Statement regarding COVID-19

In light of the recent coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we are monitoring developments closely with the latest guidance from local and national authorities and the World Health Organization (WHO) as it relates to travel to, and participation in, all PEI Media events. At this time, all of our events will run according to our events calendar with precautions taken to ensure our guests’ health and safety.

The following health and hygiene measures will be implemented during our global conferences:

All events:

• All travellers who have been in China will need to demonstrate proof they have been outside of China 14 days prior to the event (passport stamp, health certificate)

Events in APAC region:

• Anti-bacterial hand sanitiser will be placed at the entrance to and throughout the venue
• Precaution signs recommending hygiene best practices will be put at the entrances and hand-washing stations
• Attendees will need to self-certify they have not been in contact with anyone infected
