Impact Investor Forum: Virtual Experience 2021 - Monday 24th

Pre-conference workshops
13:30 - 14:45

LP-only workshop: Building a robust impact allocation strategy as a mainstream institutional investor

Hanna Ideström, Christina Leijonhufvud, Marlene Stam, Cristian Norambuena Ureta

Private markets impact funds which are available are often too small, too early stage or not necessarily covering LP’s purpose and return ambitions. However, investors have an opportunity to accelerate, scale and take joint leadership.

Exclusive to LP attendees, join this session to explore how institutional capital can collaborate to accelerate, scale and professionalize the impact ecosystem. The workshop will explore what hurdles LPs currently face, where there are opportunities to work together and how we can bridge some of the identified gaps.

Here we hear from funds that have made successful exits across a range of different impact contexts and look to understand the lessons learnt.
