PartnerConnect is a great way to connect with as many GPs and LPs in private equity. It is an opportunity to meet new investors and reconnect with GPs to close deals. The LP-GP ExecConnect is extremely efficient and well organized. One is able to meet with as many potential partners within a 1-2 day period.
Doug Mellinger
Clarion Capital Partners, LLC
Over the last 4 years I have tried out most of the conferences that bring LP’s and GP’s together. The only one I still attend is PartnerConnect due to the consistent quality of the LP’s, quality of the speakers and the efficient use of time. I typically meet 50+ people that I know as well as new LP’s that I have not met before over a 2 day period. The one on one meetings organized by the PartnerConnect team has produced some valuable new relationships and is a great use of time due to the professionalism of the staff organizing the event. I have not missed one of their meetings in the last 3 years and always put them on my calendar as soon as I have the dates for next year.

Deep Dive: The Many Ways GPs are Using Co-Investments
Co-Investments have had rapid growth in popularity over the past year’s, with the charge forward largely led by LPs. We know why LPs often seek co-investment: Favorable fee structures, more direct involvement in deals, a deeper look into a GPs thinking and ultimately, higher returns.
This panel will examine the other side of the equation:
- How are GPs utilizing co-investments?
- Is it to invest in great deals above their normal check size?
- Be extra nice to their legacy LPs?
- Access outside expertise of a co-investor?
- Gain a fund commitment?
- Raise a larger fund in the future?
Our panelists, made up of both GPs and LPs, will take a deep dive into this topic.
Moderator: Sanjay Sanghoee, COO, CFO and CCO, Delos Capital

DEALMAKERS & SERVICE PROVIDERS
Shake Hands With 150+ Financial Sponsors at Each of Our PartnerConnect Events
Our events are designed with bankers, lenders and service providers squarely in the middle of all of the action at our PartnerConnect events throughout the year. Unlike most competing events, our attendee rosters are typically 90% or more comprised of limited partners and fund managers, which means a strikingly low amount of service providers. Your ticket includes first rate networking with senior decision makers at private market funds (PE, VC, Real Estate and more), as well as limited partners who back them. Group passes and discounts are available. Bankers and lenders also receive a complimentary pass to our well-known Deal Makers’ Dinner, alongside PE firms on the middle night of the conference. For service providers a select few passes are available through dinner sponsorship.
