Asia-Pacific, actively managing a diverse portfolio, and evaluating co-investment opportunities.

Prior to ADB, Mr. Teo worked at GIC Private Limited and Temasek International, where he spent a decade in investment risk roles. His work focused on evaluating public equity, private equity, real estate, and infrastructure transactions, conducting strategic reviews of investment portfolios, and assessing large-scale, complex deals across global markets.

A Singaporean national, Mr. Teo served in the Singapore Armed Forces for 2.5 years. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management and a Bachelor of Science (Economics), both awarded summa cum laude from Singapore Management University. He also completed an executive program at Stanford University. Mr. Teo has served on the ADB’s Pension Committee and sits on advisory committees for multiple ADB’s fund investments.

Tomas is the co-founder and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for Fund Genesis specialized in private equity, private credit and venture capital. Until 2015, Tomas was on the investment team at Silver Lake Partners focused on technology investments. Prior to Silver Lake, Tomas worked at Goldman Sachs in Healthcare Investment Banking and as Equity Derivatives Trader on the Single Stock Volatility desk. Tomas earned his BA in Economics from Stanford University in 2010, where he was awarded Phi Beta Kappa and wrote his Honors Thesis under the direction of Prof. John Taylor discovering proof of LIBOR inaccuracy and deviations during the 2008 financial crisis. In his free time, Tomas enjoys flying planes as a licensed FAA pilot, sailing boats, skiing and traveling.

Tuck Meng Yee has over 20 years’ experience in the financial markets in Asia and Australia in derivatives, and in funds portfolio management, development, research and marketing with global investment banks (JPMorgan, UBS) and private banks (ABN Amro and Citibank) as well as funds services (Moore Management) and family office (JRT Partners) giving him a keen sense of what investments suit which types of investors, and the support they typically need.

Most recently he was Investment Solutions Head for Allfunds in Asia (a leading funds platform) before returning to the family office JRT Partners, which he set up for a Malaysian family and currently leads for both operations and investments.

Tuck speaks English and Mandarin, and holds degrees in Accounting, Computer Science, and Finance (Masters) from the Australian National University and the University of New South Wales. JRT Partners is a Singapore based Family Office that invests across real estate, equities, debt and agriculture, directly and through funds including hedge funds and private equity funds. On occasion, the family office works with other family offices in investing, as well as advising them on family office setup, management and administration, as well as investment due diligence process.

Sally Yim is a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group. Based in Hong Kong SAR, China, Sally is the Head of APAC Financial Institutions, responsible for Moody's analytical teams covering ratings and research on APAC banks, insurance companies, and non-bank financial institutions such as securities and leasing companies. She is also a co-head of Moody's Global Banking and Global Insurance rating franchises. In addition, Sally leads the Global Financial Institutions Group's Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) efforts.

Sally joined Moody's in February 2005 as an Associate Analyst in New York, covering property & casualty insurers. She transferred to Hong Kong in 2006 and completed a short stint in the Corporate Finance Group, supporting analysts in the oil & gas, petrochemical and steel sectors. Sally rejoined the Financial Institutions Group as an Analyst in January 2007. Since then, Sally has covered various Asian financial institutions, including insurance companies, banks and securities firms and subsequently, became a manager overseeing various teams covering the ratings and research of Greater China and Korean financial institutions.

Prior to joining Moody's, Sally worked as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young LLP in New York, specializing in private and public insurers. She also worked at Ernst & Young's National Professional Practice, where she focused on technical accounting research, while assisting in accounting consultations.

Sally holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Accounting from the University of Michigan. She is a CFA charterholder and also a Certified Public Accountant.

Veiverne is an experienced investment manager whose experience spans institutional asset management, private equity, venture capital, and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to BPP, he has held roles at tryb Group, GIC Pte Ltd, Rabobank, and the Monetary Authority of Singapore. He holds a MSc in Applied Finance from SMU, and a MEng in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Bristol

Roger is an experienced portfolio manager, He has over a decade of experience managing money for both UHNWI and institutions. From 2011-2013, he was a quantitative analyst with Hong Leong Asset Management. From 2013-2019, he was a portfolio manager with Pheim Asset Management (Asia). From 2019-2022, he was working for a single family office as the CEO. Since 2022, he has been the CEO of Winfield Global Capital, which is a multi family office. Roger holds both B.Eng and Ph.D from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, He is also a CFA chartered holder.

Mark joined VFMC in 2018 and is Head of Investment Risk and Absolute Returns. His Absolute Returns role involves leading the team which covers Hedge Funds and Private Credit (circa 20% of VFMC’s FUM). His risk role encompasses total portfolio risk analysis, SAA and ALM modelling and defensive overlays. Mark is a member of the Investment Leadership Team and Investment Committee. He is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Centre for Quantitative Finance and Investment Strategies at Monash University.
Prior to working at VFMC, Mark was global Head of FICC Structuring at the National Australia Bank from 2010 to 2017, where he built a leading institutional derivatives structuring and sales business in Australia and the UK. Mark also spent four years in London with NAB working in both market risk and in front office on a rates trading desk.
Mark holds Bachelor degrees in Law and Science (both with Honours) from Monash University and a PhD in Mathematics jointly from the Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics and the Free University of Berlin, Germany. Mark is also the co-author of a book on securitisation swaps which was published by Wiley Finance in 2019 and has published several finance papers.

Anthony is Chief Executive Officer of Isola Capital. He has extensive experience in asset management across private equity, venture capital, private credit and liquid secondary strategies. Anthony enjoyed a career in investment banking before transitioning to private investments and family office wealth management.

Anthony atained a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Economics) from The University of Sydney and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from The University of Sydney Law School. He is a graduate of The College of Law (Sydney). He has completed the Financial Engineering Program of Stanford University and atended the Stanford Executive Insitute.

Anthony is a member of the HK Trade Development Council Innovation and Technology Advisory Commitee, Co-Chair of Cyberport Investors Network Growth Portfolio Sub-Commitee, a member of PBEC, an ordinary member of the Hong Kong Market Misconduct Tribunal, and sits on various commitees of HKGCC and HKVCA.

Ray King is Managing Director of Sovereign Investment Research, a specialist alternatives investment advisory firm which he founded in 2000. Ray’s role includes providing specialist investment advice and management consulting advice to institutional investors and investment managers on alternative asset classes and investments.
Ray has worked in the superannuation and investments industry for more than 35 years. During that period, Ray established his credentials as one of Australia’s prominent asset consultants, joining Towers Perrin in 1990 where he was Manager, Asset Consulting. In 1994 he joined Gary Weaven to set up Industry Fund Services (IFS). As Head of Wholesale Business at IFS, Ray was responsible for the development of its asset consulting (subsequently becoming Frontier Consulting) and its funds management (IFM Investors) businesses. Ray was also a Partner of Mercer heading their Global Alternatives Boutique in APAC from 2012 to 2015.
Ray is today recognised as having been a leading adviser on alternative assets in Australia, having worked with a number of superannuation funds since the mid-1990s to establish some of the largest alternatives investment programs in Australia. Ray began his career at BHP in 1974 and his previous work experience also includes being Chief Economist for a major public authority.
He was the founding Chairperson of the Australian Chapter of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA) in 2000 and is a life member. Ray is a graduate of Monash University with an Honours Degree in Economics.

Elizabeth is Head of Private Corporate Assets for Australian Retirement Trust, coming from her role as Head of Funds Management for QSuper Group. Elizabeth is responsible for managing the strategy and implementation of the private equity, private credit and alternative strategy asset classes. Responsibilities include portfolio construction, investment research and selection, and the investment in and ongoing management of direct, co-investment and fund assets in Australia and offshore.

Elizabeth has over 25 years experience in investment management and financial markets. She was appointed Head of Funds Management, QSuper in September 2019 and was responsible for managing QSuper's investments with external service providers, implementing investment policy decisions and structuring potential investments to benefit members across all asset classes, including private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate, alternative assets and public markets. Prior to her role as the Head of Funds Management, Elizabeth was a Senior Portfolio Manager in the team and was one of the founding QSuper investment team members, joining in May 2009 when QSuper internalised the investment function. Before joining QSuper, she worked for institutional fund manager QIC, where she served as senior portfolio manager of international equities, and senior portfolio manager of alpha investments. Elizabeth previously worked with the Australian Stock Exchange as a financial analyst and at Bankers Trust as an equity derivatives trader.

Elizabeth is a member of Chief Executive Women and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mathematics from the Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. She has been an independent investment expert member of the Queensland University of Technology Investment and Borrowings Committee.

Sabita is a Managing Director and a member of the Asia-Pacific direct lending team, a member of the Executive Committee and chair of the Investment Advisory Committee. Prior to joining ADM Capital, Sabita was the Head of the Asian Fixed Income team at Fidelity Worldwide Investment. Sabita began her career in fixed income in 1993 when she joined CRISIL India as a rating analyst. In 1998, Sabita moved to Hong Kong and worked with Standard & Poor’s Rating Agency, JP Morgan Securities and HSBC in Hong Kong on the credit research side before joining Fidelity. Sabita holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecomm from Bangalore University, India. Sabita also holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

Andrew runs Muzinich & Co.’s Asia Pacific business and has 20 years of experience in Financial Markets with a specialization in Asia Pacific having set up and run businesses covering Private and Public Debt, Syndicated Loans, Special Situations and Distressed Debt in the region. In 2020, Andrew established Muzinich & Co.’s Private Debt business in Asia Pacific and is an investment committee member on the firm’s first Asia Pacific Private Debt Fund.

He is a regular writer for the magazines and websites and has also often contributed to our events as a panel moderator. Prior to joining PEI, Andy had senior roles at venture capital portal Venturedome.com and at Thomson Financial. Andy was voted State Street’s Alternatives Journalist of the Year in 2022.
